The service has been great. I was met with a representative who was smiling and eager to help. His name is Sidney and he made my day. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I will be doing my oil changes here from now on. 5 star business!

I literally never go anywhere else. I have been coming here for a long time. Making an appointment online is easy. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. Jesus was friendly as always. The mechanic that worked on my car was professional and knew what he was doing. They always make me aware of any issues and give me options. Keep up the great work guys!

I took my daughter s car in for tire rotation and inspection. The Team was very Friendly and Professional. Jenifer and Jose communicated and described the areas of concern that needed repair without any pressure sales tactics. After going over each item inspected carefully, I decided to get the rear brakes repaired and and alignment. Both were needed along with the tires. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Jesus is the best representation of this company. Everytime I come in to get new tires or oil changes, I am treated with the utmost respect and honesty. They do a great job and I am a loyal customer to this particular shop. If more businesses had people like him, it would be bliss.

I made an appointment for this location, this was not the first time they serviced our Subaru Legacy - however it will be the last. They didn't have the oil filter, so waited over two hours for the filter to come in and installed. They did 3 other oil changes, tire rotations and two tire repairs. They only have two Technicians. I also requested a tire rotation, which still has not been done. They didn't ask me for the wheel lock to rotate, but they did try and upsale me a cabin filter for $120.00. The filter is a $10 to $15.00 part an a 10 minute job and they wanted over $110.00. The oil change used to be $65.00 now it's over $120.00. When the dealership charges 65.00 plus tax. Going back to the dealership. It's no longer cost effective to take your vehicle to Tire Kingdom. You make your own judgement and opinion. They didn't even communicate with me about the delay because they didn't have the oil filter. Not impressed with their level of Customer Service. Oil change completed but the tire rotation no. Front desk staff stated the tire rotation was on the ticket, but the technician stated it wasn't, more delays. After over two hours, when they tried to give me the vehicle without completing all the required work. Very disappointing, before I left the two Technicians were verbally yelling at each other and not being very professional, I don't trust them anymore to work on my vehicles.

Jesus customer service is the best I have ever received at a Tire Kingdom. He took care of me and my wife very well. Truly the best place to come to. Ask for Jesus the amazing!!!

Never been to this location & when I walked in Sid-right away helped me and asked me what my car needed. I had made an appt and they took my car in on time. When my car was done, the manager Jesus came out and spoke to me about my car and the issues. He was very precise & honest, also provided all of the information that i needed about my next visit.The place, the employees and service is great!

The front store manager was horrible. Very rude. He was cursing at the technicians while I was standing there. Very unprofessional. When he saw me look at him he gave me a dirty look and said what do you want? The tech Ben was very nice and professional and fixed my car and helped me so much. But for the store manager Jesus he was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would come back for the techs because Ben did excellent on my car but I would not be dealing with Jesus.

Had our son's car repaired last month and spoke to Jose the assistant manager about the problem. He was nice enough to give me a $132 discount on parts for my estimate. Unfortunately when I paid for it, the other rude assistant manager would not accept my claim of this discount even though I had a screen shot of the discount on the estimate Jose gave us. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. The fair solution would be to apply a credit to my card but he would not do that. Will not use again!!

I had a great experience at this Tire Kingdom. They were very professioinal and helpful. I took my truck to another Tire Kingdom that totally dropped the ball, but this location took me in without a wait and quickly diagnosed/fixed the problem even though they knew they could not bill me.. They test drove the truck twice and made recommendations that were very helpful. My local Tire Kingdom is 1 mile away from me, but I will gladly drive the extra 15 miles to go to this location because they have excellent customer service and their techs have great experience.

I have to say from the time I came to your store I was greeted with quality professionalism. I talked with Jennifer and Sidney who helped me at the desk. The manager Jennifer went over and beyond what was expecting and I am very Happy. I would highly recommend TIRE KINGDOM to anyone Ithat is in need of tires or service for their car or truck. Keysha was phenomenal, from the moment i stepped in thru the door i felt welcomed. I came in, in regards to getting 2 new tires . & Wow was she knowledgeable. I asked about adding on an alignment an i asked questions in regards as to whyyyyyyyy my old tires was dying. This IS MYYYY GOOOOO TOOO STOOORRREEEE!!!!! Ask for keysha yall, she will not disappoint , her customer service is extraordinary !

My third excellent experience with this location. Once, I had a flat right before closing time on a holiday and Jesus Ramos and the mechanic out back stayed patient with me and helped make sure my car was safe to drive. They continued to understand how flats are 'urgent' issues and gave me no headache about the fact I unfortunately arrived at an embarrassing / inconvenient time. Had to come back shortly after for an unrelated problem (my job makes me park in a field - my tires of course now have warranty!) and Jesus R. again provided exceptional customer service regarding the cost and what could be done. Today I had an issue where valvoline put in an after-market oil plug during an oil change, giving me a leak. I wanted to see if I could buy the correct part and if Tire Kingdom could put it in for me (paying for the new oil change of course) Jennifer & the mechanic out back didn't charge me a dime to assess the damage to my car and sent me to the dreaded dealership for repairs, but at least I knew what to expect and how to talk to the dealership when I went there! I went here specifically because I trusted them and they did not disappoint. Thank you!

It's not just a tire business, when it comes to maintenance and reliability on the road, it gives peace of mind to go through Tire kingdom and listen to Jesus' advice. Definitely a good service.
