I know that this review is a little late but I have been so busy but now I have the opportunity to give my experiences with Village Car Wash last month or so. I own a 2015 Kia Forte Sedan that was a 2 owner car and now has a little more than 100,000 miles on it. Although I kept the entire clean and neither myself or the last owner didn't smoke or eat inside of it, I felt the grey cloth seats needed a nice cleaning. They were not TOO bad but might as well get them cleaned. I called and Dee was very professional and nice with me making an appointment and everything else. Also I must mention that the back seat behind the driver's seat had some sort of whitish residue that I needed to get out. I had no idea what it was but in the end, the seats were cleaned well but it was sunny but cold that day so I had to wait for everything to dry thoroughly. When everything dried, everything looked great except for that aforementioned residue behind the driver's seat was still there. I called Dee and she told me to bring it in and basically, Jordan(??) told me that he would clean the spot with some sort of "enzyme cleaner" and I waited 15 minutes and after all was said and done and dry, it was GONE!!!! Anyway, I want to thank Dee, Jordan (???) and everyone over at The Village Car Wash for their work on my Kia, even though it was just a small shampooing and vacuuming of the front and back seats and the extra treatment on that stubborn residue stain in the back seat. Thank you! I will be back!

Rip off! Paid for the "gold" package. The guy who wiped the interior pulled the rear diff lock then made a series of tight turns into the car wash. The tire shine looks like someone sprayed it on in blotches but never wiped it. For the price I paid I feel completely ripped off. Will never be back.

Brought the car home from The Villages Car Wash and then had to back out of my garage. The right rear sensor now whines, thinking there is something behind the car, to the right side, which there isn't.This only started after having my car washed. Clearly someone cleaning the car touched a sensor back there. They're closed today and I'm going away for a week, so I can't go back to tell them right away. I'll end up going to a shop to look at it when I return and probably end up paying to fix it.Also, the front windshield, which was supposed to have been cleaned inside and out, is showing streaks and blurriness on the passenger's side, something I would not have noticed driving back from the car wash.Never going back to The Villages Car Wash.

I took my 2014 Land Rover for an exterior wash this afternoon (1/24/2019). The cost was $18.00 + $5.00 tip = $23.00. When I go home (The Villages) I noticed that the lower panels rear side were dirty. The running boards were also dirty on top. The fender well were very dirty. I was expecting a great wash because many of my friends have told me that this was a great place. Very disappointed. Lots of people working but NO quality control. However, the gentleman that receive me was very courteous so I felt at home, the office man was also very nice explaining to me all the services they offer. Thumbs down for the wash..........

The cashier was polite and helpful.Clean restrooms and lobby.They did a good job cleaning our car.Didn't understand why some of the front workers had their face covered. Maybe health reasons? It's kind of creepy.

This used to be the very best car wash around.The lines were always out to the street. Not anymore. Raised prices and fired all the good help sad sad sad

Had a $39 village car wash gift card checked balance 10/27/23 went the same day ordered $39 wash cashier said only $29 on card rechecked balance on card 4hrs after being told by cashier only $29 on card no explanation where $10 went will never buy gift card there again.Car wash itself was good .UPDATE// received contact from Villages Car Wash they resolved the issue i had with gift card to my satisfaction.I will continue to use them, they are a very reputable operation SO if you have a problem say something i'm sure it will be properly handled

Simply put, the most recent reviews about how they treat their workers are actually true, not slander.Plus, those people WERE customers. Emphasis on WERE. They WERE customers UNTIL they heard about how this place screwed my son over.My son (18) worked there for 5 months. And he NEVER MISSED A DAY. I would know cause I was the one who took him to work every day he worked. He had particular availability because I was his ride and it was MY schedule he was having to work his own around.August 19 they wanted him to change his availability from what it was and he couldn t. They said they would call him about his schedule the next week. They never did and they did not return his phone calls, even when we tried to see how we could make it work to change his availability.When they FINALLY called him back, they said they d already let him go because he couldn t change his availability. (And they didn t bother to call him to inform him when they made this decision; they made him chase them to find out)But then ON THE DOCUMENTATION, they listed his reason for termination as being JOB ABANDONMENT So. Y all mean to tell me that it s slander to point out how y all treat your workers (such as ILLEGALLY GIVING THEM ONLY ONE 20-MINUTE BREAK OVER 9 HOURS in the hell-hot sun), but it s not slander to bald-faced LIE about why you fired a kid who never missed a single work day? Because lying about someone abandoning their job when they didn t is definitely slander, as it could adversely affect their future employment. But of course y all know that. That s why you did it, is it not?Stop it.

This is the best car wash I found in The Villages. I am satisfied with both the exterior and interior work. I recommend for those who have cars where it is appropriate to opt for the dashboard conditioning option. It makes a difference.

This place has went 1000% downhill, and the price has went way up. I have been going there for years. One of the main reasons I come there is to get my windows cleaned really well and for the bugs to be cleaned off the front of the vehicle. I just left there bugs all over my windshield bugs all over the bumper. Absolutely terrible I won t be going back.

CR was not cleaned properly. The ties were not shiny. They said they put the shine on during wash well you could have fooled me. I asked the cAshier and the guy who pulled my car forward. If the$44 included EVERYTHING and they they replied YES.When the said my car was ready, I did a quick inspection and found dirty door jams were dirty. The arm rest on the driver side was dirty. And they told me the marks did not come off. Well I came home and and a wash clod with plain water and wiped the Marks s off.By this time I was really annoyed and asked to speak to the manage. She came toward me and I could she she was ready to give me a hard time. I told her my car was not properly cleaned. The more she glared at me and insulted my intelligence when asking me if I could read, the angrier I got. We are retired and worked hard at our careers. I know prices have gone up exponentially since the pandemic, but give me my moneys worth . Have some pride in your job, whatever it is.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Great car wash. I get mine hand washed and detailed. You have to get in line and when they come to the car you tell them what you want, they give you a ticket to pay inside. $53.00 with tax. Great deal . I have a large 4 door truck and it just shines even the wheels and tires. Definitely recommend. Hope this helps. I always ask for Aaron. He does such a great job I give him a $10.00 tip. For someone to come to your home to wash and detail your automobile would be at least $125.00. even with a tip I save money. Hope this helps.

Well, I can say it's cleaner than I was. I do drive a 4-door Ram so it's a larger vehicle to rush through but even at the $28 service there bugs left on the grill across the hood and on my mirrors. Grease lines from road grime still on door panels, 2 tan spots on hood that look like pollen left on the hood I quickly scratched off with my fingernail. The back seat floor mat has an area of sand they missed. Also if you dirty spots on the exterior. Overall it's a fair job but I couldn't read it highly nor exceptional.

No one else is allowed to touch my car. They do the BEST job every time. I always get the highest grade wash ($40) with the extras. Looks like the owner erased my review. While the my initial review was extremely detailed, this review will only cover the highlights. Worst car wash I ever used. Took them 65 minutes until I was able to leave the site. I was never advised the wait would be that long. After advising management of my dissatisfaction, and asking fellow customers about their experience, I was summarily banned from their business. The owners need a course in customer service very badly. I had to laugh after i was banned. Of course I would never return after that awful service.David

Always a pleasure coming to this place! I'm always greeted with full enthusiasm and all smiles!I drive from Belleview, because I KNOW my car will be taken care of properly. I am very picky about my car and they make sure I am fully satisfied every time.Also that *Free* "New Leather" air freshener is also one of the best scents they carry!

Spent 39.00 on wash, vacuum and tire shine. Wash was good, vacuum could have been better, tire shine was a zero. Never hit them. Do a walk around before you go

There was a time that came to this car wash at least twice a week. After management changes the prices have doubled. I now only go every other week. And that s mostly because they are nice to my dog.The very last time I will attend was when they told me it would be an extra $10 because I have a dog.That makes the lowest price was $35! There are places you can go for less than that as many times a month as you like. I m done!I ll add to this post now that everyone has been lied to .this car wash was sold in February of 2020If that s not a management change I don t know what is. The previous owner did a great job!

Excellent job inside and out. Very thorough. Friendly staff. Good deal and good choices. Early morning right at opening is best time. I highly recommend this business.

I never knew you could be this disappointed in a car wash. They mistreat their employees, they lie to their customers and the owner is a crook. This establishment should be kicked out of the villages.

The windows had water spots, the running boards were left with dirt, didn t wipe the tailgate, mirrors were dirty, rims still had dirt on them. Nice. There is a bit of a wait to clean the car on the weekend but let's face it... if you were waiting on me to do it you would still be waiting. They did great. I had dog hair from a small 20 pound dog that sheds 200 pounds of hair each trip. They got it. A few here and there items they missed... probably due to all the focus on the dog hair. I just took care of it. I'm very happy and I'll be back!
