Came in with my left tire nearly falling off more like hanging off and I came in with no appointment and they took me in with no problem. My husband and I thought we would only be changing the two front tires and the manager name Dallas took it a step further letting us know our other two tires are not safe to drive with and he work with us getting a great deal to change all four of our tires. I truly appreciate him not ignoring the fact and bring it to our attention. Customer service and communication was great. Thank you

I did not have an appointment and walked in because I had a nail in my tire. John was super friendly and helpful and put me at ease. He advised they would work me in as he realized I was concerned about driving and had to be in Tampa same day. He could of easily sold me a tire but took the time to inspect and let me know it could be patched without incurring an unnecessary expense. John is an asset to this store... He allowed me a positive experience and I will return.

Poinciana Tire Kingdom needs more employees to move the process faster. On Saturday I went in for a tire with lo pressure. They could not take care of the tire but made an appointment for me on Sunday morning. The guys checked my pressure on all tiers and sent me on my way. The next day John told me he could not repair my tire because I need new ones. I explained I was as on a time constant and needed to be done within 2 hrs. He promised he could have everything done Alexis my service tech changes all 4 tires, checked my sensors and did my alignment in that time. Great work guys! Thanks for the great work and fast turnaround!

My husband and I only take our vehicles to Tire Kingdom here in Poinciana because they always take very good care of us. Dallas goes above and beyond to ensure we get the best service possible. I would highly recommend this store whether it be for tires or service of any kind.

Always amazing service, with very communicative employees who really know their stuff. Massive shout out to Davis who took a HUGE weight off my shoulders by being so incredibly personable during my recent vehicle emergency. He answered all my questions, gave me advice going forward and we had an amazing conversation. Guys like him are why I only come here with my car(s).

Dallas went above & beyond in getting tires for me. They weren t in stock & wouldn t be delivered for a few days. He went to get them himself because he didn t want me to drive on my tires due to the metal showing through. It was a dangerous situation. Thank you Dallas, you re the best.

Now where do i start i want to say and give a big thank you to Dallas. I came in for a tire change and was able to walk out with all brand new tires, he went above and beyond to make it happen and even was able to get my wheel lock off thanks again for an amazing job..Will definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends

Dallas and his team has taken care of my cars for a long time. Great customer service and they are very transparent. If they know a certain service will take awhile they are great with communicating that and offering an alternative. Took my car for an oil change yesterday and Johnathan and Dallas made sure I was quickly taken care of.

I came in to get a tire changed last year and they tightened the lugs so bad I am on the side of the road and bent my wrench. You have to try to get it that tight. Never again.

I ve been going here a few years now, and Dallas has been the guy that has given me five star service every time I have car problem's. I want to say thank you to him and his professional and excellent customer service. This is a great place to bring your vehicle to get services, I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family!

I have been to other Tire Kingdoms but this Tire Kingdom provided me with excellent service. They informed me of everything that they were charging me for, gave me a veterans discount and on top of that provided me with a discount coupon. When I arrived there were 6 customers ahead of me, but those that had appointments were called to the front of the line. The time that they took to take care of my vehicle was the same time that was mentioned that they would need when I spoke to them over the phone. Excellent customer service!

Dallas is the best of the best he always help me when it comes to my equinox I always can depend on him to explain what is wrong with my sub. Mr.Dallas is the only person that I trust with my business and he is always respectful and on point. He is by far the best manager and person you can always trust that he will help with whatever needs you have since living in Florida he is the only person that I trust with all my business.Dallas is the best manager you have and am so glad to know him as a person and a manager to tire kingdom.he is beyond great

Changed my tires, everything was smooth, good work almost in and out. Other time that I came for an oil change they only had $80 dollar and $100 dollar oil change. They are able to have the price they want but this is something to consider if you are planning on getting an oil change here.

Very upset about their inability to honor my appointment today. Showed up for a 12 noon appointment to be told they were several hours behind because they were down a mechanic. That s fair to a point- things happen, people get sick or whatever. But it feels like a trap in that they could ve very easily called me this morning to let me know they couldn t honor the appointment. Shady to let me get there and then tell me. Despite this I agreed to leave the car and give them the time they needed this afternoon. About an hour later they called me to say they won t be able to get to it at all today. Again, 12 o clock appointment and they can t get to it at all today. At this point I m stuck without having the time or ability to get the work done anywhere else, and I ll have to call out of work tomorrow. I feel like I ve been hustled. No excuse to not communicate ahead of time about the inability to honor the appointment, and very weird that they tell me after I ve committed to leaving my car there that they can t work on it at all today.

I needed 2 front tires badly and was able to get same day service at a great deal. Dallas was so courteous; I was greeted as I walked though the door and assisted within minutes. He took the time to do recommendations and price comparisons and answered all my questions. The place was also spotless and organized for a business that deals in dirt and grime all day. For comparison, if anybody knows me I like to shop around. Stopped by Walmart and they didn't have the tires in stock nor any available appointments for a week. Plus, the person I spoke with at Walmart directed me inside then the person inside directed me back to that same person. Don't sleep on Tire Kingdom guys!

Excellent customer service, on time and affordable prices. Went with air conditioning car problem and in a couple of hours was fix. Very professional service. Thanks so much your help was appreciated. Second time and my experience was like always. Very responsible and I will keep using the services as long as I have a car. Very amazing experience and even got all my items done in one day. Had called and talked to someone not at the store.When I went in it was appointments only and they still fit me in even though they were down people.Great place and will go back for sure!
