Went in there today the mechanics were fast and efficient with changing my spark plug they really helped us out with making it affordable and quick. I really appreciate all they did for me and my husband especially during the holiday season. Thank you!! I think we found our new mechanic!

I have been going here for years. One of the rare honest mechanics left in the world! He is always fare and gets the job done! I would recommend highly! I do not understand other reviews. Over the past 12 years he has been professional, courteous, gets everything done with a warranty on his work. I personally do not care what the shop looks like. His work speaks for itself. 100 percent!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Engine repair, Oil change

After reading all the positive reviews decided to try them and was not disappointed. Our car had a weird noise when starting it cold. They checked it and determined the lifters make the noise until the car warms up and the oil lubricates the lifters. I told the the ac needed freon. I had taken it to tires plus previously for the same reason and they wanted to replace the compressor. The mechanic at car care found the leak right away and there was nothing wrong with the compressor. It was a more simple fix which they took care of right away. Everything was done in less than a couple of hours. I highly recommend this place.

The absolute best in car care. These guys are awesome. They fixed both my corvettes, my wife's tracker and the kids 328i. They apparently fix foreign and domestic. Great work.

Jose and his team are top trained mechanics. Not only is Jose a great technician who i have known for 17 years since i lived in Poinciana, but he also have great people communication skills. I highly recommend him for any auto repair.

Where to start. .so helpful and kind. When husband was ill jose would always treat him so great. Will forever appreciate that..Whenever faced with mechanical trouble i can go in to a tail spin. !Know nothing about repairs. .why i get so nervous is nuts. Who is there to help me. Of course. Car care! And always at a super better than fair price.

I went there in June to have my starter done ever since it was done and I made a metal scraping sound between work and doctors I haven't had the time to get back once I did get it back 6 months later they didn't bother to visually check the starter and just said they started the car it's in the flywheel so I left got stuck car wouldn't get start again had it towed to my son's school for the weekend until we can get someone over to look at it turned out it was the starter so while it's at my son School the catalytic converter got stolen Super Starter originally put in by Car Care what's bad and they didn't bother to do it even though it was under warranty and then I'm not doing it caused d catalytic converter be stolen because it wouldn't have been left there if they would have done the starter like I asked him to do it a second timeService: Engine repair

Never ever do your car work here! They put in cheap parts and the work is done wrong. Had to go to M&M auto Repair on OBT to get all the repairs redone the right way. Many folks around Poinciana also mentioned never to take your car there and now I know why. #NotReliable

I only went here for something minor my timing belt slipped off and they put it back on for 20 bucks which was cool and they did it on the spot was outta there in less than an hour so no complaints on that. I have yet to go there for any real car issues but they seem fair

Terrible customer service. Sold me two defective tires and did not want to replace and wanted to charge extra to remount. I will never go to this place again I would not recommend it to any one.

Had the car there for 8 hrs. They never even looked at it. I had to go pick it up cause they can't keep it overnight. Owner left without calling me he left it to an employee to call me 1 hr before they closed
