I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided by FTCI Auto Service, specifically concerning the recent repair work carried out on my mother's 2009 Volkswagen Jetta. My experience with your establishment has been nothing short of disappointing, marked by deceptive practices, questionable diagnostic procedures, and unresolved issues with the vehicle despite a substantial bill totaling $3,500.Upon initially contacting FTCI Auto Service in February 2024, we described the issue with the vehicle to Alex, one of the managers, indicating that the car failed to start after being parked at a shopping center. Despite our suggestion that the problem might be related to the starter or alternator, Alex hastily quoted an exorbitant price of $400 for the starter alone, coupled with $300 for labor. Subsequently, after expressing our concerns and seeking a more reasonable solution, Alex agreed to a lower price for the starter, yet remained evasive when pressed for a proper diagnosis of the issue.Following the installation of the new starter, we were stunned to receive a message asserting that the engine was seized and necessitated replacement, despite no prior indications of engine trouble. Despite our reservations, my mother, trusting in the expertise of FTCI Auto Service, reluctantly agreed to the engine replacement, which was sourced from a Volkswagen Beetle. However, upon retrieving the vehicle, it became apparent that multiple warning lights were illuminated, signaling unresolved issues with traction control, airbag, seat belt, power steering, among others.Moreover, the vehicle exhibited loss of power and engine shaking during operation, further highlighting the inadequacy of the purported repairs. Subsequent to the check engine light illuminating merely two days post-repair, we were advised by Alex to pay for a tune-up, a suggestion that is both incredulous and unacceptable given the recent substantial expenditure on an engine replacement.The subsequent discovery that the purportedly replaced battery was in fact substituted with a cheaper alternative from Walmart, in lieu of the originally installed Costco battery, only adds insult to injury. This blatant deception is indicative of the unprofessional conduct and lack of integrity demonstrated by FTCI Auto Service.In light of these egregious transgressions, I am compelled to caution prospective customers against entrusting their vehicles to FTCI Auto Service. The dishonesty exhibited by Alex, coupled with the persisting issues with the vehicle following an expensive repair, exemplifies the substandard service and lack of accountability prevalent within your establishment.Furthermore, the failure to conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment at the outset, as evidenced by the unwarranted engine replacement and subsequent unresolved issues, underscores the incompetence and negligence exhibited by FTCI Auto Service.In conclusion, I implore FTCI Auto Service to rectify the inadequacies in the service provided, and to exercise greater transparency and professionalism in all future dealings. It is my sincere hope that this letter serves as a cautionary tale to others contemplating utilizing the services of FTCI Auto Service.

This place is genuinely the only one I trust when it comes to getting oil changes, repairs, etc. I ve been coming to them for about a year and they ve never disappointed great staff, great service, and affordable prices. I highly recommend

If you're considering taking your car to this mechanic, think again. My experience was far from satisfactory, bordering on deceptive. Initially drawn in by the promise of competitive pricing and expert service, I quickly discovered that neither was the case. The diagnosis of the issue was not only delayed but also inaccurately inflated, suggesting repairs that were unnecessary. Even more frustrating was the final bill, which was significantly higher than the initial quote, filled with ambiguous charges and fees. The work done was subpar, leading to additional problems that were not present before the visit. Alex s Communication was another pain point; updates were scarce and vague, leaving me in the dark about the status of my car. This establishment's practices seem designed to exploit, not assist, leaving customers with lighter wallets and unresolved automotive issues. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your automotive repair needs.

So we paid over 700 dollars for them to put 3 new tires, oil change and alignment on my Silverado. Well these idiots forget to tighten the lug nuts on a tire. So as I'm driving down the road boom tire Flys off hitting another vehicle and disappeared into the oblivion. Now they don't want to take responsibility for their deadly negligence and I have to take legal action against the company. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and stay far away from this shop. They are so incompetent at a simple job and don't care about your safety or vehicle.STAY AWAY

Everyone in the Kissimmee area FTCI Tire & Repair Shop it s by Far the best shop in that whole area from the owner Alex and the staff all about customer service, honesty & mechanical skills to be and feel safe on the road after they are done with your vehicle, A month ago on June 2, I got there with brake issues & Tire issues, I need it new rotors & brake pads, & the two front tires they took care of my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport like if it was a new Ferrari and gave me all the discounts they could find, I explained to the owner that I was about to start traveling north across the country and need it my car to feel safe on the road so that I could make a 3,200 hundred miles road trip, while they were working on my vehicle, Alex himself went and checked all the fluids and found that my radiator was missing half of the coolant that need it, he took care of that right away, in the end, I successfully made it to where I was going on my road trip & will always be grateful to the staff & the owner of FTCI Tire & Repair Shop now I know that anytime that I go back home to Kissimmee, FL I can always count on FTCI and their staff to do any repairs on my vehicle, Thanks again FTCI

The shop took me in 1 hour before they were officially open on a Saturday for new tires and an oil change. They had my tires in stock, gave me a better price than I was quoted at a national discount tire chain and we re able to do an oil change on top of that! In and out in a little over an hour. Will definitely return for my next service.

Great service. This is the kind of mechanic place I love to take my car. You get a quote without pressure and no obligations. They give you a great price for their service. I Have my car running in a few hours. I Will come back for sure. It was a great experience and a friendly environment.

Always great service. Moh always take of his new and return customer. And the place smell great compare to old auto service place that I used to go to. To waist your time going to those others who would take advantage of a woman trying to do service in her car. Keep the good work FTCI you have a customer for life.

First and last time go to this place. I took my car to an alignment, when they finished by magic my windshield was broken. They told me that I brake it not them. I just want to give you an advice, do not go there!!!

They did a nice job on my car. I had problems with my wheels making noises. Even though, the price was high at he end of the service, but they changed about 4 parts of my wheels.

Service is great. These guys know how to handle a car.I have a 21-year old RAV4 and their technicians seem to know everything that is there to know. i know a thing or two about cars, and especially my car and they offer honest help regarding preventive maintenance

Had leaks on my 01 civic. Fantastic staff, was helped by Moe and nick. They repaired the leak, no need to return. I highly recommend them for any repairs you may need.

I had a nail in my tire that wouldn't be fixed. Staff at FTCI were pleasant and efficient and took care of me immediately. i would definitely return there for all auto needs

I'm very happy that I went there for my brakes, the price advertised was exactly what they charged without upselling anything! Fast and efficient, Nick mechanic came out to explain, great experience, I recommend to all!

Be careful when doing your oil changes in this place. One of the mechanics named Alexis is Rude, violent and agressive! Please think about it going into this place and talk to this gentleman, We are never going back to this place! Owner even doesnt care when we talked about employee behavior

Horrible wait time. Customer service at this location was absolutely atrocious. I felt more than disrespected, i was degraded. They treat you like less than human and have no concept of the value of your time.Do yourself a favor and do not ever visit this location.
