Got a tire leak found, and they put in a plug and said it was just as good and would last the life of the tire.... I wanted them to do a patch plug, but the damage was already done. Now, 5 months later, their plug failed, resulting in having to buy a new tire...

The owner is a great guy. I have known him and done buisness with him for over 30 years. Have never had a problem of any kind with the service or the repaired vehicle. If a problem ever did occur he was happy to correct the problem. Great Guy and he really takes pride in his work

Just horrible.... Their primary business is renting u-hauls... NOT tires or car service... After waiting for a half hour, because they're too busy renting U-Hauls and not trying to fix people's tires....just for the manager or owner or whoever he is to ask what I needed, he then said he didn't want to fix my tire. He didn't say why, he just said he didn't want to do it. If you need your tires fixed or replaced I recommend you go elsewhere. Amigos Tires on 192 took care of me in less than 30 minutes and they care about their customers.

Willing shown you issue and give options. Fair and upfront pricing. They will tell you the cost and that is what it will be. Worked on issue right away didn t have wait or make appointment.

Manny is very nice, but the rest of the crew had no customer service , made you feel like you were bothering them with your questions. Terrible feeling. Will not return.

I went for the uhaul. Horrible experience. The uhaul was not ready at promised time. He has numerous uhaul trucks all crammed together and than has a attitude about moving truck after promised time. This place is shady. Go to a reputable place. Avoid at all costs.

Called for appointment was told to busy to help. Manager was extremely rude and condescending will not use ever.

The owner Manny is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Took time to explain what was wrong with the car and what options I had. I will recommend this place if he is the one working on your vehicle.

They are super friendly, get the job done and don't seem to overprice. You can also rent a uhaul from them if needed which it's in a good center area of Kissimmee.

Stay away from this place. Worst tire shop I ve ever seen. Told me one price, when I got there to pick up my tires he doubled the price. On top of that, he damaged my wheels in the process and said that s part of the installation.

I just called and asked if they can install a set of tires that I bought online. He asked what size tires. I said 19". He said, "No, I can't do it. Okay, goodbye." And that was it. No explanation of why a tire shop can't install 19" tires. Very strange.
