I painted my car with them and they broke my windshield. When I picked it up, I couldn't see the crack. However, as I was driving home, the crack was getting bigger and bigger.When I got back to the store like 15 minutes later, the manager Victor was super rude and yelled at me and told me that I was crazy. I called corporate office to see if they could do anything and they never cared about my problem.There is a reason they only take cash or cashier's check. They are so shady, and work so bad on cars, that they don't want people to do chargebacks.Never take your car here.

I brought in my f150 and I have to say that they delivered on the promise. There was a tiny blemish that the manager had to show me when I picked up the truck. I could barely notice it. He said come back in two weeks and they will fix. Good enough for me! I'm taking my wife and my moms car there too. The staff is awesome too and look like they enjoy there job.overall good experience.

Over all the paint looks good just some minor imperfections with some chipped paint or some spots that could have been stripped more before painting over old paint. I ll definitely probably be coming back for the warranty before the years done. To fix the chipped paint on the mirrors and the peeling paint on the bumper. Only thing I would say that I didn t like the most was waiting a week to get the car back. And waiting in the office for over 20 mins to get someone to come to the front. But it s not always like that. My paint was only $366 with no clear coat And original paint with one year warranty. It s been 2 months now and the truck started bubbling

The worst paint job and costumer service I've ever experienced in life! I paid $800 to paint my car and the ugly paint they did in my car started peeling after only 6 month in several spots. When I took it back to the shop. The manager refused to fix it even that it still under warranty.. (which is one year)He told me that I have to pay another $200 to fix it again!!! Stay away from this place. They are going to miss your car up.

If you re on a budget but want honest, reliably people to paint your car this is the place. They tell you how it is when you show up and work with you and your car. I trusted them with my M3, came out good for the price you re paying. Can t believe I never heard of them before, try it out.

They are getting 2 stars because of price only it was really affordable but below you will know why where do I begin the lack of attention to detail is astounding. There was overspray all over the cars trim. Before having a customer come in to pick up the vehicle the least they could have done was clean up the overspray all over the trim. This had to be the worst tape job ever. I can t believe they were not embarrassed to hand over the car in this condition. I have zero expectations that this paint job will last based on the customer service and lack of attention to detail. The sanding is also very minimal so minimal that glue from an emblem that we removed still showed through the paint they didn t bother to sand it off so I m pretty sure they didn t fully sand the entire car and only did a few areas very lightly. I can also see some areas where the original chipping paint was not sanded fully and was just sprayed over. There is also some specs of dirt or lint on the door that was not originally there that was just painted over I'm guessing debris from their shop. Anyhow when I brought up the overspray concern when I picked up the car the man in the office said it was just spray dust and it would wash off to not worry and dismissed my concerns. I am non confrontational so I paid, took my car and left. The photos don t lie see the over spray for yourself so be warned that you might get paint in places you didn t want painted including my windshield fluid spray nozzles that are now clogged with paint. Just offering my honest review for anyone who might be thinking of going here. Take the pros and cons and decide if it s worth it.

New administration. A friend recommended Econo & my inlaw took his car there. met Kevin who was very helpful and delivered as promised. All prices are posted on the wall so you know everything before hand. Very good job for Econo pricing. You can see finished cars parked outside ready to go so you can see for yourself before leaving your car in case you have any doubt but i tell you my inlaw's car came out as Kevin promised.

everything went well until 2 days turned into a month of waiting due to not properly painting The car 4 times . It is still not painted properly I came to pick up my car due to needing my vehicle ,I need to work I will be bringing it back to be painted once again under warranty I m praying it gets done properly this time

I've had my car down there and the painter at the time with Sam he I think he was a sander and the detailer 2 it is an awesome job he deserves a raise

Quick affordable paint jobs. Nothing fancy or wow but does the job only complain is that it's my second vehicle and they both have had dead batteries afterwards so add that to the expense.

I'm very happy with the outcome of the paint job honestly came out better then I imagine for the price I paid they offered me a good deal that I couldnt resist and they did an amazing job I deff recommend to anyone who's needing a good quick paint job and need a trustworthy place to go too will deff return in the future with any car I get!!

AWFUL! This guy named Victor,the manager, is the worst person there. I went to take my car for a paint and noticed the paint wasn t done right and the way he treats his employees infront of customers is disgusting!! He treats them like slaves!!! He only cares about his own money and not your paint, save yourself time and don t come here!!!!

Took my corolla to get a full paintjob and noticed I had money stolen from inside my car when I got it back. Manager said he didn t see anything on the cameras which is obvious because who would steal in front of the cameras. Paintjob was poorly prepped and swirl marks were permanently left on my passenger window for some reason. You get what you pay for I guess

Our old 2005 Town & Country was looking rough. It s a 15 year old vehicle with 150,000 miles on it so I didn t want to spend a lot on a paint job. I decided to ignore the star rating of Econo in Kissimmee and go by for an estimate. I met Kelvin, the shop manager and he was super friendly and professional. I told him that I didn t need showroom quality, I just wanted cheap to make the van look decent again. His reply, How about I give you near showroom quality and cheap? That sounded good to me! He gave me the estimate and I was shocked. How can they do a paint job for so little? So, I asked how long they would need the van for. He said leave it with me now and I ll have it ready tomorrow morning. Again, I was shocked! He even offered for one of his guys to give me a ride home. Honestly, I don t understand the reviews complaining about customer service. That all happened yesterday and was my first impression of the company. Kelvin called me last night to let me know the van was done and would be ready for pickup at 10am today. We just got home from picking up the van and the first thing I wanted to do was share my experience. The van looks beautiful and we couldn t be happier! Is the paint job perfect? No, but I can honestly say that Kelvin delivered EXACTLY what he promised. Near showroom quality for an unbelievable price. Econo Painting & Body Works, you have earned a customer for life. Already plan to bring my 2001 PT Cruiser in for some beautification. Thank you, thank you for your honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

I am super happy with my new paint job. For the low price you get an awesome job done to your vehicle. Kevin the manager gave me a great price. Nate the painter did an Amazing job. Whoever did the body work on my car did an amazing job! More than amazing. I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend to others. You can t beat it for the price.

I wish I had a before picture for my car. I have a 2016 kia optima and let me tell you. For a 2016 you would think it would be brand new. No paint chip,no scratches,dents. Nothing. I've had my car for almost two years and I've had enough. I looked up paint jobs in Florida and I didn't find ONE place that would help me. When I finally found one I went to this one place and they were going to charge me over $350 for just my trunk! I needed my whole car done. I was about to give up then I found Econo Paint and I had no idea about this place besides the reviews so I went for it. I took a chance. Being a single mother I needed someone I can trust with my car and being on a budget. And they different didn't! I'm so thankful for finding this place. You guys did such an amazing job on my car. I almost cried! I didn't recognize it at all. I want to thank you all and especially for Kevin because he was the main one for going through everything for me. What would be the best and not for me. You guys gave me my car back..the car I should of had in the beginning! And so affordable. Thank you guys again!

To be honest, I was a little hesitant to bring my car here for a paint job due to the previous reviews. But I decided to make my own decision about the company and I was far from disappointed. I dropped my car off on Monday to get the entire car painted and it was ready the next day. Some may think that they finished very fast but everything was perfect. I had paint chipping on the front and scratches everywhere and now my car looks brand new. They even gave me a discounted price for their best package. Hopefully this review will change your mind about this shop. Very informative and went beyond my expectations..Bring your cars here! You'll be satisfied!! Guaranteed!

If I could give them NO stars I could. I took my truck there to get painted and should have known the price was to good to be true! I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday at 8am and came back on Friday at 4pm to pick it up only to find issues with the paint job. They also never told me the price didn t include clear coat. I asked them to fix the issues which would then leave me without a truck until Tuesday of following week. Get a call Tuesday that a piece of tape fell off and messed up the clear coat that I added since they had to fix the blemish in the tailgate. So now I am being told my truck won t be ready till Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and still not ready. I finally get the okay to pick up on Thursday (over a week later) and the paint job is worse than before and even worse than when I first left it. There is dirt imbedded in the clear coat, paint already chipping, they broke my hood bug guard and didn t even tell me but found broken pieces in my backseat, left a nasty used hose in the bed of my truck, didn t even remove all the masking tape and paper, had paint on my door panels and dash, and looked like my hood and truck had tiny dents all over. At this point I want my money back which I am still fighting as I refuse to leave my truck again so they can mess it up some more. DON T GO THERE EVER!

Wow these guys were amazing! So I came in and was greeted by Kelvin who was super professional on explaining the procedures and what I would be expecting when I came to pick up my car. (Which was beautiful!) The assistant manager Patrick was also present upon my arrival and he answered all of my questions and made me feel like my car was really gonna be taken care of. They got is done for me in no time and that was presently surprising and it came out absolutely amazing . I will definitely be back and will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family!!! Upon requesting service from this company, I was able to get a better quote in general versus the quote I brought to them. My request was to change the color of my Range Rover from a Champagne Gold to a two-tone Silver and Black. The manager advised me of the best approach with their services as well. In addition, once the original work was completed, I noticed areas that needed further attention and they immediately set a date to address the concerns in a timely fashion. To start off with, the manager Kelvin was very knowledgeable on the products and procedures. They did an amazing job getting the peeling paint off the bad areas, I can't even tell it was damaged, and the turn around time was impressive. The paint job came out amazing. Couldn't ask for better quality, I recommend bringing any type of car there, I will definitely be back in the future.

I had a couple of cars painted here,the person who took care of me, was Victor and he was extremely professional and I couldn't believe how fast the project took. I was thinking like a week and a half, but he assured me saying about 4-5 days and on the 4th day I had gotten a phone call to pick the car up the next day. I recommend anyone and everyone in the kissimmee area that the next time they need a car painted, this is by far the best place to get the job done, I had a few bumps and I didn't even recognize my own car bc the bumps were gone, one of my cars is a 2004 Corolla and when I looked at it I couldn't believe that it was my car, it looked brand new car and I'm glad I got the high gloss on it, Victor was 100% right to do the clear top coat. It looked newer than the cars I saw on the road lol

Brought my car in to get painted about two years ago, at the time it had a paint drip on the front of the car but I thought nothing of it. Present day, paint has been flaking off the car, took it to a different auto paint shop and they said that the original paint wasn't sanded down and the new paint wasn't even polished. Got warranty on it but it's basically useless as it is on a prorated basis over three years.

My husband called to get information on how to proceed with a paint job on our car. He was told they closed at 12pm on Saturday and that he just needed to come in for a quote. We'll we did just that got there in 2 cars with our little ones before 12pm at exactly 1140am to get a quote and willing to leave the car. And the guy was rude and said they closed at 1130am. This was a rushed morning and a waste of a trip. Would not recommend this place. They obviously did not want our business. It gave us another chance to look over at their bad reviews and now we are thankful we didn't get our car painted here. Avoid

Terrible service. Had the top of the car painted black due to sun damage. Paint started flaking off and peeling just 5 months after being painted. I tried to get them to repair it however they stated there's no warranty and that the result would be the same no matter which company paintd it. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I brought my car into Econo for an estimate, which I was a little skeptical about in the beginning, but after making it threw the door the assistant manager Patrick greeted me and started the estimate process. He made sure I understood what to except, also showed me cars from the day before which looked really good. Before I knew it I had faith in Patrick and his team to bring my car back to life. It only took 2 days before I got a phone call saying my car was ready to be picked up, when I was picking the car up I had a couple of questions about it and the assistant Patrick came up front to help me understand, he was very nice and professional overall my experience was great and would def recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

I've had 4 cars done here with absolutely no problems. Then this new guy comes in with a terrible attitude and he acts like he's doing all his customers a favor. About 2-3 months after I got a paint job from them that had inferior quality compared to the others the paint on the hood starts to peel. I go to the guy with the terrible attitude and at this point he's all hesitant but agrees to fix and gives me a date for 3-4 months and says he can't do it any earlier. In the meantime the paint starts peeling even more and rust starts to form. I come back on the date to fix it and this guy tells me he can't fix it because rust isn't covered under warranty. Told him the rust started forming after the fact the paint started peeling and he tells me straight up that I'm lying. He then walks away rudely without even saying anything. My question is why would you give me an appointment to fix your terrible paint job and when the day comes refuse to fix it?
