I purchased my daughters first car from Ion and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They are a true family business with great communication and customer service. Even after the purchase they were great! They make you feel like part of their family. I wish them the absolute best and trust that you won t be disappointed.

Jimmy knew right away from driving our Honda, what the problem was. We left it overnight and he fixed it the next day. He s a very honest mechanic with reasonable rates. He was recommended to us by my husbands t�a and we highly recommend him to anyone else.

I bought my 2005 Honda from Jeremy at Ion motors and I love that car! I ve had to take it in for a few repairs and Chip and the gang have always taken good care of any issues that needed service. They are honest and talented mechanics and I drive over an hour to ion motors to get my car fixed and if ever I need another vehicle I will go to Ion Motors.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Be aware when buying a car from these people they come off to you like family oriented and nice but they have they tricks up there sleeves I bought a car from them and the same day I took it home the car transmission started acting up I called to tell them they told me bring it in. In witch I did the very next day they came and reset the computer to the car witch was a Ford Focus for those that don t know it has and electric transmission in witch you can reset and the car will run good till the computer reads the problem again and you will be back to square one. The so called mechanic advised me to sell it as soon as possible and that they don t take cars back or refund money cause they sell as is ..why tell me that if you so call sell good cars . They new exactly what they did when they sold me a lemon.. but I m definitely not staying like this !!!

I have a great experience in ion motors auto repair llc. Mr Jimmy and his wife were super nice and patient when I was buying my car. I m glad I went there to purchase my favorite car which I really enjoy driving. The car was super clean and at a great price. If you looking to buy a car don t hesitate to come to his place, you won t regret it.

The attention was great I when to fixed my car for AC thinking was a major problem according to other places, but ended up minor problem and get it fix and working good. I went in to my Air Conditioning fixed, it was acting up, only air was blowing through the feet vents and no where else, but the owner of the place, Jimmy is a really solid awesome guy. He is very trustful, offers really good and economical prices, and it doesn t feel like he s cheating or robbing you of your money, he shows you what s going to be done and he shows a before and after. I m a happy customer, I d highly recommend him to anybody for anything because trust me because he knows his stuff, he s very experienced. THANK YOU JIMMY !!Service: Air conditioning

Well, what can I say... the owners are nice, they fixed my car, they didn't waste my time, if the mechanic (Yimmy) says the time he can see me, then he will see me at that time. More than that, he is my niece's mechanic and she highly recommended him to me.Buenoooo que puedo decir... los due�os son agradables, me arreglaron el carro, no me hicieron perder el tiempo, si el mec�nico ( Yimmy ) dice la hora en que me puede atender, pues a esa hora me atiende.
