Everyone at Don's Complete Auto Service has been beyond helpful, and I really appreciate their honesty. I have resided in Florida for nearly half a decade now, and this is the first mechanic that I have truly felt comfortable with. I will certainly be returning here the next time I need anything done on my car!

Woody and Neil were excellent. I am in Florida for a few months to escape the cold and didn t my car have problems! They found and repaired the problem that day and at a very fair price. They also found a nail in one of my tires and explained that I might have paid for road-trip tire insurance which I had done so I was also able to get that repaired as well! Thanks for the excellent service!

We were vacationing in Florida from Canada. We looked at the reviews and AAA approved garages and we chose Don's Complete Auto Service. Woody was on the service desk. Neal completed the repairs and we were on our way. They made sure our repairs were completed on time and for a good price. You can trust them for your car repairs.

I've been using Don's Complete Auto Service for a 2011 BMW and a 2015 Acura for at least 5 years. I have been extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the professionalism displayed. Neil is fantastic to deal with and responds to each issue with a determination to get the right fix at an excellent price. I certainly recommend Don's Complete Auto Service!

I was very pleased with the professional staff and quality of services. During an inspection and diagnostics they discovered defective wiring of the a/c blower. It was late in the day, so they ordered parts and called me in the next morning. An amazing shop. Very nice experienced mechanics from door to door. An extremely knowledgeable staff coupled with a wonderful network for parts. This is one of the gems in Kissimmee where you'll be taken care of at every aspect of the ever prevalent automotive adventure. Done right the first time. Go See Neal & Devon.

Our family drove down from Toronto Ontario in September and one of our cars started to smoke and overheat as we pulled into our resort. Don s shop was recommended by CAA/AAA, it was towed there.Neal was more than helpful and accommodating to get our car fixed within a day, to get us on the way home, since we had limited time to stay.I would recommend this shop to anyone! I just wish they were closer to me!Thanks again Neal!

We've been going to Don's Complete auto care for at least 35 years. Neil and his crew are the BEST!! Honest and trustworthy. We wouldn't go anywhere else with any of our vehicles.

We travel full-time in our custom built van RV and do gig economy jobs with our Ford C-max hybrid. Neil and his team have taken care of us for about 8 years so far. We will drive hours back to them just to make sure our vehicles are taken care of right. They always give us a fair price too. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars.

We drove down from Michigan and on the way down the car started vibrating horribly. We were absolutely terrified to drive it while we've been in Orlando for the last couple of days so we started looking for a shop to take it in to. We found Don's and took it in. They had a look at it let us know exactly what the issue was which are the tires. Didn't charge us a penny and when I tried to atleast give them a tip they refused! Some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Thank you so much for being so kind and putting me at ease with knowing there is nothing bent, broken or loose on the car!

Outstanding service from this auto repair shop!! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, kind and professional. Not only that but the prices were great and they provided me with the high quality repair service I was looking for on my 2019 Corolla. I highly recommend this shop!! Even if it s a bit of a drive, it s 100% worth it. Big shoutout to Kevin at the front who was extremely pleasant and attentive and of course to Neal for clearly caring very much about his client s experience. Thank you guys!

I took my 2005 GMC conversion van to Don's Complete Auto Service for A/C service or repair and an oil change. The staff from Kevin (service advisor) to Master Technician Neal was the best I've ever encountered at an auto repair shop. Neal has over 30 years at this shop and was very informative about my repairs and offered me good solutions that wouldn't break the bank. The savings allowed me to address some other issues that I took advantage of while my van was there.The shop was clean, and professional with all work done was timely and great. I talked to some of the customers that were there and they had nothing but high praise with one telling me they had been using them for more than 10 years. I've been looking for a non-dealership service place that I could trust with highly skilled techs and very reasonable prices for over 35 years. I'm certain my search has been found. I will be returning for any future service or repair. Wish I had found this shop sooner.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Don's was able to take my truck in on short notice and when I needed get it fixed quick. They found the problem (gear shift cable bushing) and I was able to get the truck fixed at a fair price. Good communications and kept me updated on what was going on.

We were in FL for a visit during the holidays. Our SUV went down... Between AAA and Don's Auto Service were top notch. They knew we had to return back home and made everything possible to get us back on the road. Highly recommended if you have issues while visiting Kissimmee FL area.

We are on vacation . Heard a noise comming from left back tire. Made appointment day before heading back to Michigan. Got me in 8 a.m. diagnosed as a rotary something or other. Had to go get a special tool to remove the thing. They were sooo nice to me. Offered a drive into old Town. Very nice town so greatful , as two women traveling with their daughters. They made us feel we were able to get home safely!! Thank you to all the gentlemen working at dons today!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Let me start by saying this should have happened a long time ago. I had searched for a good mechanic for my 2009 Lexus RX350. But was afraid to drive out so far so I hesitated each time. My car finally had had enough with poor mechanics and lousy work. So I took the risk and drove out to Don s. Best decision I have ever made. From the beginning when I called asking for information Kevin was super friendly and customer service was 100 percent. I showed up the same day and was greeted by Neal. He was the one who worked on my car. After checking the vehicle thoroughly Neal took the time to explain what he found and what was needed. I have never talked to a mechanic for more than two minutes without being dismissed. Neal was awesome. He explained to me in great detail and probed to see what work I had done in the past. All my issues were resolved in a timely manner and my car is running like new. For all of you with that 2009 Lexus RX350 check engine issue please please please call Don s. You won t regret it. Two thumbs up for customer service and communication. Will definitely be going back.Neal, I owe you big time man. You don t realize how much this has been a burden for me and my family. I would highly recommend Don's Auto, they provide quality, professional work! We are from Illinois and are renting a condo in Kissimmee and started having trouble with our Buick Enclave, not sure where to take it, so I looked on the AAA website for a approved auto repair shop and founds Don's Auto was rated great. They couldn't of been nicer, gave us an estimite, showed us a video of what was wrong ( fuel/emission sensor) and it was done that day! Previously I used Don's Auto when three other repair shops could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Don's Auto found the problem, fixed it promptly and charged a reasonable amount. This time I had a simple tire repair but they told me to come in immediately and worked me in. Our family has been bringing all our cars to Dons Complete Auto Service for years. We have always gotten great service and have never been disappointed. This last time, I was so pleased to see that the employees were following CDC guidelines due to this Covid-19 pandemic and was especially impressed with the complimentary professional sanitizing of my car when I picked it up @ No charge! What a nice surprise! And my car smells so good now! Thank you to all the great guys at Don s shop for always going the extra mile for our cars!

This is a top notch organization run by Neal and Kevin. I broke down in Kisimmee and they rushed to get me bac up and running.I was nervous about who to go to as i was a visitor. Have no worries using them. They are very ethical AND guarantee all their work for 2 years!

I had a severe problem with the AC in my van while we were halfway through our vacation. I checked the reviews on many auto care places and felt that Don's reviews were the best. I contacted Don's Auto Repair shop and they immediately offered to check the van out and were able to repair my Ac the next day. Don's employees were very helpful, especially, Neil who explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable estimate. I highly recommend them as I believe they are not only honest but offer excellent work at a reasonable price. Thank you Don and staff for your work in putting me and my wife back on the the road with cool air.

I m not originally from Florida, so when I moved down here and started having car troubles I knew I needed to find a place. I looked up places online and saw Dons complete auto service had great reviews! They do not disappoint! Neil has always taken great care of me! He s very honest and explains everything that needs to be done! Reminds me of my father!!! Harry is a hard worker, and I was able to get my front and back brakes fixed within a few hours!!! After Harry finished he walked me through and told me what work was done to my car! Devons always on the move and making sure each customer is taken care of! I always feel welcomed and taken care of when I come to Dons! This is the only place I will go to for auto service!!!! I love the energetic attitudes in this place!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!! It doesn t go unnoticed!!!! Stay safe

Our 18 yr old Taurus broke down and had it Towed to Dons. Within the hour Neal phoned and said it needed a new starter motor , with the fitted price, gave the go ahead and it was ready within a couple of hours. As it was there asked for a diagnostic which revealed quite a few engine faults. They repaired them and it was ready within 24 hours, great service, now runs like a dream and everything guaranteed. Wound up broke down from Maryland.
