Worst service EVER!! This establishment has had my daughters car since end of Dec 23 and it's now middle of March and no vehicle yet! Vehicle has been done since Friday but won't release because the insurance was billed for additional repairs. They have been paid over $12,000 from the insurance company and still won't release the car. Terrible turn over and their lack of communication is beyond frustrating, daughter has been unable to work due to not having a vehicle since her accident. Don't get your vehicle impounded by Ford collision, they wanna keep your ride and not care about how their clients are managing life without their vehicle.

Our sunroof exploded while we were driving down the highway. We found Rountree Moore Ford and Scott and Tammy took excellent care of us. They made sure the broken glass was vacuumed out and the sunroof was securely covered so we could finish our drive to GA. Sure wish they were closer to Atlanta.
