Highly recommend!! I appreciated the fact that this is a family owned business and they look out for the best of the client. Kept up to date with what was going on and also had a follow up call after services were completed to see how things were going weeks after the fact. A diamond in the rough!

These people are the best in the industry! Always honest about the needs of my car, very willing to work with me, and they all are very accommodating. They bend over backwards to help me in any way. I will ALWAYS come to them first with any concerns about my car, be it an oil change, tires or mechanical help. They exceed all expectations for an auto mechanic. I cannot praise them enough

These guys are awesome. They treat you like family. Truley. I have brought them two difficult vehicles. They don't complain or make excuses. They take care of business. Pricing is very reasonable with quick turnaround time. Thank you Rangel, Alex and their crew.

This has to be the most friendly and considerate auto shop I have ever encountered. The gentleman that took care of me literally worked with me in every aspect of the word and though it was my first time being there I have to say, the mechanics are definitely the same you can tell in their work. My truck is a 2016 and feels like I had just driven it off the lot. I'll be bringing my sons car and wife's car next. 5 star service well deserved. I had to bring my car in for an unexpected repair and was helped by Rangel . He went above and beyond to provide the best service and care, as I was very concerned about the damage and repair of my vehicle. He immediately took time out to address my concerns and put my mind at ease with his honesty and attentiveness. I was very pleased with his assistance, and left the shop knowing that my car was in good hands, after having the worst experience with mercedes-benz Melbourne dealership dishonesty. If I could I would love to give this guys 100 . Once again thanks Rangel, Alex and their team. Good bless all. If I could give this business a 10 star I would most definitely. This place is AMAZING they have helped me with ALL my car problems. They have excellent customer service, affordable prices, everybody there are so nice and respectful.They actually care about you and your car and they would do whatever it takes to get your car up and running again. The work that this shop does is of the best quality! Not only that but the customer service is phenomenal. They replaced my transmission, fixed several coolant and oil leaks (2011 BMW 335i) and a list of other routine maintenance. I highly recommend Master Auto Tech!!! What a great mechanic shop. I had them install a motor mount, fan assembly and both fuel dampers on my infiniti JX35. They did a great job, and everything works fine. The price quoted was the price I paid, and the quality of work was great. They also did it in the timeframe they said they would. They also washed my SUV inside and out and returned it to me fixed and clean. I recommend using them and will only take my vehicle to them from now on.

well i had to say, a big thumps up, i have take my car to 2 mechanics to locate a noise in my car and to check my ac system that i have replace couple of months ago and it wasn't working properly ..well i pick up my car and it was beyond expectation..the service ...the detail explanation of what and why .he was replacing some parts, well honesty and also great prices, this days its really hard to.come by people like this..if you had a need to check or replace something in you vehicle don't hesitate to bring it to them..100% satisfaction you will get.
