Caliber Collision did a very high quality job of replacing the front bumper on my 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. They kept me informed of the status frequently throughout the repair process. They completed the job one day before they had originally promised. On the pick up day, as I was driving home, they called me to bring the vehicle back to them because they wanted to verify the radiator supports they installed were safe and secure. I appreciated the fact that they noticed this action had not been marked as completed on their inspection sheet and for my safety wanted to make sure I minimized driving the vehicle before they re-inspected it. In the end everything was in fact secured. For peace of mind the trip back to the shop was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for auto body repairs. Top notch!

I have received a survey asking me how my service was and if I was happy with my service. I still don t have my vehicle back after over 3 months so I m not sure why I m receiving a survey how my service was. The last update I got was that my car was taken to the dealership because of something they did at Caliber because all of the sudden the car would not turnover even though there was power. I drove the car in after my accident so at some point in time they did something to mess it up. I have not received updates and have reached out multiple times with no response. I have asked to speak to a manager and have not been contacted. Very concerned at this point as to where my vehicle even is and if it truly is at the dealership. I was told my car would be done in August.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. Their service was highly effective, and they kept me well-informed throughout the repair process. So today I picked up my car at caliber collision. My car was brought there for repairs after having a car accident on February 21, 2022. For forty five days I waited for my car repairs to be done today, I picked up my vehicle. I was pleased with the final outcome of restoring my car, back to looking new...if not better than before. The technician name Manny, was always soft spoken and respectful explaining along the way, work and part needed for my car. For me, it's been quite a while since my last car accident so I really didn't know what to expect, in the "wait time" ...and because of the COVID situation, many parts needed for my car had some delay. However, Manny would keep up with progress till the end. Great job done

Horrible place. Horrible greeters. Representative on the phone lies to you to make an appointment and when you get there they switch the story up leading to you wasting your time.

Esteban was an amazing service advisor! My guys was always available and he was very helpful in the whole process of getting my car done. He definitely put that extra mile for his clients. A was lightly rear-ended, but enough damage was done to need the rear bumper replaced. Caliber Collision got my car in the shop and repaired within 48 hours of the time I dropped it off, which I think is a solid time of completion considering the spectacular job they did on the car. I feel like my car was handled with care, and all of the staff were friendly and informative and made me feel like I was in good hands.Hope you never have an accident, but if you do, I recommend this place!

This is the kind of work that they do (see the photos attached). Manager refused to take responsibility. All I have to say is that General Manager DALTON GILBER!!! WOW Went above and beyond to help me through the process of getting my car back to New ( a guaranty job) from a previous job of the Caliber on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee ( a total disaster) Dalton went above and beyond. I will definitely do business again with this branch!!

Gave them another shot 9 years after the last horrible experience with them simply because they re a member of AllState s good hands network . Communication is usually done by a vague text message, and usually to inform you of delays. Expect delays, lots of them, and as vague as possible. This car was with them for over 2 months after weekly delays. So the day finally comes to pick up the car and I get an actual call that the car is not running right, that it is some sort of limp mode but showing no codes. Keep in mind that I brought them a running driving car that was barely 3 months old. So I stopped by to find out what was going on and I check the car out myself. Whenever you put it into gear the engine just about jumps out through the hood. And they ve had the car for 2 months, put 25 miles on it, and didn t notice that until the day I was supposed to pick it up? So the following Monday I pick the car up, covered in so much pollen it s really hard to see the defects. And defects there were. There are at least 4 pinholes just in one area. The roof has primer overspray, and the passenger side front door opening has tape residue all over the top of it. And the initial damage? Yeah, they left some of that thinking no one was going to see it when it only would have taken a just a few more minutes to fix it the right way.

Poor communication. Issues receiving my rental car (your systems made a reservation at the wrong Enterprise location.. waited over an hour and a half til I had my car... not a priority for anyone). I had to call daily for an update, you guys said it would be ready in 2 days but never told me that it would not be ready in time. I was told to pickup at 4:30, but it wasn't ready until 5pm. So I had to wait (again). I received my car back.. and noticed there are areas of the bumper that are not silver, not sure if it wasn't painted right or if it chipped. Not happy and would not recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I m not sure why this place doesn t have five stars. The customer service was amazing. They keep you informed and keep in contact, my car looks like nothing had even happened to it (car crash) when they finished it. Highly recommend ! Anthony was great.

The 2 week job took 4 weeks and the car was assembled incorrectly. Had to take it back and they estimated two day, but it took them 20 days. After looking at it, the paint doesn t even match. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I would not use this shop again, my car was sent here because its one of the shops my insurance company uses. After them having my car for a month, I received a text saying it was ready for pickup after 2pm. I arrived around 4:30pm and was absolutely blown away at how bad the work is, it looks like a 3yr old child did the welding and then They had the audacity to go ahead and paint over it as if it looked fine like that. My trunk is not lined up, there's either scratches or as the guy said compound on my trunk, the quarter panel almost looks transparent but he said it's the wax but yet the car is very dirty, I'm worried that it wasn't painted enough and that's why it looks like that. Needless to say I left without my car after driving 45 minutes to pick it up. This car is a 2022 with less than 20,000 miles on it and I fear my car is ruined forever by their poor work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

The staff at the Kissimmee location are all truly professionals!!!! From the time I came in and was introduced to my service advisor, Esteban, he was so nice and very thorough. He was new so whatever he didn t know he found out for me. I had some issues with the insurance company paying for my rental and the receptionist answered every single annoying question I asked and when she didn t know she asked another seasoned employee. Albert helped me out tremendously. If it wasn t for him I probably wouldn t have pressed the insurance company so hard to cover my rental. He personally called my claim representative to find out why they sent me an email saying they would only cover 4 days. Once he spoke to her I felt like a weight was lifted off my chest. Thanks to him I followed up relentlessly with my claim rep and I m receiving my reimbursement check soon. I can t say thank you enough. I m so pleased with the work on my Jeep and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this location for all your repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Heed my warning steer clear from Caliber Collision and their lies. Someone did a hit and run on my car in august, it took until November for me to get my car back. While I understand depending on the damage, it takes time. The time frame was not the issue, it was the continuous lies spread by the team. For weeks, I kept receiving automated messages that they put on the last part and my car was going to be heading to the painting department. Every message was then followed with an additional week. This went on for some time, and every time I contacted them they would say we are putting on the last part should be done soon and then weeks would continue to go by and when I d call again it was the same lie. I never hear the same story from anyone. It was extremely frustrating to be thrown in circles about the process of your car. When my car was finally done which it wasn t somehow after waiting for the last part every week their was one more part that I guess they didn t know about or whatever. When I picked my car up there was a scratch and the inside had not been cleaned. I was informed that they had to clean it which was another reason for the ongoing process but to my surprise it didn t look like they even vacuumed . They also re nicked my car and I had to make another appointment to get it fixed. They told us that if we bring it on this specific date, they will have it done by the end of the day. Of course when the day comes and I have already taken off work, they won t be able to fix the car that day. Overall the most frustrating process and I don t trust the work they did on my car because of the continuous lies. My insurance chose this repair shop and I wish I would have done research because this was the most draining process. You don t treat customers like this. Tell the truth, it goes a lot farther.

I brought my car (Cadillac) here after it was hit in a parking lot. The rear number was deeply scratched and slightly warped. Caliber did an EXCELLENT job with the repair and the customer service we received was above and beyond anything we expected. The Kissimmee location at John Young Pkwy is amazing. From the time I came, the front desk young lady, to every single one, they are all truly professionals!!!!I have to mention that my consultant Justin Luna is doing an exceptional job. His customer service, patience and knowledges helps tremendously. Always ready to answer all my questions and ready to help in any possible way. He personally called my claim representative to smooth the process. I can t say thank you enough Mr. Justin. I m so pleased with all the treatment I'm receiving from Justin and the entire staff. I would definitely recommend this location for all your repair needs. They are the best!!!!
