I have a 35 year old antique Toyota Pickup truck that needed a windshield. Other popular and well known local auto glass companies told me that they couldn't find a replacement for my vehicle but Bob's Auto Glass in Lake Worth did. Not only did Bob's Auto Glass find a perfect windsheild to replace my old cracked one, they came out to my home to install the new one saving me the hassle of going to their shop. The installers were conscientious and took their time with the installation to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. The staff in the office from Ed, Connie, and others there went out of their way to make sure that I was a happy customer with text messages and/or phone calls after the work was completed. This company is very professional from the top down. A classy operation who I would recommend to anyone needing any kind of auto glass repairs.

Fantastic business with outstanding customer service!! The entire staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had the sealing problem diagnosed in under 5 minutes.Increasingly fast turn around time for the repair and I was finally back up and running.Prices are very fair and beat the competition.I am very pleased with the services I received from Bob s Auto Glass!!

I only needed seals on my windshield. They were able to get the glass off, replace the seals and put my original windshield back on.They ordered the seals from Volvo so I just had to bring it in. This was over a year ago and no leaks.

My windshield was damaged by a tree during a recent storm. Bob's is a preferred provider and recommended by my insurance. After my glass was replaced, I contacted the owner when the rubber strip across the bottom was damaged during installation.My sunpass also stopped working after removal. This company filed a claim in my behalf to replace the strip and bought me a new sunpass even though this is not ever covered. I have not experienced this level of commitment to customers in a very long time. Trust them to be on your side and do the right thing. Thankyou!

They put the door window in my truck in my f-550 after a semi hit my door and busted the window they did a great job all the guys there were cool they all worked together to help get a hard project done which was my truck it was all bent up

Bob s Auto Glass is the best! I was in need of replacing my driver door window. I called them and they were able to get me in same day. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing issue the after market window they had wouldn t fit my door due to the clips not aligning correctly. So they offered to order a window from Toyota. I told them I had already called them and was told they had no glasses. Well, Bob s Auto Glass called Toyota and was able to get me a glass for the next day!!!! My work schedule wouldn t allow me to go in first thing in the morning and I get off at 5. So, Connie helped me out and allowed me to go in after 5pm to install my new glass. John was awesome this morning unfortunately my car was broken into called as soon as and had an appointment ready the same day and he was on time & very clean meaning he took his time to do everything plus vacuum the whole car I Will absolutely use them again

I stopped by for a glass repair today at Bob's and the job was done right away since they had the parts. They could be a little more friendly when customer walks in to their office. Before she says hi she gave a look and said how can I help you. I felt like she didn't want to be there or something was bothering her.While I am waiting another customer walks in and the same thing. No one even responded to the poor guy's good morning. I understand you are on the phone when someone walks in but its very important to recognize people and make them feel important. Even listening to the gentleman on the phone with customers, he could be more gentle and soft. Also I felt the intention between employees. I hope it would be more welcoming to enter this place in the future.

I have only good things to say about Bob s Auto Glass. Even on a Sunday they went over and beyond to help my Dad with a broken rear windshield. They helped us when no other companies even answered the phone. I came to these guys through a recommendation due to some damage to the frame where the windshield sets. The service was top notch and the the quality was far more than expected. The broken windshield that I brought in was replaces and the damage to the frame was unnoticeable. This is a highly recommended establishment that I would recommend and use again. After thugs broke 3 windows over night , Bob's gave me an appointment right away and I had 3 new windows by 1pm the same day.I was also surprised my bill was less than expected .They made a bad day better.

Tried the other company and they wanted more money from me when they showed up.Received an email from Stephanie - SUPER nice. Told her I needed to know the total cost as I was paying out of pocket for the replacement. Quoted a solid price including tax. Made the appointment and Eddie confirmed the out the door price.Did not meet Eddie or Stephanie but another owner was working the counter. As I Uber's away, they were pulling my car into the bay for repair. Received a call within the quoted time frame, all done, Uber's back and the total WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS QUOTED.Folks, businesses like this are rare. It's a week later and there are no issues with the windshield replacement. 110% satisfied and will repeat is ever necessary. Keep your business local. These guys did a great job with my Jeep. They got my windshield replaced quickly in the morning at my house. Alanna was also able to get OEM glass without having to request it from Progressive. Great service, when old windshield was removed, there was a lot of rust, however they took care of it and installed my new windshield. Cost me a little bit more but it still ended up being cheaper than I was quoted by Safelite! So first a punk smashed my rear window. I called multi glass companies and saflite and the big companies wanted over 500.00. I call bob auto glass and qouted me 250 under what all the rest did. I arrived and right off the back i was met with respect and professionalism. All the employees are respectful and actually care about your property. Ever few min like 15 to 30 the lady who runs the office would come and fill me in on whats happening and steps that are being taken. Id recommend this company to everyone whom is looking to replace glass on thier vehicles. They also do rear view mirrors. Extremely affordable compared to the rest. This is a great auto place. Check them out before anyone and im sure youll be happy with the outcome

The experience was professional courtesy and quick. I called got the price for the window they had it in stock. Made an appointment. Arrived they took my keys and within 30 minutes I was paying the bill leaving. Its no wonder why Bob's Auto Glass has been around so long. Took my truck in for a leak and they were able to figure out the issue, and work with the bodyshop next-door to fix some rust and install a new windshield. Great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quality Auto Glass shop.

My windshield was broken due to a storm.I called Bob's Auto Glass the first thing the following day & got an appointment early in the morning. They had it replaced in just a little over an hour & even put my City permit & Auto maintenance decals on my new shield!I'd like to thank the crew at Bob's Auto Glass for a job well done!Thank you,Joseph calandro

. hi, you said that the price offer for the 2018 model chevrolet eqinox vehicle, for the replacement of the broken glass on the right passenger side, is 160 usd. Not on Friday, you said come Monday morning, we will change the window. We cleaned the broken windows in the car ourselves. We called on Monday morning. The answer given to us was "The boss gave you the wrong price, you said. You asked us for 250 USD. This was a disgrace. We repaired and replaced the glass at a much more affordable price at a glass workshop near you. I think you are an unreliable company. I'm sorry. I'm a real customer. We had our car built at Charlie's Auto Glass shop, safely and cheaply. You are talking in vain. Nobody is fake, you are fake.

After my truck was vandalized I came across Bob s Auto Glass through Google. Connie answered the phone and walked me through everything and assured me even if I didn t use their business that I could still come by and have my window sealed with temporary professional grade plastic to protect from weather and anymore unwanted persons. Connie was friendly, transparent and did everything she could to support me through the process. The had my window replaced in 2 hours and I couldn t be happier with the work. Digital wallet feature wasn't working for me but the staff was considerate enough to give me a ride to the nearest bank so I could withdraw the necessary funds. They even vacuumed broken glass on the carpet and seat from the break-in. I highly recommend Bob's for a car window replacement. I called at 8:05 am and they were able to fit me in by 1pm the same day. These gentlemen displayed excellent customer service and their prices are reasonable and fair. I was in and out and they even vaccumed my car better than any car wash I've been too. If I ever get my car broken into again Bob's will be the first company I will call!

I had a front windshield replaced today. Wow! I wish all independent businesses ran like this one. I've had two cars serviced by them and Bob's Auto Glass is: fast, friendly, helpful in coordinating with insurance companies, and have excellent scheduling and communications. A friend used them and had a similar experience. They know their stuff and are like clockwork. Definitely hard-working folks who care about their customers.
