Best customer service ever. I've known the owner ms. Maggie for Years. And thank you for taking care of us. The van was fixed in 1,2,3. I'll remember to come back here again.

They re great and the prices are not bad honestly. I ve been to a few other places and the team works diligently, and they have never messed up anything on my vehicle. Depending on the time of day that you go to the shop is what s going to determine your wait time like any other place but even then they worked as fast as they could. If you re looking for tires or regular service, I recommend this place!

They are awesome got my lowered 350z alignment done in less then an hour and for a really good price.The staff was very professional and polite I definitely will take my cars here from now on.

I have been going to Action Tire since I was a kid with my parents and still today I choose Action Tire for all my tire needs. The owners are by far the most exceptional and professional people I have ever met. I ONLY reccomend Action Tire to anyone who asks for a tire place in Orlando. Excellent customer service, punctuality.

I called to verify time of operations and they said 8am and for alignments they take just certain amount of vehicles to be there early. I arrived at 7:23am since I live 45 minutes away from this location. I waited until 8am to go in for check in. As I check in I was the first in line for an alignment. A lot of the employees were working in the back in the tire section. Until one guy approached me to ask for which service I was here after he changed 2 tires to a tractor trailer of an old gentleman. The employee told me it would be a couple more minutes before someone take my vehicle for the alignment. At 8:43am my vehicle was taken in for an alignment. That picture below is when I took it after he took it for service. The older gentleman with a headset talking all the time while doing my vehicle alignment. It took him only 17min to do the alignment and I was surprised how long I waited and how short the service was. I paid the cashier which is an older lady and she was very nice. I started to drive my vehicle just to find out the alignment wasn t done properly. There was no communication from the person that took my vehicle since he was too busy on his phone talking to other people and didn t even test drive to see if my alignment was done properly. It was the worst alignment ever and will not recommend this place. I arrived home with my vehicle still unaligned and the service was horrible. On there webpage it says you will receive a report before and after of the alignment and I didn t receive no reports.

They did a great job in putting on my new suspensions. Very professional and they knew exactly how low we wanted them to be. Will continue to take both our cars for services.

Absolutely incredible people that own this business. I popped my tire this morning on a curb right down the road from this place and the owner, Rafael, helped me change my tire and got me a replacement put on my car within an hour. He is an incredibly giving person and deserves so much recognition for helping people. 10000000/10

Prices are outrageousAlignment is 85 for two wheelsWent to the alignment spot on Michigan for 60 got all 4 wheels. I been going here since 2000 the business and quality has decreased. Ever since Christian left this shop hasn t been the same. Closed on weekends and closes at 3pm. They operate a business in hours most others are also working. Call them selves stretch kings but the stretch kings no longer work and this location. Wouldn t recommend

I ve been here a few times over the years and they have definitely improved over that time. Receptionist is nice, answered my questions, and even gave me a free alignment. I would say if they re really busy just come back another day if you re in a rush cause they can get pretty busy since they re one of the few places that work on lowered/slammed cars and they know what they re doing. Overall very satisfied and they have very great competitive prices.

July 26, 2017 Mercedes sign from my hubcap was removed and when I went back next day to ask about it, the girl rudely said if you didn't see them take it then no one here took it off. Very rude....I have been here 4 times with good experience but it only takes 1 bad experience for me to Never Ever go back....check your cars thoroughly before leaving! There is a thief there

They was pricing for a patch $21 false advertisement when I got there they're charging me $32 to patch they would definitely give you a different price number to pocket more money in their pockets and on top of that they scratch my rim wow So I called them to adjust the issue about them scratching my rim there was not happy about it and told him that I never had scratches on my rims the woman on the phone was not happy and she hanged up on me wow nice customer service for you

I honestly like the place. They are professional in every way possible. But they lack on speed it took them 3 hours just to tell me that they dont have the size of my tire in a used state. Only way they will actually be quick to help you is if you know everyone in the shop and they will ignore the walk ins just for you

Brought in my 370Z for new tires great price extremely helpful front desk staff but, when it came to delivering an excellent service during install not so good. Seems to me that if you are in their circle of close friends/customers they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. As far as new customers and new business is concerned not so much attention to details. One of their employees just flat out scratch my passenger rear wheel and the best thing the owner's son can say is that I looked for any excuse to blame scratches on them so they had to pay to fixed them. This were his words to another friend/customer in front of me. They seem like great people and probably are but as far as service to unknown new customers they don't seem to care as much. I was told after he complained to his friend/customer about me, that they will take care of the damaged made to the wheel gave me a phone to call their guy as they said. Called their guy made an appointment for the following day between 9 and 10am at 10:15am their guy tells me he called me twice I did not answer so went to another job and will get to me when he is finish. Interestingly enough I have no missed calls on my phone. The whole sequence of events is very unfortunate given the fact that I was recommended by a loyal customer of that shop. I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone not inside their circle of closer friends, they will not care for your property the same way they care for the property of their close friends.

If you respect yourself and don't want to lose your money, don't do any dealings with these thieves. There was a problem with my car, so I brought it to them to fix it. My car stayed with them for more than ten days and every time I called them they said they needed more time to fix the damage. After a long time, the official, who is considered very rude, called me that he would like me to pay the sum of five hundred dollars, I said no problem, but after two days you call again to tell me that he likes to pay the sum of one thousand and one hundred dollars and everything will be fine, I hesitated lol because at this price I knew that I I will be exposed to the scam, I hesitated a lot, so I accepted to pay the amount and they told me that my car was working fine, I took my car and left. The next day, while I was going to work, my car worked again, so I was frustrated and despairing, and cursed the world and these thieves and scammers. I will never forgive you for what you took from me unjustly

My family and I have been coming here for years, good service and fair prices. The only issue I've had was that even though they open at 8am, work on my tires did not really begin until about 8:15, but it was done quickly. Highly recommended, family-owned.

Very happy with the service, but the repair only took 1.5 hours and they charged me for 3 hours (went in at 9, left at 10:30). When I called and asked why they said it s because of how our system works. This is unprofessional and dishonest.

Great people and service, called in the morning and got right in for a wheel alignment. They pointed out I needed new front tires as well and process went real smooth. I appreciate the work, will recommend and come again!

I have been coming here for years after the owner retired this place went down hill.what business closes at 3:pm you can't even call the place because no one picks up the phone. I went to buy use tires and yeah I know the tires are use but the ones I had on my car was in better shape them what they were trying to sell me I said he'll no

Great shop with great customer service. They changed out my CV axles and my car runs normal again. After changing out the axles and Even though the shop was about to close the mechanic checked my car and made sure everything else on my car was good before I hit the road to my destination. If I stayed in this city I would go to this shop for everything. I recommend them for your car needs. A+!!

Was in communication with the 2 ladies at the front (one was Maggie) for a tire that was suppose to arrive on a Friday afternoon. Upon no communication we showed up hoping it arrived but it never did, to then be told it will arrive on Monday. We left and halfway home they called us saying they had another spare tire for the meantime. We went BACK and THAT tire wasn t there either. It was a miscommunication between the shop and warehouse and false information. We left AGAIN and spent the entire weekend tireless. Monday came and by this time we needed the car towed to the shop (which we had to pay for) because it had been flat from waiting all weekend. Upon arrival we asked for a discount because we hadn t paid yet, to then find out we were suppose to pay beforehand but Maggie (the manager) I guess tried helping us out not requiring us to pay upfront on Friday before the order was made. She was out of the office and received a phone call from the owner Rafael in front of us on Monday threatening to fire her. Very unprofessional. No discount was extended. Very rude communication and will never return back for service.

Extremely rude receptionist. Lacks hospitality and customer service in person and over the phone!!! This has been the fourth time communicating with her over the phone and she never lets me explain the situation with my car. She cuts me off and assumes. Doesn't ever greet in person or over the phone. She has placed me on hold for so long in most cases i have to call back!!! Something needs to be done about this!!

I had gotten a nail in my front left tire. Replaced the flat with my donut spare. Went to the establishment on 3/5/2019. They kindly plugged and provided excellent service. Next day woke up to same tire completely flat. I called the shop to explain. The young lady was very professional, empathetic and polite. She instructed me to come in the next day cause i had used an uber for work. When i returned to the shop they could not have been more professional. The expedited me quickly and replaced my tire at no cost. I highly recommend this place. They treat people with the utmost respect and are a pleasure. Outstanding customer service amd extremely friendly staff. Wish them nothing but continued success.
