Marylou and her husband were absolutely fabulous in the entire definition of the word! They were kind, generous, and worked fast and efficiently! The place was warm and welcoming from the time we made the inquiring call! Thanks so much, we will return again!

March 30 2024. Edit. The fuel pump that you charged me $850 for is now not working and my car will not stay running. There is a loud buzzing noise. And the car will not push fuel to the engine. I should take you to court, but I m gonna just move on. I came back here to tell you .. They re both from New York. They are both very, very nice New Yorkers. I m gonna leave the post saying that he s a decent mechanic he was just too afraid to work on my car. I feel the knowledge for my car was not at the shop.55 AMG owner(by the way, the fuel pump was fine Johnny it s the purge valve.)You knew this .(edited December 5)Had one of the bartenders at my job hook up a Mercedes computer that his stepfather has. A bartender who is not a certified Mercedes mechanic was able to tell me it was the purge valve and he was correct 100%.JohnnyI m still blown away that you didn t hook my car up to the computer until the second time I came back when the car started to fail after you worked on it..(had the car towed twice in 24 hours)$20 was knocked off lol(I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong about you.)You didn t even return my phone call after all of this happened even when I still wanted to use you to do my tuneup, I left you a message and I asked you to get back to me with a price so I could have you do it and I m so glad you didn t I m not upset with you I just want to get my car fixed. Please let me know what the price is. Verbatim on your answering machine.Either you knew you did something wrong or you just didn t want to do the work.Tisk tisk poppi .The picture below is the diagnostic check that was done on the second time I had to tow my vehicle. A Mercedes mechanic always hooks the car up first to check the brain and the computer. It s 101 brother. Not one thing listed on that computer has anything to do with the fuel pump that cost me $850. And I still wanted you to do my tuneup because I liked you as a person. What a shame .I hope you start hooking these cars up immediately that s what you should be doing first.The fuel pump that you left in my trunk in the bag? I m bringing it to the Mercedes dealership and I really really hope that it s broken because if not, that s going to be very heartbreaking.I will be back to keep the community posted. Thank you.Edited Dec 8 thJust had the mobile mechanic finish the work and subsequently enough the fuel pump is fine. And four out of the eight coil packs were cracked. The intake valve was dislodged from the snaps entering the engine. Not only was this a quick fix. But the new mechanic I hired saw that immediately. As soon as he snapped the intake valve back in which was not broken, the car started to run fine.(why did a Mercedes mechanic shop not see this?)When I brought you the car, the gas tank did have a problem and the problem would proceed if it went below a quarter of a tank after you touched it and added new things that weren t necessary now my gas tank doesn t go below a half of tank. I m not talking about the gas tank. I m talking about why the car wasn t running properly that had nothing to do with the gas it had to do with you not seeing that a pipe was dislodged. There was too much air going into the engine and if you would ve hooked up the computer the first time you would ve seen that. Too bad this isnt social media and I cant reply to you in real time because I would show you. You re the mechanic on the customer I shouldn t have to show you.

I was very happy with them the 1st time I took my car in! Well the problem wasn't solved so I took it back in well they lied to me they said they had to do a different part which the part that was installed! But they told me that it was separate which was a lie! So they don't guarantee there work cause they replace the defective part! And charge me 200 dollars for labor first of all I shouldn't of been charged anything! The part should of been replaced for free it's not my fault they didn't get it right the first time!!! This part that they are telling me is attached so there no way they replaced it! I don't know maybe my expectations were to high thinking they were honest! Most mechanics aren't!!

I have been going to the shop for the last 3 years! They have serviced my Range Rover Supercharged and I have NEVER in my life had an issue! These people are absolutely awesome! Customer service is A1! I would refer them for services of any type. Any negative reviews listed here I would challenge them to be wrong. Please support great local auto mechanics shops like this!

Marylou, Gerry and Sammy are such great and good hearted people! They checked and fixed my car in under a day. Amazing prices on the parts and labor. HIGLY RECOMMEND! Very professional. I'm a customer for life!

I can brag enough of the great service I received. I was stuck on the highway and they provided me with a tow service that was fair and on time.Not only did I get great service I was educated on the diagnostic, Never have I had any mechanic treat me like a person and educate me as a true intelligent client, I was impressed and the Vehicle was better than new after the repair. I was also informed on things that will be needed within a time period, I was offered Financial Services that truly allowed me to get my vehicle up to par.Johnny is a Master Mechanic with all the Original Diagnostic Machines that your dealer uses and charges hundreds for diagnostic when Johnny is Truly fair and above excellent service.I have found OUR mechanic shop and more for myself, family and friends.I will like to note on negative reviews.When you purchase a BMW, Mercedes or Maserati make sure you have the funds for repairs. these vehicle are Quality with Quality comes expense. I truly dislike folks that will NOT be honest and get upset, they cant afford repairs on their Vehicles.DO NOT BUY A BMW if your BUDGET is fit for a Toyota, the you wan to blame the mechanic for been expensive. JUST NOT TRUE!Live within your budget and Lets be fair with your reviews.I say Gods is Watching.I HIGHLY recommend Gerry's' Auto Repair for their Quality Service and Such amazing Staff!

I was in town from Kentucky and one of the coolant hose assemblies broke. I spend a day looking for the part. I called Gerry s auto sales, they got me a local tow truck company out and had my car fixed the next day. This was a huge burden off of me while on vacation. The price was great! They were very professional before, during and after the repair. The owner made sure to talk to me. Highly recommend them.

I m now a new customer here and I been bringing my cars back and fourth but everytime I bring my cars here they fix the problem I haven t had my cars taken care of like this in so long but they do a great job I really recommend this company all of them are amazing especially Marie I m so happy to have found them will continue my services here !!!

I took my car here to get fixed and the service was outstanding. The repair wss done in under an hour and was a good price. Marylou came to the waiting area and sat and talked with me the whole time while I waited. They really make you feel at home and valued as a customer. I recommend Gerry's!Update: I had a plastic piece dragging under my car and drove in without calling first to see if they could squeeze me in. They stopped what they were doing and put the screw back in right away. They are awesome!

A review should always be by the experience not just how you feel because something didn t go your way. My reviews will always and have always been fair and just. Now, shall we begin? I have been going to Gerry s auto repair for many many years now, and I will not and refuse to go to any other auto repair shop, why? Because the head mechanic is TRULY a Master Technician! You will not find any other mechanic as good as him! I would literally bet my life on it. The man knows what he s doing! Pricing can vary remember the mechanic needs to look at the car to determine what the issue is, and that can honestly take time. Trust me when I say there pricing is fare and honest, which you won t find at any other shop SERIOUSLY. Gerry s auto repair does there best to have your car out back into the road, but there not the type of repair shop that will work on your car in 5 minutes. They want to make sure your car is worked on properly, promptly, and precise which in today s society it s hard to find a business like that. If you want a repair shop that is super cheap you ll never find it and even if you do your car will end up having twice as more problems, but if you want a repair shop you can finally trust, and have a peace of mind with mechanics that TRULY love what they do then I recommend Gerry s auto repair.

I just met Mary Lou today when I took my 2003 Mini Cooper in for a "check up". I had just bought it and want to take it on an extended visit up North. I know enough about these cars,to know that it was going to need shocks and some other items as well. After Johnny going over it, taking it for a test drive, he verified that as well as it need an oxygen sensor, spark. Plugs... These cars use very specific parts. As most imports. Having owned a BMW previously I know they're expensive. I was Satisfied to see that he had quoted me a very fair price! I feel that I am blessed I found this nice couple to take care of my car. I look forward to dealing with them in the future. Please beware of any poor review you might see, this is not a fair complaint,!!

The team there is awesome! I called them and they got me in same day. They figured out what was wrong in under 10 minutes and had it fixed in under 24 hours. My car was in he air before I could even get out the door. Everyone was friendly, the mechanic walked me through what was wrong on my car and showed me the parts and how it works on the computer as well. I couldn't have asked for better service. The best part is it was all done for really cheap! Until I moved to Florida it was always my Uncle who worked on my car and I knew I could trust him. The Gerry's Auto Repair Team felt like family. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Was in town for New Years. Had car trouble, they got us in right away, gave cheap and honest diagnostic . Ms. Mary Lou (part owner) is a gem , such a blessing! Great customer service and reassurance that they care and will help! They saved us!!!! Her husband is an awesome, fair, honest Master Mechanic! Will return ! We owe them dinner for such great service !!! Truly a blessing !!!!

I decided to come to Gerry's based on all the positive reviews for some rear break service. After quickly taking a look at my car they quoted me $200 less than what my regular mechanic quoted me. Needless to say I just found a new mechanic. Everyone here is super friendly especially Mary Lou. Best car shop in town, hands down.

I have taken both my Mercedes and my diesel pickup here for repairs and service and was very pleased both times. I had a very good mechanic shop that specializes in European cars before I moved to Florida, but in Gerry's I have found a shop that is both better and less expensive. I highly recommend Gerry's. Excellent service at a great price.

Gerry's Auto Repair has performed 4 miracles on my vehicles thus far. I got into a crash in Valentine's Day and by the 15th, my car is up an running again. Johnny is simply a mechanical genius and I go here all the time. They price super fairly to everyone in my family because they understand the struggle. Not to mention the lovely wife, Miss Mary Lou, and Miss Julie who acted as my family while my car is being repaired! Thanks for everything guys and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

We called up to get a quote for a tire replacement. Mary was incredibly helpful and honest. When we went in to get it fixed they were done within half an hour and in that time Mary treated us like family! Wouldn't hesitate to go back if we needed anything else. Great people!

This auto repair shop is amazing. Aside from good prices, they definitely treat you right. I went in for an oil change and to have the cowling under my car removed (long story). The oil change was less expensive than the chain stores (no names mentioned, but you can think of them in a Jiffy). They said the cowling was easy enough to remove that THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME! They also didn't try and sell me any services I didn't need. I highly recommend Gerry's.

After moving to the area from out of state and not knowing a mechanic, I had to make a decision from online reviews. When i came across Gerry's Auto I saw nothing but good things so I trusted the reviews and brought my car to them. Mary Lou and Johnny are the best! Trustworthy and reasonable rates. If your looking for a mechanic then I would look no further.

I went to Gerry's on Thursday for a car emergency. I have a red Hyundai Elantra Limited edition 2012 I called in and spoke to Mary who answered and was very friendly to me, she asked me for my car details and told me if I took my car in an hour she could get it checked and fixed the same day. The treatment was amazing it felt like if Id known her for years. She can speak perfect english and spanish as well. I stayed in the shop for a while until they told me what was wrong with my car. She told me the price everything would be and I left. When I came back my car was fixed and she charged me exactly what she said she would upfront. Something I appreciate because I like to know in advance how much I am paying for a service. All in all the experience was great my car is working perfectly and she found a lifetime client for as long as I live in Kissimme.

Merry and Gerry have helped me fix my 2006 jeep commander. They have been EXTREMELY helpful and charged me the price quoted. Would DEFINITELY recommend them if you want honest people helping you. Great work guys you deserve all the best

Alex and the folks at Gerry's Auto are efficient, honest, and very dependable. Took my car (Mercedes Benz E-Class) with A/C problems. I was in and out within a short time. Better still, they did not charge me for the temporary solution to my a/c problem. I love them and would always use them when in Orlando.

Took a mercedes S500 in cause it wouldn't start after running, was quoted <$300 actual bill was $600 next time I drove it the same problem persisted. I was not offered any other suggestions and I never declined any services. The suggestion below that I declined to pay for it is false. I will bring it in if he truly will make good on his offer.

My son had a clutch failure and I am on the west coast.After reading the reviews and doing some searches Gerry's came up as the best choice.They did not disappoint, Johnny walked me through the task and was thoughtful and very knowledgeable. The car is a 1992 525I BMW 5 speed and had had a mechanical failure of the clutch disk itself...The car was returned to my son successfully and has been great.I appreciated the communication during the repair including pictures text to me to show the components conditions..Very good use of the technology!Thanks to the crew at Gerry's we are back on the road!Cheers!Tom
