I had an outstanding experience at RNR Tire Express in Kissimmee, FL on 192. Coming in, I was unaware of a cracked rim on my car, but thanks to Jorge, I was promptly informed and given a comprehensive rundown of all the options available to me. Jorge s exceptional customer service and evident commitment to both the customer and the business made the whole process smooth and reassuring. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price. Beyond Jorge, the entire team at RNR Tire Express treated me like family, making my visit not just a transaction, but a genuinely pleasant experience. Very happy to come to this location. The staff was great. I came to mount four wheels and tires and they did an exceptional job. They handled my wheels with extra care they kept the appointment. And they were extremely timely. Jorge was cool and professional and handled my transaction.

On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the location and was greeted by Jorge Berrios. He explained the convenience of the tire program and within an hour, I had brand new tires that were balanced, thanks to Jorge's help. He made the process easy and fast for me.

When I learned that I had to align my truck to have full warranty on the brand new tires I installed, I had to look for a serious company with good reputation. I was received by a very knowledgeable professional, Julio who provided me with all necessary information for the service that was about to be performed. My vehicle was treated like royalty, with brand new alignment equipment and a extremely competent team made it ride like new. Try RNR Tire Express and you love it from the moment you get in the store to the super smooth experience that driving will be after your service.

I went to another tire shop last week for my mom s car and had a negative experience, so when my tires started to give me trouble this weekend, a neighbor of mine recommended RNR. I wish I had known of them before for my mom s vehicle because my experience has been quick (no appointment prior, just came in), courteous (Jorge was great), and professional. They explained what was wrong with each tire and showed me, but they never made me feel pressured to purchase from them. I ended up getting all new four (4) tires replaced and I couldn t be happier with the price. Superb experience!

Had to give these guys 5 stars. Excellent customer service from when I walked in. I was greeted by Jorge who was extremely professional and kind. Ish took care of my alignment and calipers while also being honest and showing me first hand, other issues that I need to fix. 100% I'll be back and recommend.

I took my car to RNR after having taken it to a dealership multiple times for a slow leak and them not finding the problem. The people at RNR were friendly and quick to have my car serviced. The technician was able to quickly find two holes in the tire and get it taken care of. I highly recommend them!

This would be my first experience buying rims and let me say it was very stressful. George was awesome from the beginning! His customer service was on another level. He was so helpful from the beginning and made sure that I was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Communication was always there and there were never any moments I found myself questioning if I was getting the best deal. When I went in to have my rims installed everyone was so nice and helpful. There was a hiccup when it came to my tires and a missing tire key lock but George and team were there to help me and come up with solutions. My experience was the best especially for someone who knew nothing about rims to begin with. I would encourage all to feel confident in coming to this location.
