I personally don t like leaving bad reviews but truthfully I m at a loss for words. Early today I bought some tools to check to see the size of a nut. As they were the wrong size I decided to head back to the store. I forgot to bring the receipt that s on me, but since I bought with my number he attempted to look it up on the system. But the employee had zero clue on how to return an item without the receipt. He asks for help and the dude barely looking at the tools says we don t take returns on used tools and they don t rent tools. I was in utter disbelief as the two tools were never used to tighten nor loosen anything. I just told them that it didn t work for what I needed it for and decided to take my losses. I get dude is trying to do his job. But the fact that was his assumption is pretty damn disrespectful. If the tools were in fact used then truthfully that s on the store as that s literally how I received them.

Much more pleasant experience with quick in and out service than the location closer to me. Reps are attentive and help you find what you need. Both times I've been the service was efficient, and although I'm sure trying to be helpful, I have had them try and recommend oil for my vehicle which is a different grade that oem and be a bit aggressive with what they think you should buy instead of maybe discussing it with you to come to a decision together. I expect some people like to be guided all the way through, but I prefer a little decision making power.

Quick easy in and out my car is a turbo so you know in between oil changes it burns about a quart of oil and the light popped on pulled in copped dropped and dipped easy to find product

This was a pleasant experience, I went there because my rear view mirror fall down and as soon as enter the store the manager Ricardo knew exactly what I needed and gave me some great advices on what to do. Their customer services was amazing and extremely friendly. Mara and Ricardo were so nice, thank you for your help.

Carter, Xavier & Manny (manager) are literally the best best best guys everrrrrr from any O'Reillys I've ever been to!! go here for any parts or answers or help you need! They are sooooo helpful and knowledgeable for everything! Amazinggg!!! PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! They deserve it!!!

I used to be enrolled in the rewards program for O'REILLY'S but I never got any rewards worth anything. I do use them if I need a part for my vehicle and can't wait for shipping other than that I use Rockauto or Amazon

I went in to return a caliper. They accused me of stealing a torch lighter. The manager followed me out. I have never stolen a thing in my life. Its messed up. Of course since i am white it makes it ok. I can't give this place a zero but if I could it'd be all zero's. Zero being not the best.

I m very happy with my experience yesterday they were very helpful in comparison to autozone who I went to prior to visiting orileys. I got what I needed cheaper and they were far more helpful and the products were better . Go to these guys!

Was very disappointed it made a big deal out of$2.50 price difference on an ignition coil that I purchased another store one hour prior of contacting them to see if they had the right one and could trade it for me because I was an hour away from the store I bought it from and it was the wrong coil most O'Reilly's are usually pretty good but fixing this problem but this one here I believe they need to be retrained and customer service.

I have quit going to all the other auto parts stores in my area area o'reilly's on u s 1 92 92 they found parts for me that no one else could find they've been very very helpful they are hands down the best part store in this area I'm only saying that because I'm rebuilding the engines all the time and there's parts that I can't find for certain cars anywhere else and o'reilly's has always come through for me Everybody up there great to work with By the way thanks for your help Raymond !
