I am a regular customer. I have been getting my car serviced here since they opened.I had an appointment at 9:00 to get tires. I told them about other issues the vehicle was having. They replaced the front tires a one rear wheel hub. I was told it would need rear tires replaced and shocks. I received a call around three fifteen. And told the car was basically ready, but two of the temps where faulty. I ask how long to replace . I was told about a hour. I arrived at tires plus a few minutes before five. My car was still in the bay. I went inside to find out how much longer. I was told the new tpms would not program. At six I was told it would be tomorrow before they could fix. I told them I just want to pay and take the car. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remove the tpms and put the old ones back in.

Venue was comfortable and clean while waiting for car to be serviced. Employees very helpful and friendly. Will be taking my other car there for service when needed now if warranty has expired on it rather than dealership.

I had taken my Toyota RAV4 XLE to the dealer for my free tire rotation. I was informed that my vehicle's lower control arm plus ball joints needed replacement at a cost of $1,942 and $1,258 respectively, a total of $3200. I told the Advisor I would take it somewhere else. I called Tires Plus and spoke to David. He was very pleasant and professional. I asked David if they could do a complete inspection, and he said yes. I took my vehicle that same day and the tech did not find anything wrong. My vehicle was found to be in 100% tip top shape. The total inspection cost me $21.99 plus tax. I have trusted Tires Plus for many years with my son's vehicle needs, have always been satisfied with their honest and superb service. I will continue to trust my vehicle to this outstanding, honest and reliable Business. 100% satisfied customer.

I just wanted to share a horrible experience I had with Tires Plus I recently had a shop replace all my suspension parts with brand new parts they told me I would need an alignment now so I called up two Tires Plus and made an appointment brought the truck in they told me it'd be about an hour wait for the alignment to be done no problem so I patiently waited they told me the truck was done I went and paid the $138 plus tax got in the truck started driving home and the steering wheel was cocked to the side it wasn't centered the Ford symbol was sideways so I brought the truck back and told the service manager that the steering wheel is sideways so they brought it back in and put it back on the alignment machine and told me it was fixed I get back in the truck it's still a little crooked it's like if you guys can't properly do an alignment maybe you shouldn't advertise for it now four months later the Ford symbol is completely upside down I don't know what the hell they did took it to another alignment shop they did an excellent job by the way fixed it everything is perfect my steering wheel is centered and low and behold the mechanic that did the next alignment told me that some of the bolts on my suspension parts were left loose so if you ever need an alignment don't go to Tires Plus that's for sure because it was like throwing $140 something dollars down the toilet and flushing it

I brought my vehicle to this location for a simple wheel alignment, Tony, the store manager told me they were unable to do the wheel alignment due to rust on the bolts and because of this they would have to replace both inner and outer tie rods resulting in a $900 repair. I routinely do the oil changes on the vehicle and have never seen any rust on any part of the undercarriage. I elected to take the vehicle home where I was able to loosen the bolts with little to no effort. This is not the first issue I ve had with this location and in my opinion this type of upsell is encouraged by their corporate office.I have sent the district manager Peter Marble 8 emails concerning this issue and to date I have not received a response or call back.

Vehicle was thoroughly checked, repairs completed before the time frame provided. They always guarantee their work. Excellent customer service. Was bummed out they no longer do transmission fluid changes but other than that very satified

I went to an appointment at Walmart auto center at 7am just to find out that they didn't have the tires I ordered. After having a bad experience therel. I called tire plus, the guy who answered my phone call had excellent customer skills. He was very attentive to my questions and he was able to give a good price over the phone with taxes and all included. It was like he knew my bad experience at Walmart and provided me with excellent customer service. I was there by 8am and my car was taken right away and it was quick. Everything went nice and smooth. I already recommended this place to my family and friends. Thank you.

The manager Anthony "Tony" is there to be honest and helpful not just there to make the company money. He is not pushy I had a few issues with my vehicle another mechanic shop was telling me scary things to get it done now. Tony explained and calmed me down saying I had months before it would be to that level of urgency but did find something I needed sooner the other didn't mention and it was less than a $50 fix! Go ask for Tony!

I just really wanna thank Harry, Jeremy and George for the above excellent and professional service that they offered. They took care of my 350z like if it was their own. They took the entire front end off the replace the radiator support and gave me back my car better than is was before. Thanks gentlemen! A Job Well Done!!!

I have been to tires plus on several occasions and it always has worked out well. The service is good and they are happy to answer questions. We have 4 Jeeps and getting tire put on them is a frequent task. Florida JeepRides thanks you.

4/5/2019Went in for a routine alignment and 4 tire change. Left there and my car starts overheating. Looked under the hood and the radiator cap wasn't put back on correctly and the cap landed up breaking. Antifreeze splattered everywhere. Went to get a new one and put it on. On the way to work car stalled on me three times. Got to my work parking lot and checked under the hood again. Sure enough there was water and antifreeze everywhere which means the car overheated even with a new radiator cap. The car was perfectly fine besides the alignment and having a donut in the rear because of a flat i got the night before. This is really suspect and infuriating as now i have to call out of work and lose money because something was done to my car and now they have to fix it. I'll change my rating if they own up and fix the problem. Other than that avoid this place as it's not the way it used to be.Update 1 day later:*was able to add pics*They asked me to bring the car back. Had to take a day off of work (without pay) and they checked it out. Turns out because i didn't know the cap was not on right and the car overheated the head gasket blew. Mechanic is not owning up to it, even though when they were diagnosing the car in front of me and he admitted it, i have to through a claim process and have an investigator come examine the car for them to pay for a new engine. I upped the rating one star because of Tina, who is the advisor in the front. She tried to make it right, but now that a screw up happened it's being taken cared of out of her pay rate. Now I'm out of a car until this investigation happens. Trying to get them to at least get a rental (on their expense) so i can at least go to work. This is unbelievable I understand we are all human and make mistakes, but at least own up to it and make it right. I would have no problem with hearing I'm sorry let us fix this.Update 3 days later:They are back to one star because they refused to settle for fixing my car even though it was their fault. We negotiated to get it fixed with us giving them $100 to do the job, but the store manager decided to talk to his boss about it and was told they wouldn't do the deal because that would show they admitted they were at fault. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? It was your fault and you making a deal with us shows you're at fault. But now that the big boss was notified you wanna turn face again? They also lead us to believe they started the investigation as of the 6th when in fact nothing was done because they wanted to negotiate a deal. So now I'm without a car for work and this supposed district manager says they won't cover for a rental because that's not what they do My dad and i have been going to this location for almost 15 years now and they are officially trash as a business and not doing the right thing. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE! I hope corporate responds again to this so they can see what terrible human beings these people are being. THEY ARE LITERALLY COSTING ME MY JOB NOW WITH NO CAR TO GO TO WORK IN.Update 5/14/2019So after six weeks their so called investigation that was supposed to take 3-5 days took 5 weeks and they DENIED the claim The investigator made the decision without even coming to my dad and i. The ONLY time he asked for anything was one email asking for the same pics you see here and the paperwork he already had access to. Here's the kicker though folks. When my dad went to tow the car back from their shop my license plate was missing. My dad asked the store manager where was it. His reply: "it was stolen". My dad asked when did it happen. His reply: "about a week and a half ago" in an i don't care, whatever not my problem kind attitude My dad was fuming as to why one of us weren't called about this or at the least the police called to make a report. All the stupid store manager kept doing was shrug his shoulders like a douche bag. My dad had to call the police and report our plates stolen. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! To corporate who responded, you're pathological liars

I came in for a oil change and they had my my driver window rolled down. I left to get a carwash, and noticed my window button was detached. I called the store to speak with the manager and spoke with tony, he told me i would have to wait a hour and a half for them to even look at my window switch which they broke. They weren t sympathetic about it they wanted to charge me for their mistake.The guy who did my oil change was kenny. He was very heavy handed and aggressive with my car and broke my window switch. I don t recommend them, they only care about the money you have to offer.

Our car broke down while on vacation. We used to live in the area and as always they came through in no time!!! I will never take my car to anyone else. This location specifically is great but we've been to others and have always received GREAT service

Haven't used Tires Plus in over a decade. After Wal-Mart failed to deliver my order to the store and wasted 2hours of my time, luckily I came across this place. Impressed with the service, the cost of tires and the quality far exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Anthony I appreciate the service provided from you and your team.

HONOR TO THE "WE CARE" PLEDGEExtremely HAPPY Tires Plus in Vine St, Orlando, FL was able to accommodate a speedy reservation (extremely helpful since I was traveling and driving an RV)If you need reliable, comprehensive diagnosis and repair visit Tires Plus on Vine St.� I came in with a steering wheel shaking issue. Talked to Tony, ( the manager) and was able to determine I needed new rotors, brakes and calipers. We had a little issue with the parts, and Tony immediately got on the phone to search for the correct�parts. Although it took a little longer�than expected, he didn't give up until it was done right and I was completely satisfied.

We went to this location today to get a tire plugged, but instead of just plugging it very quickly, they made excuses and even tried to get me to buy a new tire! The company down the street did it in 15 minutes for a very low price. I actually expected more from Tires Plus!

As always, Tony and his crew did not disappoint! They helped explain what was wrong with my car (I don't know a lot about cars) and quickly started working on my car so I didn't have to wait long. On April 22,2022. My wife hit a pothole. Which resulted in the tires on one side of the car to take damage. We had to have it towed to Tires Plus.. the following morning I called " and told the person on the phone what had happened. The next thing I asked was replace the flat tires and rotate them so the new tires were on the front as well as check for damage that my have happened. Work was completed and nothing was said.After the trip to Tires Plus the car had a wonky wobble on the side the car that hit the pothole. So like everything I got a second opinion. After watching my mechanic take everything apart. Checking all the right spots.. they found that Tires Plus put a new tire on a bent rim. As well as failed to follow up on damage or perhaps create more. The CV axle was also damaged. Now I am aware that it's not typical to check this when putting on a new tire . But I was specific. If you're looking for a real wrench turner .. hit up Tires Mart. They found all of the actual damage and effectively fixed it.

I do like the service they offer. Honest recommendations and good prices. However I don t recommend buying tires there. Too expensive. One thing about getting your car serviced here is that they have no parts in stock so prepare to wait for a long long time specially if you own an European car like I do.

Great experience at this location. They don't try to upsell you they just recommend what is truly needed on your vehicle. I had an 8am appointment and my car was being serviced 5 minutes later. Great friendly and courteous staff

Had no AC and I had stopped at 5 other places around the area and no one would help me out except Tires Plus. They took my car back and within 10 minutes I had a reason and solution to my ac issue. They fixed it within an hour and got me back on the road to cooler Temps in my car.

I got a flat tire driving through Kissimmee Florida heading to work home in St Petersburg. Even though it was near closing time they took me right away and fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes. And for a reasonable price. Great customer service. Thank you for helping me out of a real bind so quickly.
