I WENT TO SNAPPER TRAILERS TO PURCHASE AN EQUIPMENT TRAILER. ADAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ON THE SPOT WITH MY NEEDS. WHEN I ORDERED THE TRAILER I FOUND I HAD ORDERED A TRAILER TOO SMALL FOR MY APPLICATION. NOT ONLY DID ADAM FIX MY MISTAKE BY HAVING A LARGER TRAILER BUILT FOR ME, HE GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ON IT AS WELL. WHEN THE TRAILER ARRIVED, IT WAS EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND THEN SOME. IT NOT ONLY LOOKS GREAT. IT IS VERY WELL BUILT. I DEFINITLEY WILL RECOMEND SNAPPER TRAILERS, AND ADAM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A WELL BUILT NEW EQUIPMENT TRAILER

FlagsandHats.com ordered a 14 foot custom trailer from Snapper Trailers in Lake City and it came earlier than expected. Our sales rep Adam was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable helping us customize our trailer ( mobile store). We recommend every business owner should work with this young man to make sure you get your project done right with the proper options.Give Adam a raise he deserves it. Thank you and we highly recommend this sales rep Adam on any future orders we put in. In addition, the trailer was exactly like we ordered it and they did an awesome job putting out trailer together. Every word of this is a true story. I purchased a new custom built Snapper cargo van to use as a food concession truck in September of 2017. I labored for many long, hot hours in the van installing an easily cleanable floor and a 4 compartment sink. i am not a young woman and the work (which i did mostly alone) was very difficult. I hoped to have a good, clean food truck to supplement my retirement. Then things suddenly went wrong with my partner who was to help out in the food truck. I then decided to sell the van to get some money to help a daughter in law with expenses as one of my sons was diagnosed with bone cancer. I parked the food truck in a highly visible area in Nokomis with a large "for sale" sign on the truck. I also purchased a good quality lock for the tow hitch and the back door. As you can see from the second attached photo, my van was stolen October 23, 2017. A local business owner who had video surveillance for that night helped me locate the footage that shows the suspect towing my van north on highway 41. All of this was recorded as part of a Sarasota County Sheriff's report. Two months later i received a phone call from Jessica Johnson, Snapper Trailers that someone had called them and required about two different VIN numbers on my van. That was the break through I needed. Without Jessica Johnson's help, I still would be without my van. I am so thankful Snapper Trailers was attentive and responsive. A final note to this story is that my son passed away from bone cancer and I never got a chance to finish this story for him. He would have loved it!Thank you to all the people at Snapper Trailers for a great van and their further help in getting my van returned to me.

Excellent!!!Don't think you'll find a better price or customer service. Bought a solid, well built 7x14 enclosed trailer for my Construction Company. Adam is very focused on making sure you get the right trailer for your needs. And Emma was very friendly and made you feel right at home :)Thanks Adam for making this a smooth and easy transaction.Would definitely by here again.

Great place to buy a trailer! Adam was super helpful and made my trailer purchase painless. The trailer is excellent quality and everything advertised. I had extra D-rings installed in the floor and the work was first rate. I picked my trailer up in Georgia and the staff there were incredibly helpful and very friendly. If I ever need a new trailer, this is where I will go! I am also telling all my friends who drool over my new trailer, where I got it! Thanks again.

My husband, Michael and I, researched online for a trailer. We are in Orange Park and found that Snapper Trailers had the best price by quite a bit, even when factoring in driving an hour away to purchase one. We called and spoke to Adam and he said he would hold the trailer for us until we could pick it up. Once we got there, we decided on a different trailer and had Adam switch out the lights to LED's for us. He took care of it right then and there. This transaction couldn't have been any easier! Adam absolutely went above and beyond. I came in here with no appointment and he jumped right and started working on my trailer. I had no breaks. We chases wires and finally changed out backing plate. He found more wires that were bare and fixed them. Great guy and neat family. Definitely recommend this place.

Made the 2 1/2 hour drive after making deposit to hold trailer. There was a confusion on the final price. This wasn t any fault of this dealership. Apparently entered wrong by bookkeeping. Lady at this dealership called her manager and took care of the problem and final price was adjusted to the correct amount. She went above and beyond to save the sale and I couldn t be happier with the trailer. Pulls great, no issues. Very happy with overall purchase.

I bought a 7'x16' Snapper RV side door and back ramp door trailer from them and got good service and an excellent price. They answered their phone on the first call and verified a trailer I wanted was on the lot and held it for me. When I purchased the trailer they actually sold me a higher quality trailer for the base price of a lower quality model which saved me about $400 and I was greatly appreciative of the gesture. The trailer had 16" of center supports instead of 24" off center. If I ever need another enclosed trailer, I'm coming right back to this location. The trailers themselves are also excellent quality and I get a lot of compliments on my trailer.

I needed an 8.5 x 18 cargo trailer, fast. I called many trailer dealers in the Tampa area, which is about 2 hours from where I live. Only 1 responded after about 3 days, and they didn't have what I needed. I called Snapper Trailers in Fort Pierce. Jessica answered the phone and immediately told me that they had what I needed at their Tampa or Lake City locations. She called me back shortly afterwards to tell me that the one in Tampa had been sold, but if I was willing to go to Lake City, I would save money on the delivery fees.She held the trailer for me until I got there and Adam was super easy to work with on getting the paperwork done and hooking up the trailer. I was out of there within 45 minutes.The trailer is well built and have already received several compliments on it. I would highly recommend doing business with Snapper Trailers to anyone in the market for one.

Found location online from Google search on a Saturday night. I called and left a message.. got a text message back very next day. Adam was great with sharing information and responding to my questions. I purchased a 7' x 14' utility trailer. Great price. Great survive

Best experience ever! They went above and beyond to help me with my exact needs. We purchased a 6x12 enclosed trailer that was built amazingly! I did not feel pressured and because of my time constraints they even allowed me to use one of their trailers temporarily before I even made a purchase! Exemplary service!!! We plan to purchase another soon.

We had a great experience at Snapper Trailers - Lake City . We called after hours on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about an enclosed trailer . We were ready to buy that day. So Adam and his wife Jessica even though they had already closed , waited on us to drive there from Jacksonville to purchase our trailer . Now that's custermer service! I would encourage anybody to check out Snapper Trailers in Lake City. It's worth the drive! Tell them Steven & Melissa sent you ! :)

Showed up to Snapper Trailers at 10:15 am only to find it closed. Upon calling Adam I was informed he was 45 mins away and running late. I call back 45 mins later only to again be told 30-45 mins before anyone would be there. I understand things come up, but this is not how you conduct business when people are looking to spend thousands of dollars on a product readily sold elsewhere. Utterly disappointed.

This company done not stand behind the products they sell. Lights weren't all working and the metal skin was coming apart after traveling only about 150 miles. I was told I had to return the trailer to the manufacturer in Georgia. He had nothing to do with it. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Jessica who works there went beyond to try to help us when we purchased a 2020 enclosed trailer from Douglas Trailers in Georgia. POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!! We went 300 ft , started having problems with the lights. We turned around and Jessica pointed out to us the poor workmanship in the wiring. I think it shorted out my fuse. When she called the owner they could care less. I was told that I would have to take the trailer to Georgia to be fixed and we live in Ocala Florida. Adam and Jessica started helping us right away to fix the wiring... How can an owner not care about the product that they sell and make? Thanks Jessica and Adam for helping us.

Wonderful and fast service. Very straight forward, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We will be making the trip back to Lake City just to purchase from Adam. Would highly recommend him and his company for everyone needing trailers.

Highly recommend Snapper trailers in Lake City to buy a trailer. We looked online and at some other dealers. The 6" inch frame is what brought us back for the Diamond Cargo trailer. Staff stayed late to help us make the right choice and finish the paperwork.

Called for over a week and could not catch the owner at the location to tell us what he had on the lot. kept promising us that he would call us back, never did. Finally got ahold of him at the location and he was a smart Azz to us, Hung up and his wife called me back to explain that she has a cleaning business and she don't know how to pull a trailer so he has too. ask her not to call me back so now she is texting me. Stay away from the Lake City Location , they don't need our money

The dark haired guy that looks like one of the three stooges has a very bad attitude and does not know how to deal with customers. Good luck.Edit go ahead put the vidio up that not how it went down your guy was rude . Told me he was the owner and this is not the first time I don't have any plans for the trailer until March. Please put the vidio up i beg you.
