I recently purchased a vehicle from Huston Cadillac in Lake Wales, FL. Over the last 15 years, in different states, I have dealt with several different Cadillac dealers, and I must applaud the great experience I had at Huston.From the moment I walked into the dealership, cheerful staff members greeted me with smiles. Their polite attitude and effort to make me comfortable were different from those of other Cadillac dealerships in the past.Pedro, my sales associate, went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience delightful and engaging.He made the customer feel like he cared about me by educating me on details about different fees and costs in the contract and why they were or were not necessary.Other dealerships would provide limited or no detail when questioned, but items were needed. Truth and transparency are a great way to build customer trust. (Thank You Pedro)To finish things out, Craig, the finance manager, was cordial and quick in promptly getting the documents signed and me out the door.As this is a family-owned business, I would like to thank the Huston family for instilling in their staff the qualities of providing an excellent customer experience, which is a lost art these days.

I highly recommend asking for Pedro and for choosing this dealership. I came in looking for a used car and Pedro helped me via phone, in person, and even went and picked up a car I wanted to view from another (sister) dealership. He caught an issue with the camera on the car which the dealership is fixing and they are detailing the car! I have never received service like that. I will update this review if any issues come this weekend with the fix, detail, and delivery. He was an outstanding person to work with and I highly recommend you ask for him.Gary in financing was also absolutely fantastic. There was a miscommunication that I had brought my own financing and he pivoted on a moments notice and redid all the financials and paperwork to accommodate me. He kept us laughing the entire time and was absolutely fantastic to work with as well.Overall, this dealership is fantastic and I recommend choosing them.

I was dealing with a female sales assistant called Nicole. First of all she doesn't know anything about car business, second during closing the deal and wasting time, she suddenly came to say that she has another customer agreed to buy the vehicle 3 hours earlier. I was lucky to find better and cheaper deal from a private seller, no fees and no hassles

Your motto is: People you know and trust when it should be People you know and trust that can t wait to screw you . I always knew Dave was a cheater (not going to go into the details of what type, read between the lines). But I had no idea he was such a cheater and con man in his business/dealership too!!!! YOU VE BEEN WARNED .RUN don t drive it s not worth it!! This man will do anything to put more money in his own pocket. Quite frankly, one of the most disgusting humans I m embarrassed to say that I know and finally Dave I do know you and can promise with my last breath I wouldn t trust you!!!!!!

So there were some hiccups with my repairs but between my advisor Brittney and the Service Manager George they ensured for resolution and went above and beyond. Just pending my windshield and Bluetooth mic which is on backorder but i understand that isn't in the control of the dealer. My car is finally driving like a Cadillac again.

Considering they have deleted my original review.. which I m sure is why they only have good reviews I ll just do it again! This place is extremely unprofessional! And does not honor their word! We re from 6hrs away! We made a deal over the phone on a truck all sounds great right?! We ve booked accommodations hotel, rental car & have the check in hand ready to pick up, Just for them to call and say THEY did their calculations wrong and can t honor their price! Extremely unprofessional! If you did your numbers wrong that s on you and you should still honor the deal you made take it out of the sales guys commission he s the one who messed up, Do whatever you have to do!I don t recommend this location period! Especially after deleting my original review it really shows what great business they do!

Bought a 2021 3 years ago, we had our First problem last Thursday. Huston picked up our car in Sebring, transported it to the Cadillac Dealership. Called us the following morning, arranged a loaner and said it would be about 10 Days. Kept us posted and had our car back in 8 days. Thanks to the men and Women of the Huston Team

My husband and I drove two hours, made a deal with the dealership manager but because they are a "family" owned business they would not be open on Sunday to finish the deal, Nicki told us she was taking the tag and putting it away because we had a deal - a man's word..........we went home and was working with them on the phone to get financing - literally they sold the car to someone else while we were talking to the bank - after making a deal and taking the "family" man's word that we owned the car and they would get it all ready for us today! BAD Business and not FAMILY oriented at all - how do you do that to someone and with no recourse, no apology - just "we" didn't put money down, they didn't ask for money or we would have - they told us the car was ours. I don't know about anyone else, but I can tell you I will never do business with them again, they cost us money missing work and getting financing done and then the embarrassment to me and my husband when we had to tell the bank they sold it out from under us. That's not a family business because you cannot take them for their word!

Huston Cadillac is unlike any other car dealership I've ever purchased a car from in the past. They are honest, reliable, friendly, and completely transparent. We purchased our Cadillac Escalade and worked with Nicole, who was a joy to work with. She was informative throughout the entire process, always happy to answer any questions we had, and extremely friendly. When we picked up our vehicle, we had our other Cadillac serviced and the service team was as helpful and friendly as the sales team. There is no fine-print-scam-you-at-the-last-minute in the car buying process at this dealership. They are honest folks, who are great business people... they value their customers and treat you as such. Huston Cadillac has a customer in us for life. We very much appreciate such an honest, pleasant, and easy car buying experience. Nicole, thank you for everything!

Jim in Service along with the Service Director along with the 2 stockroom guys have been with both my everyday and midlife project car!! I have only worked with this group since I moved to Florida, They are the best, I have one more vehicle left in me, and I hope to purchase it from this dealership.

Brian was so helpful and was not pushy. I have a special needs son and Brian was so patient with us during the whole process. I definitely recommend anyone to please come by and see Brian for your purchasing needs. He had such knowledge of the vehicle we were purchasing, and never did we feel, rushed or pushed to make a decision on anything. We ultimately did buy a vehicle from him. And I also want to mention the finance manager Craig explained everything at a basic level never did he speak over us, but instead wanted to make sure that we understood every single thing we spoke about and signed.

Had a good experience when we purchased our car in 2021. Right after the warranty expired in May 2022 (we called Huston to check and they said it was expired), we had air conditioning issues. Our mechanic said that the part in the car appeared defective and suggested we contact where we bought the car and see if there was anything they could do. We called multiple times over the course of several weeks, each time a receptionist telling us that they would pass the message along to the person who could help us, the service manager. Never got a call back. Then I received a call from the sales manager, that was a general how s your car doing call and not in response to all of our messages. I explained the situation to him and he assured me that the service department would call me back. Months later, I have still not received a call back. I totally understand if they are not able to cover anything after the warranty is expired, my frustration is regarding not ever getting a call back to even ask and explain the situation. Due to never getting a response, I will purchase my next vehicle elsewhere.Edit: immediately after posting this review, I received multiple calls from Huston. Which was frustrating when I couldn t get a call back for months. They asked for us to bring them the part and stated our vehicle was still under warranty at the time of the issue. We brought them the part and today received a check for the part only, but not the labor we paid. Again, the only reason we had this fixed by another shop was that Huston said our vehicle was no longer under warranty.

Top notch service from start to finish. There s a reason this dealership is known as one of the best in the country! Sean is amazing and communicated with me throughout the entire process and I would recommend calling him first.

After using several GM dealers in Polk county, we decided to try Huston for our Cadillac repairs. I have worked for GM dealers in the Atlanta area for many years, and Huston has been fantastic!!!! They are always courteous and the couple of little hitches we have encountered, they stepped up and corrected every issue we had. I personally would highly recommend Huston Cadillac!!!!!

I recently purchased a used Corvette from Huston Cadillac, and the experience was excellent. I worked with Bryan Becerra, and he did an excellent job of communicating with me and was always responsive to my text messages and phone calls. I was coming from 2 hours away, and when I arrived the car was ready, and the business manager had most of the paperwork complete. Overall, the team at Huston Cadillac was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing sales staff. I decided to go with Huston when my local dealer failed to understand my needs. Huston listened to what I was looking for, and within minutes had found the perfect vehicle for me. They were able to secure the dealer trade and delivered the car to me lightning fast! A special shout out to Pedro Hernandez for all of his hard work and expert salesmanship!!

We stopped in to see what they had, what a pleasant experience! NO pressure from any sales person. I fell in love with a Lexus Crossover, the price was right but, hubby wanted to keep looking. I would gladly give Huston a chance!! Good people! I would have given 5 stars but, how do you love a car dealership??

Got my Cadillac Lyriq from Sean Monahan and he is someone everybody should talk to when they want a Cadillac. He kept me informed and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in my truck.

Brandon came out and wrote the service order. I enjoyed a cup of coffee after the very pleasant cashier (Marcia) showed me how to work the coffee machine. Waited until the service was done. One issue, Brandon showed me the service bulletin on the back up screen. I believe there should be a fix for the problem, not telling the customer to shift the car slower.

if you are an immigrant don't go there, the manager i believe his name is spelled "Shane" will not treat you with equal respect to the competitors who treated me so kindly well
