I believe in God s timing and the Lord sent Joel at the perfect moment! My wife s mention the battery light was on. We arrived at AutoZone and the clerk informed us it was the alternator. Joel took noticed of our situation and offered his services. And right on the spot, he confirmed the correct part, remove the old and replaced with a new one in under two hours. He was pleasant, friendly and overall professional while doing the work. If you are ever stuck with vehicle issues, test assure and feel confident to call Joel to service your vehicle.

Joel provided excellent service. My SUV wasn't working do to my brakes going out on me. My family and I was stranded at a hotel and couldn't drive it. Joel quoted me a great price to replace both my brakes and rotors. Even though he had an emergency, He still came out to fix my truck. He was very fast and efficient. My elderly mom who uses my car called Joel s Mobile Mechanic services to fix my car on the recommendation of someone who lives in her community. I was hopeful however, my optimism quickly turned into disappointment and frustration.After paying $205 to have four coils changed in my car, I expected the issue to be resolved. Two days later, my car started experiencing the same issues as before.What I m highly disappointed at is the fact that my mother called him, after no response I called him three days later. I sent him two text and there has been no response.It has been two weeks since the repair, and Joel has not responded to any of my calls or text messages. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expected prompt and reliable service, especially considering the amount of money my mom paid.What adds insult to injury is that I recently noticed on Joel Mobile's Google page that someone received services just a few days ago, mr scott . This raises serious concerns about why Joel has chosen to ignore my attempts to reach out while providing services to others. It seems that he is selectively responsive, which further highlights his lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.This left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. If for some reason you did not want to do the work it s ok to say that. I would have respected that instead of this treatment.Overall, my experience with Joel Mobile has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did my poor mom waste $205 on a repair that did not solve the problem, but I have also been left without any recourse or support from the service Joel provided.

Called for a same day appointment for my Alternator, he came through with no problem and fixed it at a great rate. He even gave some expert knowledge on what I can do to help preserve the life of my vehicle. This will be my go to mechanic for sure.

I called Joel based on online reviews. Glad I called him. Very pleased with his service. He was able to come promptly and on-time. Although the issue was more complicated and he was not able to repair the car (blown engine), he did try to do all he could to fix the issue. He was honest and upfront on cost and pricing was fair compared to other places I called. Would highly recommend him and use his services again.Services: Battery, Oil change

Experience was brilliant! I called around 2 pm the Friday after Thanksgiving and he was out here by 5 pm working on it! I needed my timing belt replaced which is a job of a few hours and he got it all done the same night. He pointed out a couple repairs I will need in the future and showed me why I needed them not just to sell me service. The price was fair and well below other estimates. He cleaned up the entire area and was so friendly, respectful, and efficient. My brakes started to lock up two days before Christmas while being 1,400mi from home. Joel provided a reasonable quote and was willing to do the job on the same day. As it sometimes goes, we figured out that Autozone sold me the wrong part after the old caliper was taken off He called nearby stores and was able to get the correct part shipped the next day. I met him again in the morning and had the part readily installed. He was most professional and understanding throughout this experience. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and dedication to delivering quality service!

Luis, this man, GOD BLESS HIM, has saved my car and, most importantly, my wallet from an unnecessary expense estimated from named auto part stores and dealership. I was told that it was my alternator AND battery. He just took a couple of minutes to run diagnostics on my car, determined what the real issue was and in way less than an hour my car was up and running again. And threw in an oil change for my car as well. All at a very reasonable price. 100% efficient and dedicated to his job. Showed up exactly when he said he would and got right to work very knowledgeable ,super friendly, transparent and respectful.. you can tell he takes pride in his work and knows what he s doing not only did he charge me a fraction of what competitors in the area were charging , he also did it in half the time others said it would take This man is the real deal and the only one I ll be trusting with my car going forward. Joel is efficient, fast, and precise, the car didn't start, I explained to him over the phone what was happening, he said it was a problem with the transmission cable, he arrived at the place with time, he fixed the car, he charged a fair price I almost forgot he also help me check/replace a ligth/bulb.Very happy with the service, highly recommended for kisseemme area.Thank you so much Joel :)Services: Transmission, Electrical

Joel came in and save the day! Our Honda van just shut off on us while heading home to south FL. He answered the phone right away was prompt professional friendly and reliable. His prices were extremely friendly. He fixed the alternator right in front us in a timely manner. I highly recommend him call him for any car repair needs it will be the best the choice you make!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Joel was proactive, he explained what to look for regarding future problems. His service was fast and clean. IF I lived in Kissimmee Joel WOULD be my mechanic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL HOTELS LIST HIM FOR visitors auto repair. I CANNOT praise him enough and I don't trust people as a rule. Our 22 year old F-150 s oil pressure light came on. It was sounding/running normal and oil level was fine so we wondered if it was just a bad sensor. Then it had trouble starting. We didn t want to risk engine damage by driving it to a repair shop so we reached out to Joel Mobile Mechanic. Fantastic decision! The mechanic came by when scheduled, diagnosed the issue and completed the repair same day. All with a great price! Joel gave me a very fair estimate to replace my starter, he found me the part and gave me pricing options, he called and confirmed it was available. He then came and fixed my starter in less than 10 mins!! Excellent service, highly recommend Joel!!

As a female it's hard to trust mechanics, they still take advantage no matter what your going though. first it felt promising. After doing my research, the recommendation had nothing to do with what I called for. Always do your research,wasn't there 5 mins touching my vehicle, and I paid him.Told it would be a major job, maybe I would be out of more money. after I asked questions I never got a call back and I know now it wasn't even the problem on my vehicle I paid him to tell me...smhI just couldn't move my vehicle, felt it wasn't a good idea.
