After 3 visits to other speciality tire shops who couldnt add air to my rare Mercedes 3pc wheels I stopped by Heaven Tires and within minutes was fixed. I did not have an appointment and was immediately asked to pull my car in. The gentleman said very few words but his actions showed he knew what to do. He didn't even take a payment! I know where to buy tires now. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

I was in desperate need of 4 new tires. Every place I had called, I was being quoted $500+ for off brand tires. I called Heaven Tires and spoke with Mr. Rudy. He was able to install 4 new tires at a reasonable price and get me out the door in about an hour. The lady at the front office was friendly and kind. Great place with good people!

Great honest man that has been around for years.. He does great work and only advise what you need, nothing extra at your own financial pace . Services/Prices are a bargin that nobody cant complain. Owner Rudy is the best in wheel alignments in town!!! I trust this place with my 2014 Dodge Charger and been coming here for over a year now ..

Rudy is the owner of the shop we have been going to for year for all our car care. He is genuinely a honest mechanic who doesn t over charge especially with me being a female, we need more like him looking out for us

My car is lowered, and most shops in the area did not want to touch my car because of liability. Heaven Tires was able to get my car on the ramp easily without the need for makeshift ramps and without damage. My tech did have some difficulty with my car because of how it's set up but still got me out within a reasonable time. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

They only had one tire I needed out of 3. No big deal. Price was $45....not bad. But they messed up tire installation and it was flat in a day. That's after an hour wait with no other customers there. I would never go there again.

Great place Fair prices if not better than fairEnglish/Spanish which is great since my Spanish is not so good. Rudy the owner and his staff was very friendly. Large shop I counted 18 vehicles including mine and there was still plenty of room for more. This is no hole in the wall shop. Quality equipment they use and yet the prices were very reasonable. I will keep them high on my go to list.

Had my transmission rebuilt done about lil over a year ago and have had problems since I ve got it done with shifting issues, transmission leaks I ve taken the car numerous times for them not to fix the issue I ve spent more money on leaving the car there for days, weeks finding alternative rides like Uber, car rentals to come back to get my truck for the problem To be the same I ve spent over $2k on work and my truck runs worse then when I brought it and now the warranty is out so they won t honor the initial work they done so I have to redo the transmission or buy another one and hope for best and spend double the price for something that should have been done the first time

I seen a few one star reviews and there mostly for buying tires at this location. I bought one used at $45 (every where else wanted $60 used for the same size) and so far no problems. I LOVE how they used black sticky weights on my wheel (the inside is black) so it's not noticeable. Friendly staff and good prices on my end so no complaints.

These guys were awesome, fixed my tire, got my car going and never overcharged at all. The owner is friendly and staff are willing to have a laugh with you. I waited expecting the bill to be massive, but they showed me what needed done quickly and what could wait. I will always use these guys. I had a bad experience before with another service in Kissimmee and these guys excelled.

If they had a score of zero stars available that is what this buisness should receive. They used to be good but the last 2 times that I have been there they have ripped me off big time. I first took my car there to change the radiator because it had a crack and they ended up changing 10 other things that I did not ask them to do and never changed the radiator at all and did not want to give me my car back. Then my husband took our car there to change the breaks and a week later they were squeaking again and this place is trying to tell me that I have to pay $200 to get them fixed again. This is truly the worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I've done buisness here for almost Ten years. I have sent my wife here on her day off to get tires without a worry. These guys have always treated me fair and saved me money. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing new tires or even saving money on a quality set of used tires.

Jeep wheel alignment. The owner didn t do the job how it was supposed to, put the blame on previous mechanics and still didn t fix my jeep alignment properly, steering wheel not straight, jeep not turning all the way to one side, pitman arm not straight and he said that s not part of the wheel alignment. Telling me that my jeep had more problems like power steering box and he can fix them for more money. Everything he said he couldn t or wasn t supposed to do on wheel alignment the other tire place (North city tire)fixed it, for less money, better service and no interest on knowing who the previous mechanic was, and yes, I had to take my jeep for a second wheel alignment the same day within 2 hrs. This place took my money and laughed at me while I was leaving their place.

Felt like I was being "rushed out"..and guy made fun of my voice until he found out about my sickness!!..NO APOLOGIES. NOTHING!!!.LAST TIME U WILL EVER C ME THERE!!!

Came to get an used tire and first of all it was too much. $45 when I could get a new one for $65. They only had one and after they tried to sell me a damaged tire that didn't work. They took it off and charged me $20 for nothing. If your tire is bad is your fault you should have known that before taking mine off and trying to put that one on. So bad, unbelievable, they use to be good.

This place is a joke, we pull in and the first thing the guy working at the alignment rack says is "what do you want". I was shocked at first that's no way to great a customer but anyways we went to the exhaust guy and patiently waiting for him to finish his work to be able to speak to him. He seen us standing there waiting and just decides to walk past us and go to the gas station for lunch or whatever. What kind of place is this? They could've at least acknowledged us and told us they would attend to us but nope nothing at all.

I went in for balancing, alignment and tire rotation and I had an awful, they stopped mid-service and didn t finish the job that was asked to be done. I also lost 3 lug nuts and they weren t put on properly. I do not recommend it was a horrible experience.

Took my aftermarket wheels and tires there to get it mounted, balanced, and aligned. Efficient service at a very reasonable price and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be taking the car there again

Had a flat tire last year and took it to one of these big tire stores and they said I needed a new tire. Left and went to Heaven Tires and they fix it in 10 minutes and ended up paying $ 15 for the repair instead of $ 150 for a brand new tire.

Took my car today for alignment, balancing , and rotation. In the middle of my alignment the techs decided to return the car back to me because they had other cars with appointments. Driving back home I lost control of my steering and my passenger tire had alot of positive camber , not only that 3 of my lug nuts came out making the car unsafe to drive. My front passenger tire literally came out the wheel hub while driving. I still needed to pay for there service and a tow truck home. Later finding out that all my 4 tires had at-least 2 or more lugnuts loose.

They work great, the prices are not bad. Is cool to see the manager with hes hand dirty. Is the manager works means the place is good and you can trust the store.

IF YOU NEED A TIRE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..Dont believe the 5 stars comments, friends and family always try to help you know. Truth is this is not the place to buy a tire at least, i went to get an used tire and even tho it was only 35$ the thing leaks air, took it to 2 different tire places to see if it can be fixed but both guys said the tire is just bad. Thats bad business. Im not even gonna waste my time to argue with them about it,i would rather not do business with them

DONT GO HERE FOR ALIGNMENT!!! They do half of the job done and don t tell you. Came back and told them about the car shaking and they said that they had to work on the other cars while my car ! was unstable to drive !!! Left one of the tires with 3 lugnuts plus the other ones were loose as well and didn t want to fix it.. !!DONT GO HERE for alignment!
