This is ridiculous you have to sit in the service line for about a hour or two, then when you are seen they tell you that it will be about another 4 hours until your car is ready. I came for 2 new tires and an oil change in total took me 6 hours just to get it done. Respectfully yall need to do better this is unacceptable.

Waiting on the line and was the 5th to be serviced for oil. I was next, but some driver parks along side and gets serviced due with an appointment. My wife and I complained and was told appointments or not making appointment were okay and will service me, instead I had to wait more time. There service are the worst, management doesn't care, the workers are loitering around and not working. The lines are long. Walmarauto auto

Poinciana Walmart treats their customers awful! Worst place ever to get your oil changed. Long wait in line and management doesn't do anything about it!

Please check your oil before getting an oil change here. Suspiciously 4 people in a row were told they didn't have oil in their car and were given some sort of waiver to sign. Idk much about cars but I know most people around here live more than 10 min from this Walmart and their cars would not have been able to get to Walmart for an oil change if they didn't have oil. Be careful and read the waivers you sign. Pretty sure the only reason I wasn't the 5th person was because I warned the lady before me about the pattern as the guy was telling her that her car had no oil.

Never again will I go here!!!!! I went to see about a tire repair but instead I purchase a tire for $136 with roadside warranty for it could not be repairs. I waited about 5 hours to get the the tire replaced. I was told by the young lady who check me in at 8:37am, it s going to be about 2 hours wait which was a lie. There was another lady who was there left because she was going on a 4 hour wait. All the staff keep staying they are busy with attitude. Then after I requested a manger then a team lead name Laticia came to speak and advised they are busy and understaffed. Honestly, this people who are here really don t give a darn about their consumers. I have went to other Walmart to get my car service which they are a busy place with better customer service than here. I only stay 4 miles but I refused to bring any of my automobile. I finally got my car at 1:00pm. Oscar and Emmanuel was the only I saw doing work on the cars.Service: Auto tire replacement

They need to give people in line actual info then when you pull up you start to get yelled at by the service writer for Someone that retired from the Walmart family especially the Auto part of walmartThis is absolutely ridiculous aswell as haveing 3 techs work on 1 car oh sorry my bad 1 tech working and 2 just standing and watching this is absolutely insane and need to go back to how things were before Covid

Worst place to take your car! Over 3 hrs of waiting for an Oil and filter change on a not so busy day. They keep your car half way served and while you waiting they just talking, chatting and clowning around, flirting, eating, whatever they please while you wait. Manager just too busy sipping on her coffee while on her her phone pretty must of the time if not, walking around with customer service it s just awful. And there was like 10 technicians so.. Save your time, money and your car and go elsewhere! This place it s a joke!

Made an appointment to get new tires mounted and balanced and it took about 1 hour for service to be completed. They are very busy but efficient.

Greated as soon as i walked in. I needed to replace two tires. The prices are very hard to beat. I was asked to pull up to the side to check in with a tech. Was greeted by a technician within 3 minutes of pulling my car up. Very friendly. He walked around and looked over the vehicle before anything else. I advised the tires I researched. He recommended road hazard, which was fair priced and I accepted. Vehicle was done 20 minutes earlier than predicted by technician and so far I have had no problems. Very positive experience. Only thing that could have been improved was the time to complete. This was however expected, as my drop off was in the afternoon.

A terrible run down tire section at this Walmart. The young worker refused to even service me and complained that the tire shop can close an hour before end of day. Called the manager and he was very sweet, but was like if they close nothing I can do attitude. The whole section lights were off at 6pm and the gates was closed on all lanes before that. Walmart shouldn t do that as a business.

i went here for a oil change the service plp were great I arrived at 7am was out by 8am there were 5 cars ahead of me so you must be patience these mechanics are working fast as they can to do and excellent job. While I was there a Jamaican woman came in told the manager how many cars were ahead of her and how angry she was because she said; it was only 1 worker working, which she was wrong the manager kindly tried to explain to her that it a large community and only 2 oil change shops in the area and where she could go another Walmart and the service would be able to accommodate her a bit quicker that woman cuss her out and she still remained in a professional position so go get good service and bring your patience.

Better prices than competitors but they always take forever. I normally go for an oil change and they take 3 times as long even when they aren't busy. I'll only go when I dont have anything else planned for the day.

Had my oil changed two days ago and this morning my engine started smoking. I had not driven my car since driving it home my oil change two days ago. I parked and let the engine cool down to check what was going on and whoever worked on my car had not put the cap back on the oil cover so oil was splashing onto the engine and causing the engine to smoke.

The service was good as far as fixing what i needed, but the timing was terrible! I had an 8am appointment, they wanted me there by 745am... I was there by 730am, they took walk ins before me and did not take my car till 10:15am!!!! Terrible what is the point of scheduling an appointment???

It s been over a year that people are complaining about how long it takes to get their oil changed. And this Walmart still has done absolutely nothing about it. The max it should take for ANY car to do an oil change is 30mins. With 2 cars in front of me. Why am I waiting over 2hrs when there s 3 mechanics????? Absolutely ridiculous.

The Mechanics there are rrude, they ALWAYS close early ,and not just an hour, no, about 4-5 hours before their listed hours of operations .They need to post a visible sign starting they will not accept cars after noon if they will be rejecting customers at 1pm. Management offers zero empathy, it's not the first time, but definitely will be the last ,driving the distance to any other place is well worth it.

I dread coming to this Walmart I try to avoid it like a plague anyways today I needed a car battery changed asap so I went it's just a battery so it shouldn't be bad... well anyways due to language barrier I was completely ignored while everyone before and after me were getting helped I was there from 7am till 12pm I kept being told to wait online but since my car ended up dying it wasn't possible Juan Miguel and nino all ignored me finally the younger guy who speaks English was able to help by getting me a manager meanwhile they all clearly noticed I was there hanging around but ignored it. Was it that hard to get a English speaking person to translate? Anyways don't ever waste your time there shelves are always empty n employee walk around on there phones all day this was my final straw! Publix and target are way better I rather spend the extra money than deal with such horrible service.

Waited 15 mins in my car before an associate came to help me. Needed a new battery, my car wouldn't turn on. They told me OK, leave it. 100$. Pick it up before they close at 8. (Left it at 4) They call me at 730 to tell me the battery isn't in stock, won't be in stock for a week, and I can come just pick up my car. They give me the keys with no help.jumpstarting it. Rude, lousy service.

MADNESS! Worst customer care ever. Only 4 cars in line but waited 45 minutes for an oil change registration before being told that the waiting time for service was now running at 3.5 hours. Don't wait your time at Poinciana WM, go somewhere else.

Called this location to inquire if they can do a certain job on my vehicle. The person answering the phone has absolutely no clue what they are talking about and kept repeating just bring the car in, if they can do it they will do it. She finally said he will get a technician to speak to me and 2 seconds later she came back on the phone and said they do not do what I need done. They are totally unprofessional!

The techs here treats you worse than dirt if you are a white personMy father who is a senior brought in his car for one tire change they made him wait almost 3 hours took every other car despite him having an appointment and still didn't do the job that's unacceptable and they certainly only did this because he was a white individualBecause every other race was taken ahead of us and they did not have appointmentsBeware of this place so you're not treated like less dirt

They just don t care!! How I get there at 6:30am before they open (7:10am because they re never ready at 7am) with only 3 cars in front, to be told the wait is 3 hrs....... with only one person doing the oil change and the others with a thumb up their butts. Oil change shouldn t take no more than 15 mins. Go else where!!!!! I hate going to this Walmart
