Tommy has been great to work with each time I've needed to. Transparent, affordable, and the service itself has been great. Easy recommendation. Definitely go here instead of taking your car to the dealership

We have used Lake Mary Automotive for almost 20 years. Tommy and his team have serviced at least 7 different vehicles for us over that time and I m always impressed with their commitment to getting it right, fair pricing, and speed of service. Too bad the rating only goes up to 5 stars or I d give more!

Excellent service. Really appreciated the personal touch and explanations. The problem was diagnosed and expertly repaired. Repair fees were quoted in advance and very fair based on the work to be done. They have a new customer for life.

Best mechanics in the area. Tommy will always go over the options so you can choose the best one for your vehicle. Prices are very reasonable. They have fixed things that the dealership couldn't figure out. They have worked on my family's vehicles for many years. Highly recommended.

Love the honesty and transparency here! Extremely difficult to find nowadays. Tommy and his crew are the ONLY mechanics I FULLY trust with my car. Once saved me over $1000 when dealership said that my car needed something it actually didn't. A+++

I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any sort of service, as I have been doing for years. Tommy is always great to work with and you can tell he actually cares, and is an honest and trustworthy mechanic with a great group of guys working at the shop!

Very pleased with their service. Prices were fair. They didn t try to sell me on unnecessary services like the dealership does. Felt I could trust their assessment and will be returning for maintenance as needed.

I have a 25 year old pickup which I loaned to a family member. When he came out of work it would not start. I had it towed to Lake Mary Automotive and they quickly diagnosed the problem as belts that were too loose and not charging the battery. The issue was repaired promptly for a reasonable price. They recommended I bring the truck back after driving it a while to make sure the belts were still ok. I waited over 3 months as I don t drive it much and they inspected the belts and checked out the truck overall for no charge. I will be using them for any future repairs.

They charge car dealer prices and always push some "service" like a flush, cleaning etc or else you're "engine will fail." I don't recommend.

All work was done as I had requested. My car was ready when I needed it to be done. I was treated courteously and professionally by the staff.I could not ask for anything more.I will always take my car to Lake Mary Auomotive when anything needs to be done!

Feel like I got away from a predator!New owner!Had service there before that was satisfactory. Fender off quarter panel to replace a battery. Labor plus battery was just over 200$Very fair.Brought my car to the new owner for a diagnostic and he said it could be upward of 200$ depending "how far they got" into it.No!The car has a computer that tells you what is wrong! It's not that big a deal probably 30-60 minute job at 90$ an hour.The new owner said any repair and parts would be on top of a 200$ plus diagnostic.Basically setting me up for an inflated bill.I called a mechanic I used in past and their policy is 89$ diagnostic that is waived if repairs are agreed upon.I feel like I was being set up for an inflated invoice and be taken advantage of.Very concerned about possible predatory practice with this new owner!

Helped fix a problem another shop couldn't fix (after trying multipe times). Took the time to get it right. Explained everything up front. Were honest in our dealings. Explained in detail what they found and recommendations. Very pleased with their services.

Honest, reliable, they tell you right up front what's going on. Bob is a great mechanic. I called, talked to Bob. Had a knock on the left side of my 2006 Toyota Camry. Drove it to the shop and just from listening he knew exactly what it was. He doesn't upsell, doesn't say well it could be. He is straight up. Sounds like something is running against the engine or a loose piece. Turns out it was the fan that was made out of plastic that was falling apart, because of years and years of being outside. He also noticed a few other things that were going on that can cause problems down the road. And sure enough, he was right. I'll go to him 100%. Small shop, gets a killer business, now you know why.
