Great group of people working over here. No matter the job, I am very confident in the work that gets done in this shop. They are very knowledgeable and extremely patient when it comes new riders. They never hesitate to answer any of my questions whether it s in person or over the phone. I won t trust anyone else working on my bike.

I called and asked MCI about mounting 2 tires on custom wheels and they didn't hesitate a bit about doing the job for me ,my friend and I brought them down and after talking a bit they said give us an hour and we'll get it done, before we could finish our breakfast down the street they called me and say they were done, they mounted, balanced them, they used the beads inside the tires so as to not have ugly weights on my rims, they charged me a great price as well. MCI is the only shop I'll use from now on. The whole team is very knowledgeable. Totally trust them with my bike and highly recommend them. Anything you need done, they can do it without costing an arm or a leg.

Awesome treatment. I have relocated from NYC 4 years ago and stumbled to this place. It has become my go to for all repairs and treatment of my motorcycles. You are not treated like a number and Brian is very fair and does not price gouge you!!! For this among other reasons I send all my friends to the clinic. Keep up the great work friends.

If you wanna save your money. I highly suggest motocycle clinic. I bought My R1 and of course the previous owner wasn't honest about the things that was wrong with the bike. Two days later i realized my bike was overheating and also clutch problem and let's not talk about the rpm :( also the bike kept shutting off at every single stop light.I took it to the clinic and sure enough Brian and all the crew explained what was wrong with the bike and what's the best way to save my money. Thanks to them my bike is back on the road. All problems are fixed and it took less than a week. And I'm so ready to meet other bikers to raceServices: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Battery

I went online looking for a company that did fabrication for motorcycles because I needed something different for my Screamin Eagle CNC Ported and customized Electra Glide Ultra Classic.Like most who have a Harley I love my bike and am very particular about who works on it. After searching for someone in the central Florida area to work on my bike I found the website for the Motorcycle Clinic, LLC in Kissimmee. I looked over their website and read the reviews and looked at the photos and thought these might just be the guys that I need. So I gave them a call and spoke to Bryan Montoya. I told him that I m having some leg muscle issues and wanted to know if they could help me stay in the wind. He told me they could definitely help and that they could install the kit for me if that's something I d be interested in. Because there is hope that my leg muscles are going to recover, I wanted something a little less permanent and less expensive.Bryan went on to explain that instead of having them fabricate something for me there was a company called Voyager who already has a well-made convertible kit that they could install for me.He explained how it all works, and that they have installed voyagers in the past and shared with me that he felt they have a great conversion kit. After fairly long conversations with Bryan & Frank I was convinced, this is the way for me to go. I went online and looked at some other kits that were out there and spoke to some of them. The prices varied and the companies' styles as well. After lots of research, I was convinced that I wanted to get a new conversion/convertible kit from Voyager. So before purchasing I called Bryan back at the Motorcycle Clinic and asked him if I had them install it could I have them take delivery of the voyager kit. He readily said yes, no problem ship it to us. We ll let you know when it arrives here and will start working on it soon after you bring your Harley to us. The price was $3900 for the conversion kit. It looked really nice, but I wanted to upgrade a few things. At that point my price was with shipping was $4700. When Bryan got the delivery, he let me know it was in. I was pleasantly surprised everything looked great actually better than I thought.I had also given them some other things I wanted to have checked on the bike and replaced if needed, and that was included in that time. The install was completed for a very fair price, and less than having it triked. (they also do that at the Motorcycle Clinic.)It is amazing the things they have done and do at the Motorcycle Clinic. It s worth checking them out! The whole thing was a great experience. Everybody there was nice and easy to work with. I worked/talked with Bryan and Rob. When I picked it up, the mechanic came out along with Bryan and talked to me about how to remove the conversion kit if I wanted to and how quickly it can be done. He also explained to me some things I needed to be aware of regarding not just a conversion kit, but things about my bike, which was great to know. I found everybody there to be professional, personable, polite and Patient! They are all very particular about their work and making sure it s done properly.I might add I got a courtesy call from the guys at a motorcycle clinic asking how my ride home was from their shop to find out if everything was good. I am now back in the wind and loving life The bike not only rides great it looks great as well!I strongly suggest checking them out before making a decision to take your motorcycle out for any of your needs!Thank you guys, for the great work! As Arnold says, I ll be back , ToddServices: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Just picked up my ride today after needing new tires & fluid changed. I'm a first time customer and the experience with Bryan and all the staff are fantastic. Their show room is totally amazing and super clean, can stay there all day daydreaming. And the service provided was a lot quicker than expected. They also provided many good tips that I'll take to heart. Because of the many good reviews through Google Maps I'm looking forward to future visits.

I stripped out one of my front brake reservoir cap screws and tried to removed it myself. As I tried to get the screw out with easy outs, I made it worse and was to scared to go any further. I stopped in on my way home to see if they could help and a big thank you to Bryan Montoya and MCC for getting the screw out.

Since I got my Bolt I always go to the Motorcycle Clinic to get any services I can't do myself. I get all my oil from them too as it's the only shop (that I've noticed) that carries Spectro oil. Great guys, I trust them with my bike, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

**AWESOME SHOP**I have a 2007 Victory Jackpot which had an intermittent problem of stalling and occasional backfiring. After taking it to another shop I use for routine service they told me they couldn't get the problem to duplicate. After checking around with friends and a little researching, I'm glad I took it to Motorcycle Clinic. They were able to duplicate the stalling and found the fuel pump with regulator was losing pressure after bike warmed up. Bryan called at that point and advised the bike is spot on mechanically but still occasionally stalls and would have to dig a little deeper to locate the problem. They found that the ignition wire had a break in it and if the bike vibrated or moved a certain way this would cause it to lose connection and stall. A few days later (I'm sure after extensive testing) Bryan called and said bike is ready to Rock and Roll. I've had the bike back a couple weeks and it RUNS FLAWLESS!!! Couldn't be any happier. HIGHLY recommend this shop for specialized diagnostic service.Service: Engine repair

I'm definitely a new customer and happy to have this local shop work on my 2003 RoadGlide. My bike had been stored for a while and wouldn't start. They were very honest about the fix, simple cable disconnected inside fairing.I decided get an engine upgrade and had the following services :Top end upgrade, cam and hydraulic cam chain tensioner, Dyno, brake caliper rebuilt. They did top quality work. Brian discussed options and explained everything in detail, had great communication through out until completion.I highly recommend this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Brake service & repair

Not a customer, but treated as a high paying customer. My CBR engine broke down. Long story but Bryan spent at least 20 minutes discussing my options and how they could help. Bottom line, drop a bunch of money on a rebuild or find a new engine and they would drop it in for me.I had no success finding an engine so I came back. Unfortunately, I need it done quickly and they were swamped so he actually called someone who could assist.THIS is called customer service. Putting your customers needs ahead of just making money. And his solution wasn't just a quick buck for them solution like two other shops had "offered".Not that I hope to have more problems with my bike to come back but for sure now I know who to come to in case.As for the place he referred me to, the day after I dropped it off, I had to come back to drop off the keys and they had already taken the engine block apart. I'll leave them a rating when they deliver.Thank you Bryan!

This is the shop you want when your in need of anything for your motorcycle bottom line!!!From ordering my tires and bearings for my 2011 Fatboy Lo then making an appointment for installation for all was a breeze and honestly from the phone alone a great 1st impression!Bryan goes above and beyond in his customer service, he s knowledgeable answering any and all questions while explaining pros and cons , his recommendations are by what the customer wants or needs and not as a manipulated sale. The techs show they enjoy what they do as a craft as well as a service. The shop is clean and displays they can work on all styles of motorcycles and the prices are hands down unbeatable! It s bad enough to be in need of a shop but Motorcycle Clinic and everyone there made this experience a pleasure! In confidence I highly recommend Motorcycle Clinic!

I own a 2021 sportster 883 that WAS completely stock before coming to this shop. I ordered forward controls from them,, they installed the controls and did a 5k service then I brought my bike back for a 14 inch ape hanger install. The customer service was great and the prices were great compared to the overpriced dealer service prices. This shop is more than welcoming and they love making their customers happy. They were just as excited as i was whenever they show me the bike after the modification services done to my sportster!

I brought my 2006 Honda VTX 1300S over to Motorcycle Clinic after researching the area for a quality, reputable and service oriented repair shop. I requested to have my steering bearings replaced as I had a slight wobble in the handlebars. The shop and I discussed the possible causes for this and they made some recommendations to what may be the cause and to help me possibly not spend the amount of money on unnecessary repairs for maybe a simple fix. I ultimately decided on just having the steering bearings (All Balls Bearings) replaced anyways for my own peace of mind. The Service was excellent, they had my bike in the shop and job completed in a short amount of time and I couldn't be more happy with the quality of service and professionalism I received from the team at Motorcycle Clinic. They did not give me any runaround or BS and I appreciated that and I would recommend them to any of my friends in need of any motorcycle service needs. Thanks again for taking care of my bike Motorcycle Clinic. BTW - The new Bearings eliminated the slight wobble I was feeling and you can definitely notice the difference with the All Balls Bearings upgrade from the stock. - KyleService: Steering & suspension repair
