This company had a great response to my inquiry for a windshield. They gave me a quote that was competitive with some the bigger companies. They were patient as I discussed the situation with my wife to confirm to use them. The gentleman that came was professional, informative, and thorough in the process. Including calling to say when he would be at my home to change it and was right on time. I recommend them anytime.

Great experience, BiBi was awesome getting us set up with our replacement window. She made it a breeze and stress free. Tech was friendly and professional. Went above and beyond. Awesome all around. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend to friends and family or using again in future. Thanks again !! By the way company accepts insurance and we had no deductible or co pay.. $ 0.00 out of pocket !!

Very happy with our experience with this company. I called Friday morning and they were able to get a technician out to our home the next day at the scheduled time. Invoice was emailed to us very fast. The appointment was between 10AM to 2PM and the technician came to our house at 11AM. The technician kept in contact throughout the process and texted us when he was nearby. The process took less than 2 hours and the new windshield looks great! They bring the glass to you and prepare it right there. Highly recommend this place if you re looking to get your auto glass replaced quickly and professionally!

Communication needs to improve! 9am-12pm scheduled appointment was not met nor was I notified of any changes and this is after I was told that the tech would be to my house first thing that morning? I contacted the company and asked what was going on and only at that time I was told that the technician was running late and would be to my house at 1:45pm, huh?? You need to have more respect for your customer's time. I rescheduled for the next day and the Technician did a good job and that's why its not 1 star.

Very happy with the service. The intial visit ended with a defective crack replacement windshield. They quickly corrected with in a couple of days they ordered and replaced. Great guys, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

We had a family emergency and our insurance company's preferred provider wasn't available for weeks. We live out of State and needed our daughter's windows replaced ASAP so we could sell the vehicle. Orange Blossom was amazing. They were understanding of our situation, worked with our insurance and had the windows replaced within two days. Great company and would highly recommend.

The windshield repair technician was, first off, on time maybe a little early which actually worked out great, not to mention he finished really quickly. He was super polite, super friendly, and he was able to salvage my window decals and put them back on the windshield perfectly it was such a easy process, if you're looking for glass repair orange blossom auto is the way to go.

Please save yourself more issues than you started with by avoiding this company. They may be cheaper than competitors, but just pay the extra to avoid hassle. After my windshield replacement I got in my car and noticed more issues than when I called the company. This company put my convertible top out of order, which causes my trunk to be out of order. Before the replacement my car was in perfect working condition, the convertible top opened and closed perfectly, now I cannot access using the top as the technician pushed in the button so much that the car tells me the top is not secure anymore. My trunk does not open at all. The driver side light on my car doesn t work anymore either. I emailed the company with photos of my issues and they did respond to me and sent out a technician who told me they read forums about the issues with my car. He said that the damages cannot be proven that the windshield replacement technician caused them. Now I have not gotten any contact from the company. If I could upload videos of me trying to open the trunk and nothing happening I would. This company is terrible and causes more issues than good. Friendly and good to work with. We are from out of town and had a crack that was right in the line of sight. Orange Blossom took care of the windshield and contacted our insurance to make the job easier on us.

The customer service in call center is great. The guy went out of his way to make insurance transactions easy.But I told them I wanted OEM Mopar glass with blue tint, which he called to see if available. He verified the glass was available and at the end of the call I told him if it is not a mopar glass I will decline service that day. They had a week to get the correct glass. Saturday comes along and I had a window 10:00-2:00 and the driver calls at 1:30 said he is on the way. I asked if it was a Mopar glass and he stopped to check and he said it is after market. I told him I will reschedule when they get the correct one.Got a call back shortly from the call center great customer service btw and verified they can have the right glass Monday. I told her it has to be Mopar and has to have blue tint. She verified it was.Installer came out Monday and I saw the glass was Mopar but realized after he had my windshield out it was without blue tint. SMH so since it was out they installed it.Customer service was great but not sure where the break down is but the company needs training on who ever orders the product. Make sure you verify windshield is correct before installing. May take a few times for them to get it right or you may just have to settle.

They are very professional at what they do the general the gentleman arrived on time did a very, very very professional job. He cleaned up after he removed the glass. No scratches on my vehicle, nor on the glass. I love it.

Website is misleading. It states in the FAQs:"Can you reseal my leaking windshield that another shop installed?Many variables can cause a leaking windshield. Please give one of our Customer Support Representatives a call to discuss the options."The answer is "No. We do not reseal windshields." Don't bother trying to talk to someone if you're only looking for a reseal. If their website is that misleading, it makes you wonder how they are with the rest of their business practices.

I found the company when I did a search on Google. I visited their webpage and I entered my car details and my contact number. Within a couple hours a representative called me. I provided additional information to make sure that they would get the correct part. They also indicated that my insurance company would cover the whole cost of the windshield replacement and they proceeded to contact my insurance company while I was on the line. They came the next day to my home and within one hour, the windshield was replaced! This is an excellent company for windshield glass replacement in Florida.Service: Auto windshield replacement

On to way to Walt Disney World a rock hit my windshield. We were less than an hour away when the crack started to grow. SafeLite could not see us for about two weeks. We found this company and was a blessing! Jessica R. took care of us and considered our vacation. She got a technician out the next day. The technician also pointed out I was low an engine coolant. I am glad he said something as it was a five hour drive back home. Wish the incident didn t happen but so grateful for this company!

Wyatt was extremely fast and was really detailed in his work. Before he left, he tested out the rain sensor and tested out the rearview mirror to make sure everything was working correctly! Most importantly, he did the work in less than 20 minutes! Super happy; I have used other major companies, and Orange blossoms auto glass put them to shame ! Happy customer!!

I have full coverage on my car and am out of town! The AMAZING woman at the office stayed in the phone for HOURS with a ridiculous insurance company and when they couldn't process my claim, she called first thing in the morning and got my windshield replaced for free by noon! Awesome service. Tried SafeLite once and dumped them after multiple screw-ups for the same vehicle. From start to finish my experience was nothing short of amazing. Bibi was SUPER helpful with recommending the best option for me. She navigated all of the insurance work and had me set up for an appointment in no time! And my installer, Jose, was amazing as well! They came to our home. Kept in touch via text the whole time before arriving earlier then expected. Which I was very happy about.
