Fundamentally dishonest business. You ve been warned. I really wanted to like this place. Customer service rep was friendly. I went in for a windshield wiper motor issue, they partially fixed it, but left the wiper in the wrong position, it would only go up 3/4 of the way up.The prices are pretty high, but you typically get what you pay for. Not the case here.Ultimately before I dropped off my car, my windshield was fine. Once the work was complete, I was left with a huge crack. The manager was cordial enough, but said it was there before I dropped it off, and I know that s not the case.It s clear by the pictures where the damage was done, it s not a typical damage spot from road debris.

Highly recommend! Ray was so nice and patient with me. Been all over Orlando trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, but they took my car in same day and fixed it the same day. It was my starter and he had acknowledge me about the timing and price right there and then. It took all day, but I had expected that. I will definitely be back for my car needs.

Had me waiting while he was on the phone for almost 15 minutes completely ignored I was Infront of him I asked him if they change tires while he was on the phone and just pointed at me somewhere with a bad attitude.... By the way the phone call sounded personal

Just took in and dropped off my 07 Isuzu pickup truck in needing electrical work, and so far have had a great conversations with Renaldo and Chris (auto mechanic electrician). They were highly recommended and place looks professional, as much as, courteous. Will give a follow up review once overall work is done. worst place after they took my money is like I don't want deal with you anymore, when I was actually asking for more services (he told to come another day if I want, like really). Money is not free, I work hard for it too like it says in their front door "they don't work for free" I do not either. The front dispatcher was talking on the phone while billing me, talking on his personal phone apparently helping someone to buy a car and telling that person if it is a good deal or not. When I ask for the owner he was too busy with his girlfriend and did not care either. Just a little heads up before you end up in there. I was patient enough. aaahhh... they were empty like the picture shows.

I had a misfire, they were able to fit me in same day I called. They broke everything down to me about pricing over the phone before I went in so I wasn t hit with any surprises when I got there. Figured out what was wrong took less than an hour to fix once they got the parts and were super kind! I ll definitely be back!

Knowledgeable, honest technicians, fair prices Chris and Ray were very professional and honest. It s hard to find mechanics that are knowledgeable and honest. After spending well over $2000 and my car was not repaired I took a chance on Mater Tech and will continue to use them as my preferred mechanic. I'd give them minus numbers. Poor diagnosis, worst repairs,zero warranty. Do not stand behind work performed. Vehicle did same thing after repairs as before and worse,didn't start next day had vehicle towed back next diagnosis was additional $800. When I questioned if I did extra work and it still didn't fix vehicle do I get my money back they told me to fix it myself which I did by reinstalling original parts I requested back when I first picked vehicle up. Terrible experience all around.

Captain Hindsight says I should have started out here. I took my Infiniti to 5 mechanics and each place was unable to find the issue, or performed expensive tasks that failed to solve the problem. If you have any sort of check engine light, do yourself a favor and just go here.Thank you for fixing my car!Service: Electrical repair

These guys are amazing. I have a 2003 Chevy 2500HD Duramax. Trailer light fuse shorting out. I am from Georgia and have had a Dealership and a trailer repair shop look at this and they couldn't find the problem. This has been going on for months. Here for 2 hours problem solved. Thank you guys very much appreciated.

What a disappointment and lack of ethics!!I called at 12:10 pm and ask if they offered tow truck service and they said no, I ask if I get a tow truck my self and bring my vehicle and they said yes, the r tow truck arrived with my vehicle at 1:20 pm and they called me and said it took me to long to bring the vehicle and their lot was full, please give me an other excuse, you are on the business 1 hour and 29 minutes is not a long time. Also very disrespectful that person name Ray not even worth not worth going on details but has no word and wanted to blame it on me !!It cost me over a 100 dollars to bring my vehicle back to my house.

Great mechanic shop, awesome mechanics, been a customer of theirs since I moved from Miami about 5 years ago. Excellent customer service, fair prices, the cutest dog, Apollo, professional atmosphere where they'll treat you like family. Their lifetime warranty on most of their parts, which includes the provantage auto repair network, is extremely helpful so save your receipts, I tend to keep mines with the registration and insurance, after all it is part of the car now. Having a great experience with them and I hope you do too, if not the same, better. Just writing this after leaving satisfied with the work on my starter. Will continue to be their customer. Best of luck.

Yes five stars for service because david was very nice and friendly. Got to the place I think near 10 am. Told had to come back for the tires near 2pm so I did. Waiting seems like forever but they were busy so it was okay. I watch my car being serviced that is just me.The only reason for not five stars us the bathroom needs attention because for one no seat covers at all.Yes I would recommend this place but make an appointment because they are busy.

One of the best mechanic shops I've been to in the Kissimmee area, they will take care of all your auto electrical needs and beyond. Ray was especially helpful in pricing services, they got the job done quick and accurately! Would highly recommend!!

I took my son s car for a electrical problem in the lights and horn. This guys went right to the point, no hazle, very professional. As a Mechanic myself I m very impressed with there performance and professionalism they have. I recommend this place 100%. And the price was right on the money. Brought my RangeRover in for a cabin AC filter change and an alignment. They gave it back to me with a busted water pump and a water leak that I never had. There response to the issue was...thats your bad" there's nothing we can do..no report for the alignment, no old filter showing..nothing! Told me it was going to be an hour, took 5 hrs and an EXTRA ISSUE THAT MY CAR DIDNT HAVE.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.Since you blocked me from replying, well...in my little head over going throughout your reviews..looks like mostly females have bad experiences at your shop, maybe thats how from an alignment and an AC fix are related to my water pump getting damaged. You're right, RangeRovers aren't undestructible but, as my car sits in a garage with a clean floor so I would of notice. As per your clerk, he didn't understand it either how could happened??? Its still the big question, as he himself didn't understand either because he also didn't notice any leaks when the car was dropped off or when he took it off the alignment machine. Im sure this isn't your first ride , ALL I HOPE ITS THAT MY REVIEW OPENS EYES TO OTHERS OUT THERE, SPECIALLY FEMALES.God bless you.Ps. In other notes..Im not worried about mediocrity coming from people like you, that hides in a office instead of facing the problems and finding a solution.What goes around, comes around. The prices change all the time,I returned the car to be redone by another mechanic there. They leave greasy fingerprints on the doors in side the door handles and steering wheel. And if you complain they get mad and rep remand you. I will spread the news to others about their poor service. I Do Not Recommend !!Chris. I know where I take my vehicle, this is the right place !

These people are awesome. Been coming here since I have moved to FL. You're always looking for that mechanic you can trust. For me these are my trusted mechanics. They have fixed every car issue I've had and will always tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly. My cars run perfect!!

We took our car to them for taillights that wouldn't go out. They did an electronic test and couldn't fine any thing wrong so they thought it could be the brake light switch so with my permission they replaced it. It cost $140.00 dollars labor and part. they said it was fixed (it wasn't.) We took it to another place and they replaced the same switch and that fix it. So we went back to them because they said they guarantee their work and they do not. They had so many reasons why they wouldn't even through we had the bill that showed them we had the something done by another place. So now something that should have cost $140.00 cost me $280.00. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Be were!!!!!!!!

Quality service, but the price is just not affordable and there aren't any payment plans. I go here for check ups but even that on it's own is $65. I would not recommend it if you are on a budget.

Drove up to the parks for the weekend when my ABS light came on and the brakes started giving out on my 2008 Armada. The tow truck driver through my insurance company actually recommended them to me, figuring he knew what he was talking about, I followed his advise. Great service, they talked to me like a person and not a paycheck, it was refreshing. A few hours later I was out of there.What made me write this review was the fact that when I got home I googled my issue and found out that many people replaced the entire master cylinder which costs upwards of $800 and it still didn't fix the problem. Master Tech knew the issue and just replaced 2 sensors, in turn saving me hundreds.This really stands out to me that they did the right job and they didn't try to "make a quick buck" when they could have taken advantage of me, knowing I needed to have it fixed as I was from out of town.Bottom line, would definitely recommend them to a friend

I made an appt. to have a simple, but important item installed on car. I showed up on time. I was told by the owner/mgr., Mike, that the job would take between one and a half to two hours. Almost two hours later I returned and the car wasn't even touched. When he said my car would be next, I waited another 15 mins, and still no mechanic made a move toward my car. I asked for my keys back and did it myself the next day. Poor customer treatment . I do not recommend this place. The mgr. should be working in a flea mkt., not a car repair business!

In response to Mrs.Sue Georgatos complain, as mentioned many times before, we could not complete a diagnostic on your vehicle due to the fact that the issue was never present at our facility, and we could not duplicate it. We cannot sell you a repair we are not sure of. Among talking about possibilities, the brake light switch was mentioned. NEVER did we imply this WOULD fix your vehicle, but it was a POSSIBILITY. You were never charged for a diagnostic and we agreed to return when the problem was more frequent. Customer then came in and requested the brake light switch be changed, "Lets just change it." the gentleman said, so we did, AT CUSTOMER REQUEST. Customer then returns the following week stating that his problem is still there and that it needs to be fixed under warranty. No sir, it is not...not when it was YOUR decision to "just change the switch." He was advised we should try and run a diagnostic again, even if it took us the entire day to duplicate the problem, under assumption the newly installed part apparently did not fix the problem. So the diagnostic fee would need to be applied. Customer wasn t happy with that idea, getting aggressive and stating that we already checked it. For some reason the customer failed to understand that we INTENDED on diagnosing the problem, but couldn t because the vehicle DID NOT SHOW THE SYMPTOMS AT OUR SHOP, therefore we could not COMPLETE A DIAGNOSTIC. Instead, he preferred to pay someone else to check it, find out it was a defect part, and paid them to replace the part AGAIN. This is the reason we try to explain our work as best as possible, but we cannot expect everyone to understand, case in point, had you allowed us to check the vehicle before storming out angry, we would ve come to the same conclusion, waived off the diagnostic fee, and replaced your part under warranty. Instead you spent more money fixing the same issue and requested a refund for your part which you allowed the other repair facility to throw away, there we cannot help. I am sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate your business. Thank you for visiting our fan page, hopefully we can see you again and next time we hope to be on the same page.
