First and foremost they very informative, & willing to work with you so you end up with a smile on your face second Definitely worth having , I am part of the VIP program I been well taken care of today (01/17/25) due to my road Hazzard situation (pot hole in the street ) that happened causing a flat, I Called in to see if my tires are under warranty or anything could be done and told me come in and within mins it was getting replaced no other place I know does this its always your on your own never we got your back

I must say this place is by far one of the best wheel and tire location around central Florida ,fast service , friendly staff , and very professional shout out to the manager AL for assisting me with my wheel and tire package and also DEShawn for doin a excellent job putting them on etc if you need to get your ride right do service here

The boys here at RAW definitely hooked it up. They took care of me quickly, price was great, gave me a care package for the new wheels, made sure I knew how to take care of the wheels, customer service was 100%. I definitely recommend y all come check out the guys here at Rent a Wheel in Kissimmee

They did a great job on putting brand new blacked-out 22' rims on my Range Rover! They were very thoroughly, and informed me of every step. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is the most ridiculous company I've ever heard make a statement such as this and I quote we can sell you the tires and rims but we cannot Mount them balance them or Mount them on the vehicle because I'm asking for a larger size rim than the factory specifications absolutely mind boggling that yeah I'll take your money and sell you the items but because they're too big you'll have to get them mounted and balanced somewhere else or Corporation of this size and magnitude with all these stores everywhere to tell a customer will sell you the wheels and take your money but we can't put them on your car because they're bigger than the factory specifications and this is supposed to be a custom wheel shop

Thanks RAW Kissimmee, for a Fantastic customer experience, and hooking my H2 up, the way it needed to be!!! From the minute you walk in, you are made to feel like family!!! Fabian was fantastic to work with. Attentive to my needs, and quick to come up with an array of products, that fit my budget. The entire staff was wonderful to work with, Omar, Anibal, Antonio and Solimar are all top notch, and I will refer anyone who asks to this location, anytime!! Terrible customer service 3days after purchasing already had to request to speak to a manager about account being over charged because someone didn't put a note in the system. Went to RNR had a great experience

**No Follow-upWe had a 5,000 credit line with them and asked for details regarding a specific tire and rim size that wasn't available instore. They seemed to be helpful and took our information to call us. They mentioned that they would have to order it and they would text us pictures for us to pick the style we wanted. They never called us. We called several times with NO Follow-up!We purchased rims at another shop.

Just bought my 2nd set of rims here after having a great experience back in 2020. It's still a great experience, the customer service is on point. They go over the contracts in grave detail to leave no stone unturned. Extremely transparent, and I even price matched what I was buying to see how bad I was getting ripped off. Turns out I wasn't getting ripped off I was getting a great price. Sent me home with a jump box, tire wrench, cleaners, voucher for an alignment. The staff felt more like they were family and made me feel very secure in my purchase. Thank you Omar, Hagan, Animal, Fabian, and Solimar!

I came to this shop after being toyed with by another store location. This Kissimmee location fixed the other shop's mistakes when they didn't have to for free and, on a separate occasion, even mounted a tire for free when they should have charged me. To make a long story short, I got screwed by the west colonial location, and I'm a cash customer with 4,000$ 24's on my ram 1500. This Kissimmee location went out of its way to fix my truck without any profit, ultimately earning them a 5-star review.

I got 4 BRAND NEW tires installed from this shop, after that my steer wheel started shaking. I called them and they said to bring the car back to rebalance. Once in there they told me the tires were bad, there was nothing they could do. While I was waiting someone came in with the same issue. To him they said we'll check, we have been having problem with the balancer.

The service given by Omar, Anibal, and Solimar has been nothing but stellar! Along with that, Ian the Tire Tech took care of my vehicle and made sure I left the store with everything I needed. All in all, it was a five-star experience!
