Highly recommend these guys for your tire and wheel needs! They are the best at what they do and very professional, I came in on a Saturday thinking they closed at 2:30 but it was actually at 2:00. I arrived there at 2:10 as they were wrapping it up and were nice enough to get my two front tires mounted last minute. Best service, quality work, good people! Cris and his guy tagged team the tires and had me out in no time! Definitely worth the one hour drive every time!

SG Autowerks is the best business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Period. These guys went above and beyond for me to ensure that my vehicle was safe and that everything was done to my satisfaction. If you are in need of any services that these guys offer, then I wouldn t hesitate to come back. This is truthfully the only shop you should go to for tires and suspension in all of central FL.

About a month ago. I bought a Jeep. From. Franklin Jesus that he had advertised on Facebook. I spoke back and forth with him. And he told me the Jeep was in good shape. Ready to roll? After negotiating a deal for price. I bought the Jeep. The Jeep. Could not have been. In worse shape. That I knew about. I had to replace a lot of parts. That were said. That were changed. I contacted. Frank a number of times. To let him know all this was wrong. To see if he would give me some type of refund. But he never did. And he knew what kind of shape that Jeep was in before he sold it. I would never buy. Another thing from him again. And I hope people reading this. We'll do the same. And I'm also reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

Before I say anything let me say this, Thank You For Saving My LifeI needed some tires installed on a set of custom wheels that I have been hoarding for about 3+ years. I was heading out of town for a week so I dropped them off the Saturday before I left so when I came back in town the following week all I had to do was put the wheels on the car. Came to pick them up the following Saturday met with Eli at the shop and the owner Chris left special instruction which was to show me a potentially dangerous issue with my wheels. After taking the time to talk me through what they identified I decided not to install the wheels on my vehicle until I find something new or fix the issues with my current set.Now let me be clear were the tires installed for me as I requested absolutely and with out even a tiny scratch so for them the job is complete they could have let me go home put my wheels on and what ever happens happens. So to have them advise me on what there were seeing from an industry professional perspective was most definitely going above and beyond. I am forever grateful to the SG Autoworks family because I could have hurt my passenger, myself, or even worse a stranger on the street.Thank You ChrisThank You Eli

Went in for a simple tire repair went ro pick up my BMW found 3 scratches on 2 rims. I asked to speak to the manager was told there is no manager on duty and I'd have to fix my rims on my own worst service ever never going back to this place.My service was not done today. Again the professionalism from your establishment is obsured and ridiculous NEVER COMING BACK...THE MANAGER CALLING ME A LIAR

Just left SG Autoworks and I gotta tell you, every review you read on this place is accurate and true. They have outstanding customer service and they really do treat your vehicle as if it was their own. They don't BS you and that what I love about their business. I came in with a specific service needed to be done to my TRX, and they did not disappoint. I guarantee you'll leave satisfied and with a smile.

This place has the worst service walked in for service and was ignored for 10 minutes while the staff stood around and gossip.....No sir or Ma'am this is the right business this goes to show you guys not taking responsibility for the damage....Thank you

Aligned my lowered BMW e90 no problem. I called and they set my apt for the next day! They got to work on it the moment I pulled up too no waiting around for them to start on your car which was great! They take care of things and have great attention to detail. I knew as soon as I saw the clean organized shop I came to the right place. Will be coming back for all my tire and alignment needs!

Amazing guy, amazing work, if you re in the orlando area and you re not having chris do your wheels... you re not getting the best to work on your wheels. Highly recommend. For all sorts of wheels/tires. From rebuild to mounting stretch/normal/off-road tires.I will forever come back for the amazing work!

Asked Chris if he could help out with some lug bolts I couldn't get out when I was trying to rotate my tires, he said for sure. Came in and got those pesky guys out in no time plus rotated and balanced! A+++

If you need wheels suspension static or bagged. Hit Chris up. I was having some issue with my airlift system leaking. He found the problem in minutes but still checked the whole system. Not to mention he is so nice and easy to talk to. Customer service A+++++
