Do not have any AC lines made at this location.Not only will the line crimp fail once you put pressure to it, but there is zero they will do about the consumables that their failed product caused you to use.The manager Scott has apparently not charged many AC systems as he believes no matter what pulling a vacuum on a system will show a leak. Well there was a vacuum of 30 inches pulled for 45 minutes with no issue. 15 minutes after filling the system with 4 lbs of freon the hose began leaking at the crimp that they made.

I ve been traveling a bit with a vintage motor home and I prefer NAPA for parts and supplies. I can pick out the independent owned stores and the corporate stores. Harder to loose you job with corporate so customer service isn t the greatest. The guys at this store are very knowledgeable and professional. I had to use a couple of other NAPA stores that were owned by corporate and service and knowledge was lacking. This NAPA store reminds me of my local NAPA store in NM. Easy going, get you the right stuff kinda of guys. I like it.

Was traveling through the area and needed an oil filter for my antique motorcycle, they kindly ordered it for me and had it in only a few hours!

Lol joke brought back item that says NAPA all over it didn't have the recipet my fault didn't care how I got refunded store credit or cash and the clerk actually says I can't refund u cause I don't know what he charged u. I dont get tax exempt or no fleet discount I told him and because they work on commission he couldn't do it cause of the sale wouldnt go to or take from the right person but what's the kicker is he was the sales rep SMH.......GET IN THE ZONEAUTOZONEI guess specialty tools go there prices are way to high and if the product is still in the package and has there company logo printed on it and u don't have receipt forget about it cause they dont know how much to charge u even though they can scan the item or just go to the shelf and look so don't throw away ypur receipt

We were losing grease on an axle bearing traveling from Birmingham, AL to Palm Bay, FL. Found this local NAPA store after waiting 2 hours on a local truck shop to look at it. Gave up and found NAPA. They had what we needed and got us back on the road quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Neat looking older store too. Loved all the antique signs.

This Napa store is close to us in Lake City - My husband went in this morning needing head lights 8:00 8:15 am. Front employee Lady on the phone - then answered the phone a second time she acted as if she never saw him - not even saying hello I will be with you in a second. I have always worked with the public. If on the phone you say I will be with you not answer the phone a second time. Someone should have been helping her. Answer the phones or getting the walk in customers.

They had my parts my bearing replacement and seal replacement for my 68 Galaxy in store .Making this part easy not having to wait.

The store owner doesn't participate in some of the flyer discounts I get in mail. Disappointed in Napa to say the least. Don't go here for parts much anymore just because of that. A deal will bring customers to your door.

Napa keeps A well-stocked inventory. If they don't have it they usually can get it the next day. Prices are fair.
