I am a woman, and went in to get something my husband needed for the car. Walked in and was ignored by the all male staff. Finally walked up to one young man and asked him where the part was he pointed instead of showing me where it was at. These young men need to realize women can and do help their husband's work on the car!! And there were no other customers in the store at the time, so yeah not going to go their again!!

I've been here a hand full of times.. the manager always very welcoming. Enjoys talking to you, always has some type of good story. Store is very clean and organized. I purchased two batteries for both cars.. the asked if they could install them. Good job. Sold me the correct accessories needed for future cleaning. We all deserved five stars. Thank you.

If you're going in for a free check up if your engine light turns on, don't. They don't have the machine for it, and the lady behind the counter working the morning shifts lied about not having a battery tester as well just for the sake of not having to do work. Unbelievable experience.

Lady in the morning can t speak no English at all !!! She hung up on me because she couldn t understand English.. I took my business elsewhere. Auto zone do a better job hiring these people.

Yared was exceptional with his customer service and knowledge. Not only did he help me out immensely but at the same time he helped out his teammate. His teammate needed help because he wasn t familiar with the warranty process on brake pads and without skipping a beat Yared stepped in and took it upon himself to not only please the customer he also took the opportunity to teach his teammate on the process. Bright young man and a great asset to the company.

NEXT TIME I'LL TALE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. Lousy, and moody staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This autozone doesn't doesnt deserve your money. I've gotten better service at Orielleys and advance auto. Purchased a oil pressure switch about a year ago. Decided to buy the original part from Honda because the switch autozone sold my son was leaking oil LOUSY PART. Took it back to Autozone for a refund and the manager supposedly tells me that he can't take it back because it is not in the box ( Who saves boxes ). If the part has a limited life time warranty then what's the issue. You sold me a lousy part. Now you want a box? He then says he is going to refund the money but next time he won't be able to refund the money. 3 years ago the staff at this autozone was fantastic. Now these new employees are giving people a hard time. The reality is I have numerous cars and his attitude just lost a customer. These people are lousy in the way the do business.. Next time I'll go to Advance auto, or Oriellys who has the same parts with the same warranty.

I came over to to get some parts and one of the workers, yared, gave me great service, helped me out super quick and got me everything I needed with no issues. We need more people like him working at these stores!!!

Friendly and courteous staff with a wealth of automotive knowledge. I found everything I needed when my rear brakes went out in one-stop. Arlene and her team are dedicated to customer satisfaction and they deliver without delay. they have gained my trust, beyond important when the safety of your car is af stake.

Went to this location last week to get a new battery. Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and took very good care of me. Harold really stood out with the amazing customer service he provided. He was very helpful and kind. Thanks Harold!

Worst customer service. The parts manager says one thing and when I go back to return an item the next day. No signs of use on the item and not even a scratch. The sales person is rude and tells me he will throw me out of the store. The item was only 14 dollars. Why so much hostility? Finally was able to get a store credit but was not worth the aggravation. We live in a customer service world where competition is fierce. You lost my business. I will head over to the competitors. Best place to buy tools is Home Depot and Lowe s. Much better return policy. I know my one review will not have much of an impact but I just want to let customers out there know so they can avoid this. Customers deserve better. I already know the response will be we are doing everything in our best to improve customer service but it s been a second issue I have had with this autozone, so it s clear your organic response is not improving your customer service.

Store 4822HaroldVery respectful very humble individual who goes above and beyond to ensure his customer have the best experience visiting his store.Harold always maintains a very professional attitude while being so easy to communicate with.Dan kDan has the expertise to make u have confidence in any part that he sells or recommends.Affectionately know as Dan the man he follows up on your parts inquires and ensures that you are satisfied with the outcome. I always call and ask for him directly.

I had my check engine light on my car, so I stopped by to get it checked out. However, their machine that checks wasn t working, so they sent us to the Advance Auto Parts store down the street. I used the bathroom while there and it wasn t very clean. Not horrible or dirty, just what I d expect a gas station bathroom to be like. The store itself was clean and organized and the employees were nice

Always has everything I need, very friendly and extremely helpful attendants, very clean store. The manager Junior is an awesome man, down to earth and full of knowledge, the best auto part store I've been in Kissimme or Orlando.

Aristides and Junior were very respectful , professional and helpful with my recent purchase by telephone Saturday April 10 of a water pump and accessories for my 2007 DTS Caddy.However, I tried to confirm my order latter the same day and the new shift in the store was the opposite, kind of disrespectful and ignoring my call , at the end, someone took the call and informed me that the order was not in the store.On Sunday April 11, after several calls, they decided to call Aristides and reconfirmed my order. I designated someone else to pick it up and due to the rain, he showed up at 8:00 PM and was denied access, despite the store closes at 9:00 PM .Today, Monday 12, Aristides & Junior are back in store and FINALLY , the order will be delivered. Please, make a note of what happened between paragraph one and two.THANKSTHANKS

Most of the employees including management are very rude and have very poor work ethics, their language makes you think twice to call yourself PR, which is embarrassing and it speaks very much about what kind of people are being hired.

SHOUT OUT TO EDDIE!!! He was very nice and gave me some tips about oil filters for my car! Very cool guy, totally recommend coming here if you have any questions about what to use for your vehicle. :)

This is the worst Autozone in the area. We bought a transmission since 03/09/2019. And today is 07/09/2019 and they didn t resolve my issue yet. We bought a transmission and the damper was leaking. So we went to replace it by warranty. So if this happen to you this will happen to you. They will not refund you the money. Also no refund you the full cost of you transmission oils and labor on the job. The store Manager now name Junior never call you back has he said. The manger of region Yadira it s hard to find her back over the phone and never accomplish what she promise. The only one who answered quick is Mr. Chad Another type off manager in this case Ms. Yadira boss. We called all trans and to this point transmission is not returned yet and the money refund is delay because of that. Now you has a costumer will refer this store waiting on something since 03/09/2019? Well this is what happens just hopping you don t run with the same luck than us.

Knowledge of items was impeccable.... I was impressed and most of all the young man gave excellent service. The store was well lit so it didnt have that dark warehouse feel. Advance discount lost another customer.... thanks guys.

Worst customer services,and when you ask for a part they barely have knowledge on what they are doing Auto Zone should train their personal way better cuz saying I put wiper blades don t make u a car guru

My battery went dead and I was broke down and I was able to get to the store and not only did they give me a great price on the battery but they drove to where my car was broke down (over 2 miles down the road) and installed my battery. Great service! THANK YOU!
