Nathan Rodriguez - The best person to work with. He is so much customer centric, paid attention to detail in terms of what trim of Grand Highlander we were looking for, which ext and int color we desire, which accessories we want added on top of the standard ones, and.... the best part is that he arranged all of those.He is the main reason why we bought our Grand Highlander from this dealership. Well this is my 5th new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership.This is my 2nd Camry TRD. Each purchase has been as pleasant as the previous one or more gratifying.From Raquel in the service department, to Caleb in sales, and through Jim the manager, this team is cohesive and a testament to how a car should be presented and sold to customer.Loyalty is appreciated; they actually say it with a smile.The car is appealing drives extremely well and it sounds like a grizzly roaring down the road.The facility is really clean with a very relaxing atmosphere.Thanks for the memorable car purchasing experience.

I was extremely impressed with my service today! When I thought I was calling the dealership where I bought my Jeep, I actually called Toyota's service department. After a good laugh, I kept my appointment with Toyota and I'm glad I did. Ashley was friendly and helpful. She called and researched my warranty information and provided excellent service. I will definatly be going back. Thankful they are under new ownership.

Over the weekend, I was in talks to buy a used vehicle from this place and was on the phone with a salesman right before close on Saturday saying we will talk Monday about acquiring the vehicle (they are closed Sunday). Before having the finance figured out, he tried getting me to pay my down payment on the vehicle over the phone which was very weird with which I said no. I head in on Monday morning (2 hours away mind you) to discuss purchasing the vehicle and am told that they sold this vehicle right at closing Saturday.Luckily for me, the buyer was already planning to return the vehicle due to not being able to afford the insurance. I am told they are on their way to return the vehicle and should arrive back within 40 minutes. An hour and a half of waiting, I was about to throw in the towel until the car arrives and now ready to discuss buying the vehicle. Instead of helping me with this inconvenience by giving a small amount off due to selling the car right from under me, they go on about selling me the vehicle at the same price and assume I m just going to buy it after letting someone put miles on it for free for a few days. I give them my offer and of course, they bring their manager over to say it s too low and that they are sorry for wasting my time.Of course, this was one of their typical tactics hoping I would say yes but I was ready to leave anyways since I still had work. I got in my car and they let the salesman come out and allow us to speak further on price. We came to a deal and I was able to close on the vehicle as much as I should not have with this terrible experience I had.To conclude this, they did a poor job of cleaning the vehicle after it being returned an hour earlier. These people pretend to care and it s truly a shame. Buy from somewhere else, 1 star is being generous and that s only because their finance manager was the most genuine of the bunch.

What an incredible car buying experience it has been. Nathan has the potential to become the head of car sales department, he helped me get the car I wanted for so long. I have been negotiating with several dealerships and met some good sales persons, but everything changed when I got connected with Nathan.Now, I am not the negotiator anymore, I am the car owner, a proud Highlander owner. Nathan you are the best!!!Heather is a sweet and helpful person, she helped me with the updates related to the car all the way up to the date of delivery. She also helped by sharing the required documentation in the format that I preferred and ensured that documentation is ready for signatures to save time.Ashley Carter, the GM is a gem of a person, I am guessing he is the reason behind such a helpful and customer centric team. Not a single staff member was pushy, yet each one was there to support and answer any questions I had. The internet sales team, the new car sales team, the finance department, and even the sweet girl at cash counter, everyone did a great job. Such a fabulous team!Unlike others, this dealership did not charge any market adjustment or added any dealership packages to jack up prices. I drove out of Tallahassee (2 hours) to buy a car from here, and honestly, it was worth it.This has been my best car experience ever!

One of the best Toyota dealerships we have visited in all our travels around the U.S. Service Departments aren't usually a fun way to spend a few hours, but we truly enjoyed our time here! The waiting room was dog-friendly, spacious and offered complimentary coffee, water, and tea. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and friendly. Raquel took great care of us and was super communicative. They loved giving pets to our dachshund Butters. They even had a photo booth set up for Valentine's Day! Such a fun way to pass the time while waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. What we loved most of all was that the service tech sent you an actual video of their inspection. No guessing whether you were getting scammed or whether or not they actually checked something! We were blown away! Every Toyota dealership should do this! 100% recommend this dealership to take care of your Toyota.

They could have done the tire rotation.I bet they broke the filter casing. I put it in writing do not use the drill to tighten anything. Motors don t like being cranked. Anyway . good luck with that. We ll see what happens.

I-75 Toyota in Lake City, FL has probably been be best dealership I've walked into in a long time period. My salesman, Richard did not push me into buying a car. Richard walked me through all the technology and features of the vehicles I liked. Richard displayed his love and loyalty for the Toyota brand, which spilled over to me. I bought a 2024 Toyota Camry from I-75 Toyota, and I will purchase from them again and again. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to I-75 Toyota in Lake City. Take a look around. I promise you will not be the disappointed. You will drive away and be car the vehicle you want at the price that you want, end of story.

Just left their shop. Their mechanic sent a video showing legitimate needs (tires and new filter). However, instead of smacking the existing filter off, which has debris and leaves on it, they shoved it right back in as is. They should be aware that some of their clientele actually know how to work on cars. Pulled in cabin air filter out myself because I heard a ticking noise behind the dash, just to find they put the filter back in with leaves in on the filter. Now I have a leaf floating around behind my dash, and it is making an obnoxious noise in one of the fans. This place always tries to peddle its extremely overpriced wares to me. My car needs a realignment too, which they lied to me about doing last time I came. My balding tires show otherwise.Stay away from this place!

Raquel helped me and my wife and she was absolutely amazing ! She helped with everything we needed and made us feel like family . She got us in and out as fast as she could . We aren t even from lake city but we will now be traveling here from Jacksonville to get our maintenance done . The mechanic was amazing too , he thoroughly explained everything that was needed for my vehicle and they even sent a video of him in real time inspecting my tundra ! Super thankful for these guys ! You now have a lifetime customer !

An absolutely stress free car buying experience. Nef was professional, kind, and got me the car I wanted at the right price. I was happy to make the drive from Jacksonville for such a great experience. This dealership also has ZERO markups or hidden fees/mandatory "options" like the ones in Jacksonville do, and I'm so glad I found them. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Brian stalvey is the real deal, exactly how a salesmen should operate and beyond literally he and his manager did everything possible to make a deal happen.. things i didn t think they would be able swing.. but they got it done. Not to over bearing like a usual salesmen, i will be buying from i75 Toyota from here on out.

Harvey and Caleb were very quick in responding to my email and phone call.I schedule my appointment with Harvey first. And minutes later Caleb responded to my email and I explained to him I always had an appointment for 12:00 on Saturday. He was very professional and that after he text me to disregard his email then, he sent me another text apologizing for the text if I took it the wrong way because it wasn't what he meant. I didn't think it was a bad text I told him no worries but thank you for the concern and care. That's what I call good customer service. When I got there Saturday right at opening time I met with Harvey very professional went out show me the car to the protest drive had my car evaluated for trade-in value. We went through the numbers came to an agreement with the finance company with one that I was comfortable with. And using the credit union I requested in my mind , meant he, and the finance guy I forget the name but I think Joel listen to my concerns, needs, and knowledge of the banking system. That was very refreshing not having to fight back and forth for half a day to get to the right number. I was even able to afford the extended warranty with the lower interest rate. I figured my interest rate would be 7.1 to 7.4 with my credit score, Joel was able to get me at 6.99 which was awesome! Harvey even provided me with a hamburger for a snack while we waited. I've owned 23 cars in my life I've been in and out of car dealers many many times I have only found two car dealers that I find worthy of my business and for me to recommend to friends and family and yours is one of them. I hope you keep your staff working with the people the way they did me and I hope you and your dealership great success. If you keep the customer service up like you did cars will sell themselves but people make the difference that's why I drove so far to buy my car. Please pass this message to Harvey and Joel and finance. If the finance guy's name is different my apologies I mean no disrespect. Thanks again for everything I love my Subaru and I will definitely recommend you guys for new or used cars may God bless you your dealership and your employees and families.

**GO TO ANOTHER TOYOTA SERVICE CENTER** Never take your vehicle here for service and do NOT let them touch your vehicle, not even for a standard oil change!!!Edit: Thank you Owner! I do believe you have my contact info. The last time we spoke, the attendant said the mechanic that worked on my vehicle "passed away" and nothing could be done. Then I was put on hold for 47 minutes never to be return called.To those reading this I strongly urge you to re-consider vehicle service at this location! Never have I seen this happen at any dealership I have been to, you are better off going to a jiffy lube.

I had a great experience at I75 Toyota in Lake City, Fl and came home with a 2024 Toyota Venza. I had looked at their website multiple times over the time span of several weeks where I had picked out two different models that I wanted to look at. Since I had never owned a Toyota I had many questions! When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by several friendly employees including the General Manager, Ashley Carter along with Mr. Roy Carter and Andre Williams. I had been talking to Mr. Roy and told him the two models that I was interested in prior to our arrival at the dealership. They had both of the vehicles I thought I was interested in parked front and center for me to look at, sit in, and drive! Andre was very knowledgeable about the Venza and answered all of my many questions! Needless to say the Venza was the one I drove home and I m ecstatic with my choice!! My experience from the first day I started looking until I visited the dealership was a great!

This was my first time going through a local Toyota dealership, I have bought two trucks from Jacksonville. I decided to give the local dealership a try. Since they were under new ownership. I took my old truck in and I was met by a young man Dalton Williams, very polite, asked me if I needed help, I told him that I already had a truck in mind, and I was looking to trade in my old one. We went in got a set keys, took the new one for a test drive, asked a few questions. He was honest he said he wasn t familiar with the Tocoma, we drove back to the lot. I told him that I was ready to see what kind of offer they were willing to give me for my trade in, I also told him what i could afford as payment. To make a long story short, I bought a new Tacoma. I can say no one was pushing me or pressuring me, I enjoyed the process I was in and out less than an hour and half.
