I had a Great used car buying experience at Weikert Ford in Lake Wales. My friend bought a car from here last year and He told me it was a great experience for him. My review is a confirmation. George was very nice and polite during negotiations, I didn t get a bad vibe once, I feel he gave me the Best Value for my Trade and a great price on the truck I wanted, which made me feel very easy about my purchase. I knew I wanted to get a warranty to protect my purchase, Mike in Finance was also very nice and detailed, explaining the different options I had, making it easy to make a warranty purchase with him. Justin, who is the Boss on Duty, came out and showed me all the new features and options on my Truck. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of the amount of information he knew he was cramming into my head. I actually remember most everything he showed me because he made that experience really fun. Everyone was so helpful, they treated myself, my wife and child like family, all of these guys, in my opinion over delivered on my expectations. I got Great Value on my Trade and a Great Price on a low mileage Truck and the experience wasn t tedious or complicated. I highly recommend Weikert Ford, a genuine Central Florida experience, these are Good People. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase. I am a Very Happy Customer!

I called this dealership inquiring about my key fob that just suddenly stopped working. I was told by a female representative that I could bring the fob in along with the VIN in order to have it reprogrammed. I let her know that the vehicle wouldn t turn on since the fob was not working and she said that was okay. When I arrived to the dealership I was told the vehicle needed to be there, despite hearing this all of the individuals were very friendly, helpful and understanding. One of the employees from parts walked me over to service where I was greeted by more friendly, accommodating staff. At this point I explained my busy schedule and that I would have to get my vehicle towed to the dealership. The staff then let me know that they have a mobile service which was absolutely amazing given my circumstances. At this point I was prepared to schedule an appointment when one of the staff members stated it could possibly be done in that moment. My service technician was Ozzy and he was just outstanding from beginning to end. He ended up realizing that we didn t even need to reprogram the key fob. His service was outstanding and I just couldn t thank him enough. I was able to let him fix it in his own time and he even dropped the key off. You rarely find workers like this that go above and beyond in these present times. Shot out to you Ozzy, keep the good work up! It doesn t go unnoticed!

Very impressed with Kyle, the mobile service tech, who came out yesterday to service my 2009, F150. This is my baby with 337,000 miles on the clock and all original. Built FORD tough for sure!! My first experience with your service department on this vehicle and would highly recommend this to friends.

I am always impressed with the level of professionalism I receive from your service department. Two people I would like to pay regard to are Joe and Cameron. Joe is an excellent communicator and gives me the perception that he truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Cameron did the actual repairs on my truck, he seems to love what he does and made me feel as though taking care of my truck properly was of the utmost importance to him.Bottom line, both men delivered excellent service leaving me confident my truck received everything it needed to continue being a reliable vehicle for me.What more can I ask for?

I m a very happy owner of a new Ford 2024 Maverick Lariat purchased from Weikert Ford in Lake Wales, FL. Granted, I ve only owned the truck for 4 days, but I waited 9 months while it was on order. And, I specifically chose Weikert, which is 60 miles from where I live because of their fine reputation and strong support of the Ford line.Weikert s representatives kept me up to date throughout and were fast, friendly and professional. Ford s online services were very helpful too. A terrific experience all around!

I had already looked at the car a few weeks earlier. So I knew that s what I wanted. I called with all my information and down payment and they had everything ready when I got there. In and out the door in less than 45 minutes. And Matthew got my phone all set up with the car before I left! Great job Weikert Ford!

This dealership was amazing. We are from out of state and found ourselves in need of an expensive repair on our truck. They went above and beyond helping to keep costs as low as possible. They provided courtesy transportation to where we were staying 30 miles away with an awesome driver. Very grateful for their excellent repair and service. Highly recommend!

Purchased a certified Pre-Owned 2021 Jeep Gladiator at Weikert Ford , Dustin was my Sales rep, he was very professional, friendly and helpful with making the Deal fair , simple and the most important PAINLESS. Our van's motor died while we were on our East Coast Tour and we needed to buy a Transit to replace it. The team at Weikert Ford were wonderful. Justin and Jared fought for us knowing we were in a bind. After some back and forth, they were able to get Phil Weikert (the owner) to work with us so we can get the car we needed in time for our show later that night. We are forever grateful and willing singing Weikert Ford praises for a long time.

Absolutely buy a car from these folks! They are transparent, the dealer fees are completely reasonable (and a tiny fraction of what you'll find at big city dealers), AND the vehicle we purchased was an absolute deal. I'd recommend asking for Jason Patterson -- he rocks! Will be engaging with these folks again for the next vehicle we buy and won't even bother to look anywhere else.

The experience with Weikert Ford was great. I had 2 recalls on my vehicle, called in before and they ordered the parts and scheduled my service for me. They offered the concierge service, but since I live close to it, I decided for dropoff my vehicle instead. Staff was great and service was done same day and I receive my vehicle that same day. All my ford services will be rendered here from now on. Thanks guys!

I am very disappointed in the service received by Michael the finance manager as well as dealership as a whole. Not only was was I misled on which company was financing the remainder owed (after a large down payment) of the vehicle (I was told ford motor loans) but after flying down from Ohio I was treated with the utmost disregard. I repeatedly told Michael that they were charging the wrong sales tax for Ohio and despite him looking it up online he insisted he was required to charge more! This is not how a decent dealership deals with customers flying in from out of state. I was nobody to them and they did not care for my business. I do not recommend this dealership!

I experienced very shady business practice from this dealership. On February 22nd, 2024 I was advised that a truck I inquired about had a deposit and therefore essentially sold. Of course they wanted to let me know they had others available. Ok fine. I get an email from GM February 26th, 2024 saying they haven't heard from me and what's next? I advised them you all told me vehicle was sold, why would you hear from me, heard nothing back. So, today March 14, 2024 I see the truck still advertised and has been advertised. So I inquired again, I was again told the vehicle had a deposit and still sold. I informed them they told me that almost a month ago and they responded yes, it's a friend of the owner and they are having some after market stuff added? I advised them they need to remove the ad, so people's time is not wasted! Of course, no response. To me they are using this ad to get leads and try to turn people on to their other vehicles and I told them this. Seems pretty deceptive to me, knowing this vehicle is and will be sold as it's a buddy and getting aftermarket stuff added, to leave it advertised to get leads. I know what I'm interested in and can view their entire inventory before I inquire about a vehicle and if I was interested in something else, that is what I would have inquired on? Just seems unfair to consumers.

I've purchased a few vehicles over the years at Weikert Ford and have always had a great experience. My original sales rep was George Brooks, who was a GREAT sales rep and very awesome person. I did not realize that George would have competition after he retired, until we met Matthew Hosack. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and provided no pressure service. He went above and beyond what we expected and saved us a HUGE headache regarding the sales process while dealing with a different dealership. We did not purchase the vehicle we were looking at this time, but I felt it was very important to acknowledge Matthew for just being an awesome human being and helping us in this process!

Having The dealership come to my house for regular service was a excellent program and the technician was very good and quick.I highly recommend Weikert Ford for continuous service. The only problem is the dealership needs to figure a better way for the customer to pay for the service.

Absolutely wonderful! Had issues with another dealership I ve gone to for 10 years and the mistakes were so bad I couldn t bring myself to take it back there. Brought it in to weikert and Dana, Rodney and the whole crew helped me out made me feel comfortable and fixed the issues! Highly recommend!!

I inquired about a vehicle listed online. Ford F-250 King Ranch. I looked at the pictures online and reviewed the window sticker, (92k). When the salesman called me back to confirm it s availability, I asked to confirm the price as I know some dealers like to add some packages upfront for you to buy, the guys says the truck is yours at $102k plus tax, tag, title, etc I asked where the 102k came from and he told me market value.Maybe these shady practices worked during Covid but it s 2024. I took the time to look at other vehicles they had on the lot and found several trucks marked up 5-15K above sticker. What an absolute shame! Would love to have done the deal at sticker but holding onto the truck for months to find the right sucker is the game this dealer plays.

For buying an out of state car, Weikert Ford and Ginny were amazing!! Very nice car dealership to do business with! We live in Lancaster county Pennsylvania and found a 2004 Mach 1 at this dealership online. We had never purchased a car from another state so when I initially called, Ginny helped to answer all my questions and was available by text during the whole process of us purchasing this car. We never got to see it in person or test drive it but I feel Ginny was very truthful and sent me a video of the engine running upon request and photos. She even told me the driver window didn t seem to work. They factored in the delivery of the car also to my house in the price so we didn t have to worry about that. The company they got to deliver it was also very professional and nice. All in all, I was very pleased with Ginny and Weikert ford and how easy the process was and the car is just amazing!! Very happy customer and highly recommend Weikert Ford and a big thank you to Ginny for always answering my many questions!!

I was visiting a friend of mine today we noticed that the front seats of this car were not original. I am very upset over this. I don t know what my options are but something like this should have been noticed by the dealership and I believe I m going to hold him responsible. I hope they step up take care of this matter or we may have to go to court, but I was sold a car that had parts on it from another car and was not told about this at time of purchase
