I'm a dummy when it comes to cars and went into this store because I needed to change a headlight. Justin was nice enough to help me pick the right one and give me different options for my vehicle. Darrell was nice enough to come out to my car twice to assist me and Justin in installing the light bulb. Thank you so much to you both. You were both gentlemen and super helpful!

Jayden was the one that helped me replace my car battery. Even those I got there at 8:50pm, he was able to still assist me until 9:05pm. They closed at 9pm so I felt very bad. He deserves a raise just how thoughtful he was.

Thank you, Darrell, for your services, he helped out without any questions, I stopped early at the one on Simpson RD the lady told me that she didn't have any money for my refund, People pay with cards NO Cash in her location, then in another location, the one I normally go, I stopped and Darrell help me, he even when to my car and unload the stuff for me, and this location always treat the customer right and find solutions, I was close to the Simpson Rd I should go to the one in Academy like always again thank you for your help.

Had a negative experience with Pep Boys near this location. They wanted to charge $100 just to read a code and Auto Zone does not charge to do it. They were very helpful here. We bought the necessary items and continued on our way. Highly recommend Auto Zone locations all over!

Zero starsEmployees have very nasty attitudes, rude, disrespectful treat people like were dumb and not worth the time.On the other hand I have to recognize part's manager David. He's very kind, very respectful, and has excellent customer service skills. He did a great job at diffusing a tense situation. The man deserves a good recognition.But as long as the employee's continue their behavior as is, I will not return to this store, and I would recommend that nobody visit this store. Unless you like being treated badly.

AMAZING! my wife and need help with taking off a bolt from our license plate and need new bolts because the old bolts was stripped and hard to remove. John Gonzalez, Darrel D. And Mr. David was a HUGE help today. Thank you guys! This is at store 6375

The service was excellent! David Whitesell was the name of the person who was very helpful, corteous, he went an extra mile to resolve my issues and advice me in a very knowledgable way. Great customer service from him!

The reason my boyfriend and I continue to use this location is 1000% because of David. He has been nothing but helpful with getting parts for our 1996 Volvo. If you go to this location, ask for David! He will go out of his way to help you and be the reason you continue to come back. I ve never had an employee of a business bend over backwards to help. Thank you David for everything!

Went in to buy a tire inflator. Was greeted so nicely. Ricardo went above and beyond. He showed me how to use it and even filled my tires while we talked. Great service all around, and I REALLY needed this kindness today.

I live nearby and is always good to go except yesterday Sunday afternoon, a female cashier added sneaky item a little grease for spark plug without letting me know and charge for it after I finish working with my car check the receipt and notice it. I didn't even need it or used it, she should ask before doing that I had never had that happen before with the regular staff thats always there.

Manager David was great help, very knowledgeable and willing to talk and explain possible issues with my car. Great customer service.Also, earlier on the day Jonathan gave great customer service, store is very well ran, clean and organized.Glad to have this auto-store in the neighborhood.Well done!!

I went in to return a warranty part that I had purchased 2 years ago because I bought another one not knowing it was under warranty. So in that confusion, I was being attended by a new employee. I did not mind the employee who was being very kind and trying his best to do his job. When he turned to his manager for help the manager started talking down to him in front of me and other costumers and I did not appreciate that. Made the boy even more nervous than he already was and was causing him to drop things. I felt bad for the kid, I can tell he was intimidated by his manager. When I spoke to defend the kid to explain to the manager why it was a little confusing, he started to lecture me as well and talking down to me trying explain to me that he MUST verify what I explained and not trust people. In order words saying I m teaching him to make sure you re not lying . Like who in the world put this man In charge? Lol

Great service! The associate helped me above and beyond and even placed my head lights in for me. He made sure they worked before I left. That s what I call, truly helping your customers. Kudos !!!
