This is a fairly new store, well laid out and tidy.Had a special clearance of Castrol GTX 20W 50 oil at only $20 for 5 quarts!Bought the last three they had Maybe other Autozone still have some?

I had a great experience with the two gentleman (Carlos-Store Manager & Pedro- PSM) in Store#6351. I have been in many AutoZone stores and can easily compare the quality of customer service. I will love to come back and shop here going forward.

The store representative Carlos castro took the time to change our cars battery and air filter! He went above and beyond of what i expected ! This is true customer service and he showed how professional he is ! Thank you Carlos castro you have made us a customer for ever .

Thank you to Carlos & Darwin did a awesome job changing my battery. I wasn't sure if I had warranty but Carlos checked quickly while on the phone and told me to come to fix it right away. Darwin customer service was on point and he knows what he's doing. Thank you guys so much best Auto zone ever honestly!!!!!

Carlos Castro the General Manager, completely ignores me after standing there for 10 minutes, didn t even acknowledge that he would be right with me. Served another guest right in front of me still waiting to be helped. My dad said something about it and he smirked. Very rude and Very disrespectful, I get helping your guests, but I stood there for a minute while he completely disregarded I was even there and helped someone else. VERY unprofessional and I will not be back.

This is a great store. Ryan, one of the managers, is an out and out hero. I had broken down nearby and he showed me great compassion and kindness to get me back on my way. I haven t experienced customer service like this before and have to say I was extremely impressed. Don t bother going anywhere else for your auto needs. AAA let me down on that day (multiple times) so thank goodness I broke down only a few hundred yards from AutoZone.

During the pandemic, they have completely nailed the service! Having the credit card reader really close to the customer and away from the cashier is super smart! I felt super safe going in to grab a few things and out with no contact whatsoever.

Came to purchase a car battery for my moms vehicle. Fortunately for me an associate by the name of William was working behind the counter and was more than happy to assist. I asked to purchase a battery and he gave me prices and options for current batteries in stock. He also took the time to find me a battery within my price range located at one of their sister locations. While conversing with William, he said he would come out and inspect the vehicles battery just for peace of mind and inspect whether I truly needed a battery. He looked at the battery and saw that it just needed a little cleaning and it wasn t necessary for me to purchase a brand new battery. This man is a TRUE and HONEST gentleman.He could have charged me for something I really didn t need, but he took the time to explain everything to me and helped me save money in the process. I am forever indebted to him. I will continue to shop at this store because of people like William that work behind the counter.

The customer service at this store is exceptional I went in on a rainy day for some windshield wipers and was attended by a very courteous and helpful young man, he even helped to install them in the rain while getting wet. Many Thanks William you saved the day.

Very quick and easy. Was concerned I needed a new battery. They checked it which showed it was bad. He also made sure there was no issue with my alternator. He showed me the different battery options for my vehicle and told me the different warranty options it came with. No complaints!

Wanted to buy a socket and return if it was wrong size but attendant told me no returns so I went to O'reilly auto parts which had no problem with me returning socket if it was the wrong size. Autozone will never see me again. I will spend my hard earned money at O'Reillys from henceforth.

Always a great experience at this store! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and quick! Ryan and the employee with the beard and tattoos (Jeremy, I think?) are the reason I drive from a town away just to go to this particular store! Awesome guys! Awesome store!

Went on a Saturday after calling to confirm that they had my parts. Drove from Saint Cloud about a 20 minute drive. Waited my turn and asked for my parts. The rep behind the counter looked, checked the computer and looked some more. After it slowed down a little the manager came and took over. Took him 3 seconds to find the part. All in all they employees were pleasant and I got what I needed. Thank you

Sept 2,2020. My son was stuck at a gas station thanks to his battery which he is very young and has no idea how to change the battery, battery was no good he went to autozone where he spoke to Esquiziel store number 6351 almost at closing time... I had to pay for the battery on the phone with this gentleman.. I explained my son had no idea how to put the battery on this gentleman went after his shift and put the battery in for my son which had been stuck for 4hours at this gas station!! I am super grateful for this man!!! Thank you so much God sent!!! God bless him!!!!

Believe it or not i have never had a problem with anyone working here. They are always friendly and extra helpful!!! They always have the part I need for my car,I don't have to wait, come back or go to another store.

Worst experience ever bought the alternator of my car brand new. Took the part to my mechanic and the alternator was an old alternator. Called the store and the lady told me oh yeah, we didn t have the new alternator I was like you charge me the price of a new part and gave me an old part you gotta be kidding me, so I ask the lady if they were gonna return me the difference and she said she couldn t help. This is unacceptable this is not customer service I could have sew them for this, really disappointed of this specific woman.

I will never shop at any AutoZone while in this Pandemic. Walked into your store today Employee coughing not good for business. Guess it's about just selling items instead of slowing spread!
