Outstanding staff who were very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great selection of bikes and being able to take test rides was extremely valuable when trying to decide between models. My wife and I were not pressured and felt like we were among friends. Had a great experience with the service and parts department as well. We can't wait to go back and attend their dealer sponsored cookouts!

Stopped by to kill some time and take a look at options I was considering buying in the future. Thanks to the amazing staff I was back in 2 wheels on the same day. No pressure. I have to mention the sales guy *Kaleb*, so friendly and knowledgeable. He made it happen. I am looking forward to visiting with these awesome guys again.

Super nice people working there in every deptmart. They treated us like old friends before we even got in the door. And everyone smiled and said good bye as we left. Very friendly lovely people. I look forward to going back there.

After being totally ignored in a HD south of Orlando, we were welcomed with smiles and friendly conversation. Michelle was very helpful and explained some promotions/points. Thank you for a great ending to our day!

I cannot say enough. My salesman Craig Hillard is the man. Also, his trainee Adam. They were very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Craig was able to have someone bring over a bike from the warehouse for me to look at. Even had a great insurance broker who was able to get my insurance before leaving. The process was seamless and Olivia did a great job getting me financed. All around everyone made me feel like I'm now part of the Harley Family and I'm proud of it. Thank you to everyone who was there Sunday cheering me on. It was awesome experience I will never forget.

Great friendly location, first met Jonny walking into the dealership from that first moment I felt at ease and comfortable. He was very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I also met Craig Hillard and it was just like hanging out with friend, made me feel very comfortable and answered my questions. They offered to help so I can see about the pricing and everything. Ended up getting my dream machine, Brett thank you so very much, the finance person (sorry forgot your name) was amazing as well. This whole team worked towards my dream machine. I m so happy that I searched for a dealership in Kissimmee. Oh and Alberto from parts extremely nice and helpful and everyone is so friendly. Reece from service thank you for your help and helpful spirit. This whole dealership should be ranked higher on google search, other larger HD dealership please take notice.

Amazing saff! My mother and I were on vacation. My daughter was in the cheerleading Nationals championship, and we decided to stop in. we were immediately greeted at the front door with a warm, friendly welcome and as we were shopping filling our arms with things to purchase a nother employee came and emptied our arms so we could continue to shop comfortably. Over all experience here was amazing.

He gave me all informations that I needed , For a long time I wanted to buy � air Clenerand tuner to put on my Trike like 2019 and nothing dealers can't make this calibration on my Trike like . After calibration , I am very satisfied about this service . If you have needed parts and services , it is the place. Thank you

Unlike most dealerships this one doesn't try and con you into buying something you dont want there very friendly and welcoming on a side note if you ever get your bike serviced see aj in services and ask for Johnny Hampton he really took care of me and fixed all sort of stuff quick in and out I will only be getting my bike serviced here until I no longer ride and would highly recommend this place

I emailed the sight for info on a battery tender 2 weeks ago ,I have not got a return email on my question . I have went elsewhere and got the product , Shame on you Orlando South . I will not service my ride there any longer with this type of service . I know its not a 38,000 dollar bloated purchase ,But you never know what a 100 dollar buy might lead too. The day of you looking down your nose from the high and mighty HD tower are long past. Look around, Metrics are beginning to look very appealing these days . Joel ..........AS Far as this excuse I didn't email you I went thru the website "contact us" I think the research is a little FUBAR........

There s a lot that can be said about going to dealership but at this Harley Davidson that wasn t the case. Brett and his team took their time, listen carefully, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. From start to finish they were professional and now we know where to come back to for our next motorcycle purchases.

Went in yesterday and the staff was super helpful and worked with me through everything that I wanted and needed, Austin was my sales rep and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the bike helped me get the bike I truly wanted so make sure y'all go down there and see Austin if you are looking to get a bike

Bought a used bike from the Kissimmee location from Olivia and was extremely pleased. She has great knowledge about the bikes and not pushy at all. The manager Chris was a massive help and even answered a phone call after hours the night I bought the bike when I had a question. Super friendly staff and will return to this location for all my future needs. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

I from Texas and was visiting HD shop and we registered to win 100$ gift card,came home Sunday and Monday received a phone call that I won At this point they told me I had to use at the store, so I definitely want to thank Angela an very nice Employee that definitely went out of her way to order my merchandise and send it Texas for me,Excellent customer service

TERRIBLE!!I called the dealer at quarter after 9 inquiring about a part number. I had the part number. The lady in apparel would not enter it in to check for it and then she proceeded to call me a 'd$ck'.Really BAD customer service!!

I purchased a 2021 Sport Glide from the Orlando South store. These guys went out of their way to make my purchase experience a pleasant one. Good great deal, good financing, with options. Wife fell in love with the bike and she purchased one too for herself. Our sales rep was Hector, and the managers did a great job in making all the numbers work. I highly recommend that you check them out and give them a try. If you are considering trading up or just looking for your first bike, this is the place you need to be.

Do not use for custom build. My custom build went great until they ordered the wrong fender and still put it on. They did not offer to fix it or make it right. I bought a brand new bike and did a custom build. After they get your money it s F U.
