Lake city GMC is a great independent dealership that's not going to hassle you with 20 salesman running at you. Very nice, immaculate place with great deals. Not one to take you over the coals, you will walk out with a great vehicle with a reasonable price. Not to mention the Carfax to prove certification of record. Definitely recommend making this your first stop before any other dealer! plus, 5 stars to Roger ( Business MGR) for great customer service and the most personable out of anyone there. Thank you Roger!!

The honesty and helpfulness of everyone here was incredible, Mark fought for the exact payments we wanted even with literally 0 credit and made us feel like an extension of the family. Roger explained all the numbers and the best way to go about the whole experience to the perfect level of detail with our prior knowledge. I could not have imagined a better experience and I m very thankful for everyone being real humans and not just salespersons.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Why? Answer: Excellent customer service which makes it worth keeping our business with them. The sales team and the service team have always been very professional, courteous and attentive. We appreciate how they explain the what, where, when and how of whatever we're trying to accomplish. They have always been up front with service costs and fees. Thanks GMC team :-)

This is the perfect Service Dept. Robbie and other associates make me feel at home. They answer all my questions, and at my age I probably ask too many. They always ask if they can do anything for me while I'm waiting. Also the service work is great.I love doing business there. These guys make me feel at home.

I have been going to Lake City Buick since purchasing my Buick Enclave there in 2020. I find everyone to be friendly and accommodating in caring for my needs. I am kept informed by either Mitch or Robbie of the progress or special needs and costs of any needed repairs. I always remain in the waiting area which I find comfortable. Making convenient appointments is easy.

Service was great. Luke West was our salesman and was great to work with. Not pushy. Knowledgeable about the car and process. Easy to talk to. Overall experience has been great. I d recommend them and Luke if you re interested in getting another vehicle.

Excellent visit all the way around. Turn around time was very quick with all my complaints addressed and solved. What I was also happy with was communication. Service Rep Mitch kept me informed every step of the way. Very smooth visit and I had my truck back well before I expected. Top shelf!!

Luke at Lake City GMC was great. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He did what he said and my truck was ready when I arrived. The paperwork was ready and it was a quick delivery. My experience at Lake City GMC has been positive. This service was the first for a new truck I recently purchased. The service department also took care of a recall while I was there. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The time I was waiting was appropriate for the level of service I received.

We have both our cars serviced at Lake City GMC! They have the best service department in Lake City! Robbie handled everything for us today! As usual he was kind and polite I am sure he makes everyone feel special! My car was ready quickly and the price was right! I wouldn t dream of going anywhere else! Thanks Ronnie!

These folks are very friendly and courteous. They make you feel at home. They even fed us during our purchase visit. NO PRESSURE AT ALL. And you can drive whatever you want if want to check out different ones. Great Experience!!

The people who work here are absolutely phenomenal!!! I had been looking for a used F150 Lariat with low miles and found that they had the truck that I was looking for and it only 4500 miles on it. Unfortunately before I could get up there to pick up the truck and trade in my current truck, somebody rear ended me and totaled my truck. Wendy and Larry went out of their way to bring the truck to my house 4 hours away!! I'm sorry, you might not have caught that, they drove 4 HOURS to deliver the truck to me!!! I couldn't have asked for anything more. I was never expecting that and they definitely went above and beyond!!

I bought a Kia Soul+ at Lake City GMC. I worked with sales representative Luke and he was awesome. He helped facilitate the deal from miles away, answered all my questions quickly and made the process as smooth as possible. Excited to spend many more years in my new car. Tell us what you think!Mitch in service did an excellent job in taking care of what my vehicle needed service for, Code P0128 as was stated. He answered all my questions. My tires were not properly inflated, just had new tires put on, so he asked service technician Logan to fix this issue.I had the engine thermostat and sensor replaced. Now, I am a want to see it on paper type of person, I was verbally told there is a 2 year warranty on this service work. I did ask if this was written on the documents and I was told that if there was a question, to just have the service department to call Lake City GMC.Why is this not documented?If there is a warranty on paper, please send it to me via my email: address on file.Why is there not a recall on this issue if the problem has been an issue since 2017. This is even happening on the 2023 models.Thank you,Terry

Special thanks to salesman Luke and manager Tony. Went to brows for a larger truck with more towing capacity and found the perfect truck for me and my family. The process was quick and painless. BEST vehicle buying experience of my life! I am 60 years old and I have owned 16 cars / trucks in my life. I walked into Lake City GMC in lake City, Fla. I walked in and spoke to Issac about what I wanted. He promptly directed me to the vehicle he had that best fit my request. I liked it right away. We walked back in, I told him if we could reach a deal, I'd buy it right then. He explained my needs and request to Tony. Tony was back with in 10 minutes with a single sheet of paper that had a final price. It was exactly what I needed. It was about 3 pm. I asked him if I could pick it up after 5 pm. He said it'll be ready. I went back at 5:10 pm, picked up my truck, and drove away happy!! I WILL be back.

This was by far the best experience I ever had with a Dealership. Eli was an excellent salesman. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and worked with me for several days to close the deal. Shana at the Finance Department was very kind and helpful. I will defiantly recommend them to all my fiends and relatives.

BEWARE!I took my truck here last summer. To get an alignment balance and rotation. And they gave it back to me in worse shape. They had a whole bunch of excuses and ended up keeping it for 2 more days but finally fixing it.My son's car needed a balance alignment and rotation So I took it there and the exact same thing happened. They gave me back the car in worship. I called and complained and they said don't worry darling. I called and complained and they said don't worry, darling.Will fix it for you. They said darling, it'll be okay little darling. I'm just now getting my car back and it still pulls. I'm leaving and never going there again because it is a scam artist alignment shop. Please beware you will not get an alignment. You will get a story and have to bring it back.

Luke exceeded our expectations with the purchase of our pre owned vehicle and trade in. He was very professional and courteous, and explained everything to us, and answered our questions.
