Edit: I revisited this location for my next oil change and a headlight replacement. I was told my headlight was fine, but later I found it still burned out. I feel like they just didn t feel like replacing it. I ll rethink using this location again This location is one of the friendlier in our area. They are professional, quick and treated us very kindly. Most of all, they were honest. Christian took excellent care of us, but the entire staff will go out of their way to make sure that our car is serviced quickly, efficiently, and you leave happy!Service: Oil change

Used to be great. I am a loyal customer of Jiffy lube. Today I was refused service because my oli cap was on tight and they were afraid to break it. They said it was put on to tight from the previous change. We'll it was them. They didn't have anything to say other than it couldn't have been them since I hadn't gotten it changed since 2022. I don't drive that much. I ONLY Have gone to this Jiffy lube since 2020! Thanks

Great team. Love that you call out your tasks verbally, so I know they were done, love that you get 2 person verification on critical tasks. Friendly and fast.A+ crew.

Visited the jiffy lube for a standard oil change. A gentleman also inspected my tires and adjusted the pressure. The service was fairly quick, which is a plus! My only concern is: I m afraid they don t actually perform all of the services listed on the receipt. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that WAS done. I must mention that the employee who greeted me when I initially arrived, Frank (also my cashier afterwards), was wonderful! So polite and cordial.

Staff was great and just doing their jobs trying to upsell but damn I wish corporate would get off their backs sometimes. Good lord it's annoying. Little pricey to say the least. The same oil change back home in MD is almost $70 less. If I wasn't already over and had to drive 5 states away I def would have waited. Regardless, as far as this trip to Jiffy Lube goes, the staff was quick, attentive, thorough & hard working. Especially since it was 113 degrees that day. Corporate should give the some a/c or at least a mist fan or something. They deserve it.

The staff told me I needed additional oil. After the fact I checked with knowledgeable people and no one understands why I would need an extra unit of oil. I think I got shafted.

UPDATE: I talked to someone in Corporate (Andrew is his name) and just based on my name alone were able to tell me when my last oil change was. Pretty simple. He was very disappointed in this manager (Chris is his name) who told me he couldn t do it because the car needed to be there physically. Corporate then said he will have a little talk with him.I told Corporate to have the manager call me within the next hour and apologize (that would be the day) and I would return for service in the next several months since I now know how many miles I ve driven since the last oil change.Well, He NEVER CALLED! So I am done with this Jiffy Lube and this poor excuse of a manager. I called Andrew back to see why he didn t even call Chris (like he promised) and said he sent the complaint to another department. So that proves Jiffy Lube doesn t GIVE A DAMN about their customers! BYE! My CONCERN: I ve been going here for almost ten years now and usually there is no problem. Since I retired three years ago, I m only driving maybe 2,000 miles a year. I called today to find out when the last time I came in to get my oil changed. Not sure if it was a year or two?I was (unbelievably) told that I had to have my car physically there in order to scan the bar code on my door. Are you KIDDING ME? So you want me to drive all the way there just to find out I ve only put 1,500 miles on it?I am absolutely SHOCKED that this cannot be done by phone. Supervisors and Corporate, are you LISTENING? I am extremely dismayed because I will not be getting my oil changed until I find out how many miles I ve driven since the last one!The manager I talked profusely apologized several times and said it s just the system. Well I say, The SYSTEM STINKS! Shame on you Jiffy Lube for not making your system user friendly!

This crew is amazing . Dante was extremely professional and greeted me with a smile. Milton is a great and informative leader of the crew. They walked me through all the details of my service and even brought things to my attention I wasn't aware of. Jason was the man doing the work on my car. Overall this place is great. I would give 0/5 stars if I could!! I came in for an oil change and to get my tires filled. They took my tires off to do an inspection and when putting them back on, scratched my wheel. They then told me my front brake pads were really low, like a 2, and tried to convince me I needed to replace them, for $600. I went to a dealership to look at them, and I found out they either lied to me or that they don't know what they're doing. They were at worst a 3. Worst of all, on my way out, one of the mechanics asked for my number. He said, "Maybe I can be your next ex". First of all, eww!! Second of all, not professional and very inappropriate.

Just got my car's oil changed and received prompt, quality service at an affordable price... Ask for John W. and he'll make sure you get the best service and even throw in some discounts to make it worth your while! Highly recommended.

Thanks to all the team at this branch, they do an excellent job, mister milton, and his team responsible for oil change and mechanics, are in charge of keeping the customer up to date on everything that the vehicle has, and additionally they communicate about the better way, giving a completely harmonic atmosphere, excellent team, thank you!

Milton DeJesus and Alex saved our butts good today we came from Colorado to purchase a car and on our way out of town the break pedal hit the floor . Thankfully it happened right in front of jiffy lube and they took us right in like family and helped us out nothing like getting ready for a 2,000 mile trip and have the breaks just disappear, the lines blew out right above the caliper and loss pressure. Milton said we will check it out and get you an estimate in 3 minutes they found the problem and had it fixed almost as fast (for the job at hand) these folks are awesome and honest wish we had more mechanics like them, In this world that value the customer and there safety. If not for the COVID times I would hug them.

I only solicit this particular location because the service is great Unlike other service providers, they never pressure me into anything other than what I can for. Any additional issues with my vehicle are presented to me after the courtesy diagnostic test. At this point, it is at my discretion whether I should proceed with more work.

Call on Sunday 7/30 at 1:02pm asked if they were busy. They told me we only have 3 car but we can t guarantee if more car come in and I was fine with that. I told him I car needs full synthetic. After driving for 20 minutes come to find out they can do the oil change. To come back tomorrow.Did seem like they wanted to work that day.

The most horrible experienceWaited 1.5hrsHe lied on the price.I ended up having to spend double what I usually do because he lied. Got upset when he tried to upsale the change vs the basic. After 2hrs and leaving got bamboozled because he upped the price after he already started the oil change. Run away, run don't walk. I will not ever be back.Service: Oil change

Excellent service, team members were excellent & went beyond thier jobs. I will use them from now on. Had a bad experience at pepboys with an oil change & jiffy Lube took care of it for me with no problem after i explained to them what happened. I will recommend them to everyone. They wanted to charge me 110 dollars for a conventional oil change! I have never paid that much for a oil change! Went to Valvoline oil change 39.00 dollars and gave me a 15 dollar off! Jiffy lube is way over priced; why would I lie? Jiffy lube responded u didn't check into it I have the receipt!

We were on vacation, after driving 8 hours to get to Orlando my car read, immediate oil change required. of course it does, right. So on a Sunday morning almost everywhere was closed, but Jiffy Lube was open. They saw us immediately, no waiting. They were quick. The staff was friendly and it was competitively priced!!! So happy

I am very happy with the service I received at Jiffy lube location 109 E Vine St Kissimmee. Service rep Milton was kind and treated me fairly in giving me recommended service while not feeling pressured to do so. This is the best service I have ever received in an auto place. John is amazing and accommodating. Hes personable and really smart about cars.
