Carlos did an amazing job on our truck. We are kinda on a fixed budget my husband has been in the hospital and is not working right now. We only have one vehicle so I was trying to juggle being with my husband and when he came home getting me to work. I went to get into our truck and when I started it it smelled like gas our fuel line had a hole. Carlosfixed it in a timely manner and at a low cost. We've taken our car here multiple times and had great service, but as of a few months ago they seem to have closed up shop with no notice and aren't answering calls. Would like to know if they've moved to a new location or if they've closed down.

Dropped in first thing in the morning. Told to come back at 1. They worked me in. Changed my clutch cable and fixed my coolant leak. Couldn't be happier. Awesome job guys! You'll be getting more work from me soon!

These guys are amazing! Clean shop, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me and my van with a stuck brake caliper, when they absolutely did not have to. I am extremely grateful to their shop and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I are in Florida anywhere from 3 to 6 months of the year. I find that Carlos and his staff at Pinpoint Auto are reliable, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Whenever we're in the area, this is the only place I have my vehicles serviced, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Carlos did an amazing job on my front suspension and for a good price. The only thing that threw me off was timing. I was told my vehicle would be finished the day I brought it in, but it went well into the following day to be finished. Carlos and his team did a great job with our 2017 Infiniti QX80 and we plan to bring more vehicles to his shop. Very professional and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. Pinpoint is the place to go for the Best diagnostic work too! We will be back! UPDATE: We brought our 2018 Mercedes GLC 300 to Carlos and team and they did another fantastic job! Awesome job by this garage. I had a couple of my vehicles I bought have some issues. I call it used car woes but it s understandable. These guys did amazing work and done right the first time. Prices are great work is done timely and your always kept in the loop about what you may or may not need. Give Carlos a call you won t regret it. I am having them fix a couple more things on my Dodge Durango and I now have a sound piece of mind it will be done right. Will never trust my car to this place again !! Was told that my speed sensor needed to be replaced. Made an appointment for a Friday. Owner was in and out of office not once said anything to me. I was then told by another worker car could not be fix more diagnosis needed to be done so I needed to schedule a whole nother week out. I got key back walked to my car immediately noticed scratching and damage on the front end. I question worker about it he said he knew nothing about it. I crunk up my car immediately notice I went from quarter of a tank to super E, which let me know worker had been flooring my car driving it reckless. Question owner about what happened to my car made excuses said it didn't happen at his shop. The only reason he asked if I had been refunded for the part is I question damage to my car otherwise I was under the impression the install part so he had no intention of letting me know it wasn't installed. I will never trust this place again!week out. When I wenmy car I noticed immediately scratching and dent on my front end. When asked the worker about it he said he knew nothing about it. I kept my garage garage at all times I know my car.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension repair

Called a few days ahead to make sure they could work on my car and they confirmed it with me. On arrival they greeted me made me feel welcomed , once they confirmed my car they brought it to the work area where they showed me what s wrong with my car and what s an easy fix that could save me money. The next day I picked my car up , felt the same way I bought it from the dealership. I would highly recommend them and they have affordable prices better then dealerships.

I took my Chrysler to Pinpoint because of the recommendation of a friend. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Carlos and his entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and did my repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. The quality of the repairs was much better than the dealership I had been using and they absolutely have all of my business from now on. I just wish I had come here a good while ago.

Got ripped off! They put very little Freon in my Car Air-conditioned after about 3 months Car AC is not as cold on Passenger AC. Called and ask the owner to put more Freon in because I was aware he put very little in but he refused to honor any guarantee or good will and wanted me to pay more money for Freon. I told him I would give him all my car repair business if he just did the right thing and put in the proper amount of Freon without charging for it. Then the phone went silent and did not talk to me again!There you have it folks, $5.33 wholesale his cost for one pound of R-134a refrigerant. It takes only 1.4 pounds of freon when completely empty which it was not! Just needed a little more to fill it properly the way he should have done which he did not do!This mechanic is a crook! Now he lies! It is still cold on one side but warmer on other side, because he was too cheap and did not give a full fill of freon the way he should have!.Service: Air conditioning

Carlos did a great job on my Ford Ranger I need a clutch put in, electronic fuel pump . I feel they were very reasonable . and he worked Beyond closing hour's to get it done!I appreciate it I'd recommend them to anybody. Thanks guy's, looking forward to doing more business with you!

They were absolutely amazing! They have great prices and are very friendly, they helped me with a lot and I couldn t thank them enough! They even did extra for me, they worked on my car for a while (it s a very complicated car) and didn t charge me any extra for their extra time. I will definitely recommend this auto shop to my family and friends. I am bias coz i am a regular here but I did made my homework that is why i liked the auto shop. The owner especially explains the details on the job that needs to be done by giving you plenty of options for you to decide and understand fully plus I have gone to other auto shop, Pinpoint Auto Diagnostic has the most reasonable fees in Polk County

I cannot express how helpful Carlos was. I bought an old bus at auction about 10 miles from him, and he was kind enough to go check it out on the lot and let me know what he thought of it (I had never seen the bus in person at that point). Long story short, Carlos and his team worked on the bus until it was in shape for me to drive down from NC to pick it up and drive back. Everything that was done was for an absolutely reasonable price and he was straightforward with me the entire time. 10/10 5 STARS.

I really don't recommend to go here.Someone recommend me this guy to fix my car that he was a good mechanic. Well I took my car here.to replace fuel pump on my car.turns out he didn't do a professional job.He said he was going to do a tuneup on it it never happened .My car was dirty from sitting outside for almost 3 months. Never call me..I just hat to get my car out..this is no good .don't waste your money.paid 650.00 for a fuel pump in my tank and he destroy my car by breaking.apart the inside of my car and they try to covered.we agreed on a tuneup and never happened. This guy Carlos is a crooked guy..if you want to trust him..I'll never go here again.it was recommend by advanced auto part.

This place is the most honest,reasonable, reliable Auto shop I think there is in Polk County, after Goodyear off 27 charged me to fix an oil leak, over $800.00, I decided after seeing oil under my car all over my driveway, to take my car to Pin Point, I love the fact that before they begin their day they say a prayer, that is telling you a lotabout how this place works, they will continue to be blessed because of the way they operate their business,if you are looking for a place to go and not get ripped off, Pinpoint is your auto repair shop, family owned and operated, highly recommend them.Sincerley, Annette Baker

Great costumer service, nice friendly employees. They work fast and do their work right plus advices you on other things you might have to pay attention in the near future. Good price for the job. The new facilities are welcoming and have a professional feeling. They have a nice friendly waiting area for costumers.

Great Mechanic ShopCarlos and his guys are great took my high mileage Traverse in for diagnosis didn't know it was this engine was notorious for timing chain issue's amongst other things but he changes it and finds other issues with engine so he ended up changing engine within a week car running great and the prices beat anyone around with quality work , they communicate progress and issues will definitely be recommending this shop for my friends.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
