A tech pretended he didn t understand me because I was white (even tho I spoke Spanish) then when I tried to talk to another employee he wouldn t listen to me and threw his 20 years experience around as an excuse to give bad information. Quick work, not knowledgeable individuals. No customer service skills. I asked for a receipt and was told I needed to pay 4$ extra to receive one.

I read some of these reviews, and I would say my experience was good. Yes the prices for labor, and tires are a bit pricey, but there are not many places that can do it all, and finance the work if you can't pay it all up front, so for that I would recommend. I had good service, friendly staff, and work was done in very reasonable time. Thanks guys, I will be back, for sure !!

Good price but you have to fight to get served, it is a little bit messy but when you get someone, you get job done at an affordable price.

first time visiting quick service ...but the price for a plug on one tire was $15.00 plus tax i dont know if thats the going rate in other tire service stations... hopefully is not ...

Although most of the guys there were helpful, they still sold us a raggedy tire for almost $50! Too bad I didn't notice the condition of the tire before I left. I would have gone else where.

Wow like I will never go anywhere else Ever again. Everyone here is so nice and straight to the point no gimmicks. I have gotten so much done here and they seriously care!. I will forever refer people to here!. I have gotten tire alignment, a door handle replacement and oil change. They are truly great go check them out now!

I went here to purchase a used tire, with the intentions of having it on for the weekend since I had already ordered 2 brand new ones online, but they wouldn't be arriving until Monday, and my left rear was badly worn...so I figured I'd just put the used one on until Monday when the 2 new ones arrived at my mechanic's shop, which would then be put on an extra rim and kept it in my vehicle as a spare ...When I got there the worker I dealt in the bay spoke absolutely no English. (Good thing I know Spanish) The tire he offered me was so-so at best and they wanted $40!! , when decent shape ones generally go for $30-$35max. But his manager wouldn't budge.. No problem, I agreed to his price. That is until his worker gave my the invoice to take up front to pay showing services rendered for $35...When I pressed the matter at the office the little manager man behind the counter became defensive, and refused to honor what even his employee and company letterhead stationary had clearly stated - $35! On top of that, they don't seem to be very bright either, because they included sales tax for a total of $43!! Since when is 6% of $40 equal to $3?...I've discovered that I have accomplised 2 trips to this place, simulataneously... MY FIRST, and MY LAST! ...Stay clear of this circus and its clowns folks....

Went there for a quick estimate on replacing my AC compressor probably 10 mn to check my freon that was already in , to tell me other things I need to repair ...anyway when I ask the estimate for the repair it was over $1000 for a compressor and condenser with labor!! when I said NO he charged me for the 10 mn "consultation" $37....I UNDETSTAND WHY YOU HAVE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS . I should have check it 1st. Also FYI went next door had the work done $688 ...with the condenser .WILL NOT GO SEE HIM IF I WERE YOU!!!

Every time I have purchased a used tire from here, I have to put air in it every week!! Literally every used tire!! I used to love this place but lately it s not worth a used tire !! Fair well never again!! I also had an alignment done supposedly after paying 80$ for it just to have other mechanics tell me that I need one!! Which leads me to believe they never did it!! Sucks!!

TERRIBLE!! Went here to replace my front breaks. After they were finished i got into my car, started it and put it in reverse and I COULD NOT STOP FROM ROLLING DOWN OUT OF THE SERVICE AREA INTO THE STREET! To stop i had to throw my car into park! if a car had been coming there would have been an accident. Their response was, oh we forgot to pump the breaks, just press on the brake 3 times and you should be fine. i did and was able to drive. My breaks now make a terrible loud noise and does not stop smoothly. i figured let me drive for a week to see if it will get better. it did not. i took my car back and explained. They did not remove the tires to look at the brakes, they just told me now i need new rotors. Isn't that something that should have been acknowledged when i went in the 1st time? my car did not give me any trouble before going here. i am really starting to hate car mechanics! ANNND i called to get the price for new tires, sent my boyfriend the next day and they gave it to him at a much lower price....THEY ARE CLEARLY OVERCHARGING WOMEN CUSTOMERS.

they are thieves, I took my car to change the front and rear brakes, I took the original brakes and they put others on, my brake was longer I took it again and they told me that they would not check it that it would stay that way; I leave this comment as proof if something happens to me while I have my brakes checked again I will sue them

I bought tires from this place and had my alignment done in December of 2015. By March 2016 the tires were balding and after having my Kia checked out at the Kia dealership i brought my truck back here after a few weeks of trying to reach the owner about the situation. He said the tire had a warranty but they needed to take them to the manufacturer and would have to charge me for ised tires to be put on while he gets my new ones so i can use my vehicle. I told him I'm not paying for them n he called me the next day saying they would put them on for free until my new tires came. When i picked my truck up after they put the used tires on it was pulling hard to the left which it wasn't doing before i dropped it off so i called them and was told it's ok because it's doing that because they put used tires on. Once my new tires came a week later he phoned me and informed me that i would only be warrantied for the remaining mileage left on the tires which was 30,000 miles and that would leave me paying over 100 dollars for tires again that were defected. He also added i needed to do my alignment again after they were the ones who did it 4 months prior and i would have to pay for that too. These people are ripoffs because a product warranty is supposed to warranty the whole product not just the amount i didn't use until i realized the product was defective through no fault of my own. This is crazy that i would have to pay for an alignment again when they did it and obviously they did it wrong if i need another one after only 4 months. I now have to pay for their mess up and defected product and service they sold me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT DO GOOD BUSINESS!!!!

Terrible experience. The mechanic Miguel is one of the worst people I've met. Buyer beware. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. They tried me but I did some research and busted them before they got me. The Miguel who works the front desk is a good guy but he claims to have no Mechanical knowledge.

Got a used tire but last for only a week. Bad tires in stock. They need to check their tires before they sell it to people. Extremely dangerous and a waste of time and money.

Honest!! A chain tire company told me that I needed two new tires, mine couldn't be patched. I'm so thankful I found this place!! A patch and a nail removal, saved hundreds, literally.

Careful with their LOAN agreement. They ll be sure not to tell you that there s a rental fee when you take out the loan. My total was $316 ended up pay $781.00!!!! Scam.

On route home from long weekend on South Bound Turnpike 30 miles south from Kissimmee when a tire on my Mercedes GL550 exploded. Its 530 in the evening. Wjole waitong for triple AAA started looking for a replacement tire and shop. I was informed my SUV carries a weird size 21 inch Rim. Called major Tire suppliers like Tire Kingdom was told 8 days to bring the one tire they had from warehouse 800 miles away.Called South Orlando Mercedes Benz they were asking for 648 dollars per tire service closed at 7. They would not wait for Us.Googled nearest tire store found Serviteca an employee William was willing to wait for us while we are towed. they close at 6.It's 8pm AAA finally got us here the owner and the employee are in attention and greet us with a smile. They have two used tired 50 bucks each. the exact same size it's now 840. Our issues is fixed an we are back out on the Road. First and Foremost thank you from our Family. I cannot over emphasize then professionalism and courtesy that these folks have shown. I highly recommend them

The mechanic is very good, real professional,I when to several places with no results untill I just find out about Serviteca.Good services, also they have financial through 90 days same as cash.

Love them. The only mechanics in central Florida that I don't feel taken advantage of. Have been using them for years, and they're always reliable, and affordable.
