I love this shop. First time coming to North City Tire the customer service was Excellent. They keep you updated with your car which I really loved. Mr. Jeff and Junior are very nice and helpful. Prices are really great better than any other shop and they fixed my car quick for the heavy work i needed done I was so happy and satisfied with the work done. Great car shop I highly recommend.

Very impressed for how fast they took care of my car alignment, they took 45 minutes to complete, in and out. Very satisfied with the work. Last place I took my car to get it aligned my steering was off and will pull to the right. North city tires fix this in around 45 minutes. They took good care of my vehicle, no grease stains no where and they tested my car before they handed the vehicle back to me. Prices were low compared to other places, that offer an inferior service. Last time I visited North city tire I took my wife SUV for an alignment because the dealership stated that an alignment was necessary, took it to this place and the mechanic put the vehicle on the machine and he came back to me ans said...that vehicle is already aligned, to charge you for this would be unfair and gave me the keys back and said don't trust dealers smiled and walk away. Very honest people.

I have been looking for a Sprinter service place for a long time and I found the perfect one this place is awesome they do it all. Highly recommend them. I am very picky with my alignment and they always deliver and JR. is great. Price is fair and they are fast.

Recommended by a life time mechanic that was unable to do the work my car needed. Junior and his team were able to take care and service my vehicle in no time! If you are looking for a one stop shop that is knowledgeable and affordable LOOK NO FURTHER! Highly recommend.

North City has some of the most-reliable service that you can find in Kissimmee. I've had A/C service and new tires installed through them with no issues. Junior runs a great operation and I wouldn't recommend anyone else

Just wanna advise anyone who wants to get there car fixed at this shop. These guys at not honest especially the young guy at the office . He is rude and unprofessional. He wants me to pay for a damage they made on my car . On top of that he talks to the customers like slaves. He forgets that he gets paid from these costumers .i would give ZERO star if I could.

I took a truck to be aligned and the manager was super attentive and friendly, he answered all the questions I asked and showed me the problems the truck had. The truck was very well aligned and I will surely take my other trucks to be aligned here and I definitely recommend it.

I have had a Great experience with North City Tire, they was referred by a good friend, an they have more than I expected, very professional service, Iam a US Marine corp vet, an I look for Professional service, Juror, an the guy s do Great work, check them out, you will come back, this company is a benefit to the community working people this is about doing good work not just take your money, I ll be using them for now on, Thanks again Juror, an North city Tire.

As a woman majority of us are very skeptical when it comes to mechanic shops especially if we are not savvy in that area I took my car because the thermostat was rising made an appointment with here received my car back in hours the part that was replaced had an manufacturer error I called Junior and he reordered the part made me another appointment with no hesitation I say all this to say Junior and his team are amazing so knowledgeable and very courteous I felt so comfortable with him and his team my old mechanic retired and I can honestly say North City Tire is my new place to take my car Junior blessings to you and your team keep up the awesome work and I will definitely recommend this shop

The team took really great care of me. They made me feel like family not just a customer looking for business. They handled my alignment problem flawlessly and were able to overnight me tires as well. I will definitely be coming back and sending any and all business related needs their way. From one Woman to all women. Taking your vehicle here, you can trust they are one of the best! Prompt, Honest, Professional. Won't conduct any extras without prior approval. I am very happy with the service I was provided with, my truck was making noises when I made turns. I had the ball joints replaced in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I am very happy the issue is resolved. I will definitely use North City Tire again. Thank you for the great service.

Have visited this shop several times & Junior at the front office has met all of my mechanical repair needs in a timely manner & affordable up front cost estimates prior to getting any work done. His mechanics are very professional and will discuss with you any questions as well. Highly recommend North City Tire

I was recommended by my old mechanic to come here and look for Junior. Had an oil leak problem with my wife's van . I told Junior about it and he immediately knew what was the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Junior is the man. Very professional, very knowledgeable and great customer service!

I took my van to North City Tire to have the fuel pump replaced, the folks at North City Tire are true professionals, they took good care of my vehicle and also followed up to make sure all was good. I was very impressed with Junior who made sure I was happy with the service andalways follow up to make sure all is well. I also had an air conditioning issue which he promptly had his workers fix it for me, now the van is nice and chilled inside. So now the only place I will take my vehicle is to North City Tire. Battery for my car unexpectedly died. Fist man from AAA said it wasn t the battery. Made arrangements for my car to be towed to the mechanic we use. AAA tow truck man got my car started and recommended your establishment and followed me to you business. A new battery was installed in a timely manner and the manager was very nice, gave me the best quote on a new battery, installed the new battery and I was on my way. The crew and staff here are so kind and intentional with helping you not only get your vehicle fixed but also helping you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Very quick as well! I dropped my truck off last night and I had a phone call by this morning with news on what the issue was and when it could be done by. Highly recommend!
