I want to thank Luis and Joe for such an amazing experience buying my 2024 Ram Ruble.I have bought new vehicles in the past and my experience have not been the best. But these guys really are top notch. Very friendly and do their best to get you what you feel comfortable with. You have a customer for life and I will refer everyone I know here. I spent weeks trying to deliberately find exactly what I was looking for. After coming to Napleton Chrysler in Kissimmee, Sebastian in the sales department was able to help me find and secure the exact truck I was needing. He was quick and prompt to address every concern and question I had along the way and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole transaction. From start to finish, Sebastian was able to show me how simple of a process Napleton makes truck buying in as pleasant of a way as possible and I will absolutely be sure to see him again when the time for an upgrade comes!

I purchased a beautiful preowned vehicle here. The sales advisor who worked with me, Edwin Cabreja was incredibly nice and easy to work with. Very friendly and even came in on his day off to help me finish the deal and drive my new car home. I would come back here without hesitation. He made it a great experience.

AMAZING!!The minute I walk in the building I was greeted.Stop by on the morning of March 26 to setup in appointment for an oil change and to my surprise they took my truck right away. Jeremy Lopez took care of everything. He explained everything , what an amazing young man. To the Napleton crew you guy s Rock Jeremy Lopez you are the man thank you guys.Oh wait while you are waiting for your vehicle, you get coffee ,capuchinos ,tea , Latte and water the waiting area feels like one of those airline clubs. Love it great service

The service I received was terrific. Jean Santos was my Service Advisor and he was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and quite thorough with the service my car needed. I was dropped off at my home when I left my car and also picked up when the car was ready. Jennifer was my driver and she was very professional and had friendly attitude.

Amazing service. We, Walter and Mirtha, don't have words to express our peace of mind thanks to Napleton Team, especially to Jose Ramos and Larry Von. We had issues with our car and we live in Canada. Thanks to them we have arrived safe and our car is in optimum conditions. It was a really scary situation for us because just one day before our departure from Florida, our brakes were not functioning and we have two children. Napleton Team, Jose and Larry worked until the car was fixed completely and made sure our car was functioning safely. Thank you indefinitely Napleton Team, Thank you Jose and Thank you Larry a million times! From the bottom of our hearts, wish the best for all of you and we hope Chrysler promote all of you since you have worked very hard and deserve the best!

Don't come here for service. Even a simple oil change you will be waiting. 1.5 hours for an "express oil change" and I still do not have my car back. Better and quicker service at Walmart which is sad

Thank you Jean Santos. Your personal attention to our vehicle saved our vacation to Florida. When the other repair garage wanted to replace our transmission, your second opinion was successful for an engine misfire. I have to put a kind word out for Napleton Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram. I was visiting the area and my car had a problem starting up. I called the dealership about my problem, Sales Advisor Henry went to talk to his boss about my car s problem. They had me come into their service center and fixed my car s problem battery. They replaced my car s battery at No Charge ! To a senior citizen this is the best price around! I thank Napleton for their fast friendly service and my battery! I am willing to recommend them for all my friends and families car care needs! Thank you Napleton Dodge.

I had a good experience last year with the service dept but it was based on 2 individuals who aren t there no more, but now they have a horrible sales person and a finance person there that gave thee WORST experience along with their unprofessional way they spoke to me- I have reported them to BBB to try to resolve this garbage of a work van I regret buying- they are the worst kind of shady sales people there is.I would trade this vehicle if I could for any other work vehicle but theirs. Their finance person said that You people act like we are trying to sell you drugs when we offer you people an extended warranty and their sales person said one thing then said another thing-lied right in my face-they bring back the true meaning of scrupulous sales people! The vehicle they sold had nothing in it bare minimum and they charge an arm and a leg-I should of walked out but I thought the manager would would make this situation right-Imagine that-He didn t instead they pulled a fast one- I hope people would think twice about going to there

I had the most incredible experience with Larry at Napleton. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure all the service was done and explained everything, helping us keep our Jeep under warranty. He even followed up with me after to ensure I was satisfied and happy. He is the best service concierge I have ever had, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I normally hate stepping into a dealership. Salesmen are usually quick to push their agenda and slow to listen to the customer. This was not my experience at Napleton. I had the privilege of being greeted by sales manager Ricky who sat me with an excellent rep Frank Rosales. Frank was patient, he listened, and found what I now call the last car I'll ever buy. I love my new jeep gladiator. Thank you for the staff for making the process as smooth as possible and thank you for being different from all the rest.
