I came here for the first time trying to give business to a new shop. And what I ended up doing was screwing myself. This is not a reliable tire shop. They messed up my wheels and couldn t even change my tires. Sent me home saying my tire was too small for my wheel. And all he s there to do is mount the tire if it leaks it s not his fault.I needed an unmount and re mount on 4 tires it was 110$No problem. He couldn t do two tires after 3 hrs I told him to just put it back how it was and give me a refund he proceed to tel me he s still going to charge me for 2 tires because of everything he has done. Complain to me that he put sealant and he don t charge me. That usually it s more.WELL NEXT TIME ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY WANT IT OR NOT BEFORE TOUCHING THEIR PROPERTYDONT JUST DO WORK. THAT IS NOT AUTHORIZED BY THE PERSON PAYING ITS REALLY THAT SIMPLE.YOU MEESED UP MY WHEELAnd you need to fix it

Went here to get some wheels and tires fro my Tundra and came out really nice. Very nice place here. I recommend it

I bought 4 new tires for 120.00 each, the total amount was 480.00 I was charged 33.60 sales tax which is fine, I questioned the non cash charge of 17.98 for a debit card, not a credit card, the female who took my payment started to smirk and went to get the guy who is possibly the owner. When I asked him about it he said it's an extra charge for not paying cash so I told him I was going to look into that charge because it doesn't seem right, that's when he immediately gave me a $20 bill. Also right before I paid I was told my vehicle was completed. After I paid they switched up and said I still have 20 minutes, so I asked him why did the status change, and again him and who seemed to be the receptionist, started smirking again, about 15 minutes later the guy called me out and said they had problems taking off all 4 tires, so without informing me he removed all 4 of my tire sensors and he removed them because he said they were bad. he also said he would replace them for free, it was nothing wrong with my sensors, I had one spare tire when I took my car in is why the low sensor error was on, I feel like he deliberately messed up my tires in retaliation, because I said I was going to check into the non cash charge of 17.98 he charged me for a debit card. I currently have 4 new tires and my car still reads low tire pressure, because he decided to remove all of my sensors, then he didn't even have 4 sensors in stock so he was only able to replace two, so apparently 2 off my tires have no sensors and possibly none of them have sensors because I have no idea what he did to my car and why he thought it was okay to replace anything other than my tires without infoming me, from my understanding sensors do not need to be removed to replace tires, I also took a picture of the sensors he took out and still has with him, he said he would put the other sensors on tomorrow, but I don't want him to do anything else to my car, he already messed up enough.

I ordered some wheels online, that were supposed to be mounted and balanced. Yet i had vibrations and wobble going 40mph. Took it to the team at Antonella tires n wheels, that got me on the road again with no vibrations or wobbles. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, awesome environment if you choose to wait. Can't beat the price, recommend them to anybody.

Employee should offer balance with patch if they dnt want customers to comeback angry. Also they should listen customer before saying something. Bad customer service.

The service at the time of the sale was good, but when the same day I had a problem with the balance I returned to the store and the service was terrible. I returned three times with the same problem and the problem continued. The manager was extremely rude. I went to another store and this time they solved the problem caused by Antonella Tires. I don't recommend Antonella Tires !!!

Just make sure you go off what your car says for tire pressure instead of their strange tire logic of being less than 10psi from tire max psi. They caused more of a problem than fixing my issue.
