Where should I start.. I wish I didn t have to give them a star to start with, but I have to in order to put this review. It all started on Saturday when I needed to start my battery, I went and got jumper cables first but I wanted something more convenient to me in case I was on the road and didn t have another car, so I went a replaced with something I thought I could used, however it needed to be charged first and I needed something immediate. So I went and got a different one, the kid that helped me was lost, I don t know much about cars but he sure wasn t help. I explained to them that the other one didn t work but that I would have to come back to return it so in the mean time I was getting a different one.. Key Word (return). Anyways, today when I go to the store to return the items, I was received by two men sitting behind the counter.. no welcome, no hello NOTHING!! When I approach to one of them I told them it was for a return and immediately the guy say those are not returnable.. all I say was see you freaking serious? Freaking!!!! Didn t use the word I wanted and the guy immediately went off telling me I didn t know him and that he wouldn t allow me to talk to him like that.. First of all if I would have feel welcome from the very beginning the interaction would have been much different. I was NEVER told that I couldn t return the merchandise even when I mentioned to the kid that the other one didn t work for my purpose and I was going to return it. No where in the receipt states that you can t return it. And I seen that this happened to other customers before. They just have the worse customer s skills ever. Is not the customer s fault you hate your job. And is sad to say that my own race are the one with the attitude here. I just moved here from west Palm and I can already see the difference in cultures.

I bought apart from this people part is still brand new and sealed no we're on the receipt or employee told me it's none refundable this people are crooks and I will never buy again make sure when you buy something make sure you can return.

Had the battery for my mini Cooper, but upon purchase, was informed that the free battery installation does not apply for me. So I went down the road to a mechanic who did it, just 1 star removed for that.I should probably remove more than 1 for the other part.... according to the mechanic, they sold me a 'non gel' battery, which has some fancy 3 letters, agp or something, and the mechanic was floored that I purchased the most expensive battery they sell for my car, yet it wasn't a gel battery.The mechanics made a great joke about how maybe I wasn't "scammed" I was just screwed over. Not sure which is better. I should have just gone to the dealership instead of wasting hundreds at advance. Since I am nice and the customer service interaction was great besides what resulted in being sold to me, I will leave the review at 3 stars.

This is the worst place ever I bought some led lights and I bought it and tried them and I wasn t white so I went to go return it and they didn t let me return in because it was open but I clearly said are they white led and they said yea. Don t ever go to that place they will not return ur money back I don t know his name but he should get fired he was giving attitude because I went to go return. You are better of going to another store than that one and that wasn t the first time that happened there. Don t go that place don t recommend it

I ordered a thermostat for my car and the order was ready in less than 30 minutes. The guy who assisted me was polite and answered questions i had regarding my car and what was the possible issue. Sadly it was not the thermostat. It was the water pump (which he also suggested). I will definitely return to get the water pump from the same advanced auto parts.

I made an online purchase like many times before with my fiance's account and I go to pick up the part and they would not give it to me Hector there claim to be a manager and when I called HR he suddenly wasn't a manager so he wasn't able to do anything because he had no Authority and they still didn't give me the part even though I provided the ID and the credit card used to purchase they literally made me drive an hour go get my fiance and bring her to the store for a signature. I have a commercial account with Advance Auto Parts at another store because this particular store doesn't have a commercial Department and even though I am an account holder with another store and make multiple purchases through that account I still got treated like s*** can't wait till the regional manager pops up at my shop again to get this guy Hector fired for saying he's somebody he's not and for being a total dick

I just left and my experience was great. Thank you Angelica for you help. She wrote down the codes from the check engine machine and explained to me the issue. She also offer me to sign up for the rewards program which I didn't know it exist.

Great selection. The best deals are buying online and pick up in store (as they offer promo codes and coupons, and also easy to find promo codes onlome.) Staff is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Always a good experience so far.

I will base my review on over all visits and then most recent visits. The Service over all for this company sub par. Ever looked at their Facebook page, they never once address any of the issues brought up up people on there, I bet their feelings are they are big enough so who cares. Over experience for this store is that you will go to the store and stand around watching the employees behind the counter chit chat with each other before they will acknowledge you and ring you up etc. That being said even with the already low expectations i have of this people the manage to screw up service even further with my most recent visit. I ordered parts that were supposed to be delivered with in 3 days, knowing how bad they can be I gave them 7 days and when i show up to pick up parts they were still not there and i would have to wait another week. The only explanation i got is that someone dropped the ball, how in the world do you drop the ball on part that is already paid for. I can go on and on and on but I'm definitely done trying to give this company and location opportunities when there is all this other auto part companies pooping up everywhere.

Call the store, Ray answer and provided with what I was looking for. Once I got to the store, he had the part by the counter and waiting for me. That shows how serious they take their job and how well they take care of their clients.

Worst service I've ever received. Called and an associate named Lauren answers and is rude, tells me to hold on for a minute and hangs up, I call again and she greets and I ask for availability on spark plugs and she just hangs up.DO NOT recommend this location

Unfortunately these guys don t 100% know what they re doing. Save yourself some time, some money and some potentially bad advice - go across the road to AutoZone, like I did in mid-September. I almost left the store with a product that I couldn t return through bad advice, before realizing at the POS that I was buying the wrong product.

I drove 30 minutes to get a part the website showed in stock. When I get there I don't see it on the wall. I sak the guy at the counter and he said he had never seen that Item. But what get to me is he didn't even check the system. I went to the Kissimmee store on OBT he got it ordered for me in a minute.

The white lady with orange hair is very very rude. She acted like she didn t wanna help me. I felt like she was being racist towards me i will never come back here.
