I had a tire that had screw in it. They got me right in on a Sunday. Fixed tire for free. I had never been to pep boys before. After a few days the same tire was leaking still. I had thought they did not fix it. So brought it back to them and was angry and frustrated. When talking to asst manger. He was very helpful and professional. Apologized and got me right in again. After inspection they brought me out to car and showed me where there was another or new piece of metal that was causing the leak. So I apologized and felt very embarrassed for accusing them on not doing the job the first time. Anyway they got me one newer tire that matched my other tires wear. Saved me allot of money. Most places tell you they have to replace all 4-tires. But not these guys they helped me out got me one tire and got me out the door within an hour. Great customer service. I will only bring my car and families car here from now on. It is so hard today to find an honest and professional staff. Thanks again guysSam

It was a pleasure to have this pep boy on 302 vine street service my car. They're vibe is so pleasant, energetic and friendly. From the time I walked in the greeted me with a smile and joke , which I loved. They were patient and thoughtful. My car is running smoothly and I love that. Thanks to Ramon C .My tech guy Jorge S. was very focus and calculated on making sure he service my car . Thank you guys

Be careful with this place. They will tell you that you need to do repairs in your car that you actually don't need, in order to do their business, they don't care for the customer they only want your money. Never again I will step in this place.

They were courteous and helpful. I glad they didn t find any other issues. I knew going in that it was going to be long appointment but I was out of there much more quickly. They even fixed a problem that I didn t mention at the start! If I need anything else before I move, I ll be back there ASAP. Great job!!!

I called to adquiere information and pricing about a service. They told me that I needed to bring the car due to needing to contact the dealer for something in order to provide me with the price. I drove 40 minutes and when I got there they asked the type of car looked it up in the computer and gave me the price. They did not contact the dealer... So they made me drive for information they could have driven me over the phone. Waist of time and over priced.... Beter of taking it to the dealer.

I went to Pep Boys's website to find the tires that are needed on that day with my budget, off course for my 2009 Honda Pilot. I scheduled the appointment the same day online with the total cost of the tires plus taxes in the local area with no strings attached. Jobs done in no time. Best services!

I had my car repaired there. They were faster and much cheaper than the dealer. They didn't try to upsale me. Extremely friendly employees.

I ordered a set of tires online and had them shipped here for installation. The installer botched the job on two of the tires, creating sidewall bubbles, and the service manager told me they were defective. I took the car to the authorized tire dealer for the warranty claim and they confirmed that the tires had been installed improperly. Long story short, don't get tires installed here unless you buy them here as well.

I went there 4 times for help with my serpentine belt, and ended up getting charged up over 1,000 dollars for other "issues' with my car. They gave me a new belt and the car is still making the same loud noise it was not making before I went. Turns out they did not put in the serpentine belt correctly twice and after coming here several times for the same problem and wasting my time I just ended up going to my toyota dealership and they fixed all issues there. Last time I went they called afterwards forgetting that they had needed my mileage and just hung up the phone after getting my answer I could have easily refused them. The only knowledgeable person there it seems is Perry. The people seem sweet here but Please do not waste your time or money here if there are serious issues with your car. Go to a dealership.

Excellent service and service-oriented people. Did an outstanding job. Thanks to Raymond and personnel for the help they always provide. The reliability in service is so great at Pep Boys located on Vine St in Kissimmee, that I travel from Orlando to this location for service. I also recommend to others this specific location. I was told I needed to replace my entire catalytic converter which was going to cost $4000+ and not provided with any other options or inquiries about the history of my vehicle. Luckily I know some things about cars. Replaced oxygen sensor for $150 and the code was gone. They wanted me to pay them $3850 more than the issue called for. Would never ever go here again.

Go to auto zone, orelly or any other to find first what is wrong with the car. I went to see if they sold my car's auxiliary battery so I could install it myself since I already installed the other one. They told me that the aux battery was more expensive than the regular battery because the car needed to be programmed after installing it and later I found that it was a lie. That is one of the least expensive batteries, and no programming was needed. I paid 537 for a job I could have done myself and just paid less than 100 just because they lied.

Hoping my experience/review will improve.I took car in Saturday late afternoon, assured it would be ready early Tuesday, I have made two calls Tuesday morning too follow up, both times been out on hold over 15 minutes ..finally told part has still not arrived ??? Most unprofessional car repair shop I ve ever been to. Whilst visiting from the UK I was asked by Alamo to go to the garage to sort a time after three hours of waiting they taken the wrong we tyre off which I advised was the wrong one. They then put it back on and done nothing truly unprofessional I advised never to go to these if sent by a rental car company.

Thankful for the service especially with Gerardo Cueto, it is the second time that my car has been fixed and I have had no problems after the repair ... I will continue to take it to Pepboys for the excellent work.

They are friendly and courteous. They even have a tow company that charged me less them what my insurance would have. But they too three hours to change a flat and realign my car.

Best service I ve had in a long time, they were very careful not to scratch my brand new rims, honestly I applaud these guys for knowing their stuff. They even helped me with extra things I might want to do after the service. Great group of guys
