I would never consider going anywhere else. Their work is great but they re as honest as it gets which is tough to find with a mechanic. Their addition of Jose the Manager was an outstanding move. Whether you re driving a high end car or car that s past it s prime, Jose appreciates your business.

This place is awesome, every time I called to get in for a problem with van, they took us in same day! From nail in tire to changing brakes! They are busy too and they still helped us out and did a great job. Fair prices which is a plus! Thank you, we will be back for all our cars needs.

Very friendly environment, honest people. They don't overcharge you at all. I went to check a message I got on my dashboard and they didn't charge me to check it. They were honest in letting me know what was the issue. I will definitely recommend EJV TIRES to anyone ..God bless you all and keep up the good work .

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Went j for a tire guy says hold on be right back goes on the other side of the window and lights a cigarette and starts talking to some other guy some dude with a beard and chain with a New York fitted hat and kept looking back at me in the shop like I was going to go away finally one of the mechanics came and asked please if you going to work a job that is customer service work on that and if you can t provide good service please go get another job so many other jobs out there. THANK YOU

I went to do maintenance and to change the breaks of my car. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing I found was that I needed to do my oil change in one station and the breaks in the other so I have to wait in two lines but even then it wasn t unreasonable

I came into their shop I waited over an hour for the tire. My car was not with me, I literally only brought the tire that needed to be replaced. Not only did it take over an hour when I went to ask to gentleman that were sitting down in the corner having a conversation for help, they made a face then ask am I talking to them. They proceeded to tell me they were too busy to help me. My brother-in-law who is Spanish was with me in his truck proceeded to ask them for air in his tire, which they were more than accommodating to do this for him. But too busy to find out where my tire was. I went inside and spoke to the owner and told him what happened. I received was a weak apology. The original owner would ve never allowed his employees to behave this way. I ve been going to the shop for 22 years, how times have changed and now my tire shop will too!!

Been here 3 times this last time, I just left and went to another shop, was looking to mount tires. The 2 guys in the shop walked by and ignored me and another 2 potential clients for about 10 minutes, unreal.

Please Read..... Nissan Armada.....I had 4 tires plus all 4 rotors and pads that should have been installed 2 months ago but I waited until the last minute and need help bad, after calling 4+5 places I called EJV Tires and they told me to come in right away, long story short, the brake parts I had weren't the ones I needed and they new I was in a jam, I had to buy all new parts from them plus new calipers that I didn't have, I was concerned because usually when you're stuck the pencil whipping begins, Not there, these guys were awesome! I've been selling cars and dealing with mechanics for over 20 years and these guys were the best I've ever dealt with and honest as could be. Do yourself a favor and go see them, They no doubt made money because that's what business is about but the final price was incredible!!! The work they did would have been 500-600 anywhere, especially when your car is on the lift and the work had to be done because it would have never have made it another 10ft, they could have been like most but they were the complete opposite and just simply the best shop I've ever used in my life! Just the best...Thanks again guys!

VERY DISSATISFIED!This was probably my 3rd time using this service. Every past time I've been skeptical due to their high prices for simple services. They do decent work. However, the last time will be the LAST TIME. I was told a price when I dropped off my vehicle only to be charged $60.00 MORE when I picked up my car. Did they seem to care? Nope.Then , only two days later I find out they did the same thing to my roommate. DO NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Brought my vehicle to get a full inspection of a car that we just bought for our son. And i wanted to make sure the car was in good (safe) condition for him to drive. I was told the car was in good condition but it required a new serpentine belt and possibly a new right side axel which didn t have to be done immediately. I chose to get it all done.A day later the car is making a loud screeching noise which is coming from the belts that it didn t have before. Car is also I d like at very low rpms where it nearly stalls When car is at a stop.I took it back to get looked at and i see that they have been very busy, but i have seen few unhappy customers customer had an oil change done drove away and had to return because the front of the car was smoking mechanic forgot to put in the oil cap and the oil sprayed all over her front end anothe lady brought here car infor front end noise they told her it was her axel. After they replaced the axel she drove away and the car was making the same noise. She brings it back to find out it was her ball joints a job that cost much less than the axel repair.The more I wait the more i see unhappy customers as myself i have been waiting over an hour to just have a mechanic look at why my car is making that screeching noise after the belts were already changed.

Me and my wife came in to fix an oil leak that the place that we originally had it done refused to fix and they did an excellent job fixing it. They also cleaned off our headlights as well. We will definitely be going back again

I had a flat tire, they replaced it with a used tire for cheap. Few days later I happened to run over a screw which took out the same tire. Firestone said they wouldn't fix the tire but EJV fixed it in a few minutes and put me back on the road. Very thankful. Nice people, good service.

Took my car for an oil change weeks later the light was on again. My car stop working and have to take it to another mechanic. This place never replace the oil and now the motor is damage. Now my car its worthless and can't even fix it cause the damage it really expensive. How can you do that to any customer????

I've been here twice both times I've called before to see if they have the tire size they say they do have them and they dont have them... today I got there for 2 trailer tires and they service 2 customers before me that i saw they got there after me.....either they are too busy and forget the order or friends come first...wont give a third chance.

We have been having our cars fixed with Elston since 1996. They are reasonably priced and thorough. When others want to rip you off, Elston steps in to save you money not quality!

After experiencing such poor, dishonest service at Goodyear on Buenaventura and Osceola Parkway, my husband took my vehicle to EVJ who was able to fix my tire within minutes when I was told I needed all new tires in the morning. Will bring my vehicle needs here from now on. Thank you!

This shop was recommended by a family friend. I was skeptical at first I admit. They are out of the way and I had never heard of them before. I had lots of questions since getting a scary inspection at Firestone prior to comming. Firestone estimated around 1500 dollars for a break job with rotors and a weel hub assembly.as it turned out, EJ was able to resurface the rotors and find pads (which was not eazy), the hub was unnecessary. I ended up paying 123.00 and my car works great!!!! KUDOS!!it's nice to know there is a shop near by that you can trust to do it right and not overcharge. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!Thanks so much!!!

The workers took forever, they showed favoritism toward the Hispanics, I m never going back there definitely the worst experience. I don t recommend the place to anyone.

I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. They are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with when it come to automotive repair. And I was only there all of 15 mins. They were trying to rip me off knowing that I was on the road, so I closed my hood and left.

Worse place ever near Kissimmee FL.They charge a lot,and really slow service.I found out that ,the parts they charged me 3 times more than the regular price from Local Auto Parts places.Never again.Don't waste your time and money.
