please do not fall for the 20 dollar scam membership deal. in a tiny fine print says that you have to purchase 60 dollars in addition to the 20 of the membership fee on the same date that you get your card. I will NOT recommend this membership club to anyone.

We were happy with our service, it was friendly and professional. Yes they were busy but we had scheduled an appointment. Their prices beat Sam's, Costco, Discount Tire, and Tire Kingdom.We ordered the tires on-line and scheduled our mounting. We have used other locations and were happy with our purchase.We did call ahead and verified that our tires had arrived. They were delayed by a day and they updated our scheduled appointment. It wasn't their fault if shipment was behind due to delays from CoVid.Everyone is DELAYED right now! Be proactive and call and check before going to your appointment. The guys were really nice and helpful

Customer service was great. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. Even though they could not solve my problem, they explained everything very thoroughly. Jose was wonderful at the location on Oceola Parkway Kissimmee. He was very polite, courteous, and helpful. The five stars go to him.

I stopped by to get my tires repaired and it only took 10 minutes so I was pretty happy. Little did I know, they did a poor job and the patch and whatever they did wasn t fixed properly so I was forced to come back 3 more times and every time they found an excuse to reschedule There is only one guy who works hard and he is blond. He is the only caring guy. The rest don t offer supports and just ignore their own mistakes.

They lack staff and take a long time to provide propane service. Many times you are left in the store alone without any employees waiting for someone to appear. I have been a member for several years and they have greatly declined.

I went to buy 4 tires, after waiting 45 min in the hot garage and when my turn comes the attendant tells me he cant help me, that I needed to wait for somebody else bc he was the only one there, Its not his fault but my time is valuable and I don't appreciate the disregard for somebody else s time, I left and I ll be buying my tires somewhere else

22:00 appointment. Here it is 22:47 and they say that they don't have time to cut my seal and do my paperwork for a drop and hook. Sorriest BJ's receiving yet.

Manager is rude! Rescheduled because they didn't have my tires even though it was an HOUR after the appointment should have started. Then I have a appointment the next day and they don't have the tires on 4 hours later. Worst place I ever had to deal with. Wish I could give negative stars!!!

Guys are nice but no one answers the phone. If your gonna get a patch for a tire, ask time it will take. Because it will take A long Time. They said the machine broke & are going to plan BI would of gone to Firestone or another place then to sit here & wait so long for a little patch.:(

I bought 4 tires for my 2011 Nissan Maxima. What a nightmare, they damaged the sensors (stem valves). Next day I had a flat, and after they kept me coming for about 4 times finally 1 of the "techs" told me they did not have the proper equipment to fix my vehicle that I had to take it to a Nissan dealership because they had the proper software to do this and he told me they did that for free. So I took it to a Nissan dealership but of course I had to pay $ 428.00 to fix my car. I've been a member of BJ's for years but I had never use the tire center. Stay away from there. They should not have worked on my vehicle if they did have the right tools to do it.

Mary was terrific!! I needed new tires for my daughter and she had me in and out with my appointment in no time. She knows her tires!!!! Thanks Mary for making my experience painless.

Heads up, bjs will not fill propane tanks other than 20 or 30. Even that had a 35 min wait for.
