They repaired my car half as through the insurance company and gave me my car back without fixing the problem and did not care as soon as they got paid they wanted nothing to do with me or the work they did try to avoid this place. Very bad customer service at first seems like very nice people but they will rob you as soon as they get paid

SCAMMERS, is an understatement. These guys are evil. Took my rear end damaged car to get an estimate and potentially get fixed at this place.First: I was told no work would be done on the car until an estimate has been approved by the insurance company. Mind you if you call the lady will say the estimate is free. They then proceed to take apart my car to determine the damage and get an estimate on the car. Which they claim is already doing work on the car. Confusing right? Considering they said they don t start work on the car until the estimate has been approved which it never was.Second: They then claim it took a whole 4 HOURS in order to take a rear bumper and 2 headlights off. Mind you they supposedly charge $85 per hr for labor, even tho when I asked they didn t even know what they charged until they asked multiple people. So, after taking it to a few other body shops since my horrible experience with this one, I wanted to get an idea from better shops if this whole 4 hour time frame was realistic. Come to my surprise it s nowhere close. According to many other body shops, this breakdown of the rear bumper in order to do an estimate can be done in under an hour. Either they work really slow or doing exactly what I know they are doing which is SCAMMING. Simply cheating the system in order to make MONEY from insurance companies and good people who put their trust into people they didn t know were evil.THIRD: Upon arriving to pick up my car, they decided to charge me $527 for my car sitting in their lot for 2 days. However, upon calling them previously, when you ask them what s their storage fee per day they will tell you $0. Unless that is you decide not to proceed with allowing them to work on your car. Which they don t tell you. I told the front desk lady how I am a good person and clearly this wasn t right what they were doing. I believe in karma and what goes around comes around. Upon saying this, the front desk woman actually tried to lower the price to $450 for me and even asked the mechanics if they could. NOW, wouldn t you think that if it were a true and honest $527 they wouldn t budge on lowering the price??? Exactly but she herself knows she s working under a bunch of crooked dishonest mechanics.FOURTH: After paying them their SCAMMERS PRICE I went to my car and found a piece out. Asked them to put it back how I brought it to them. They sent someone out to do so. And to my surprise he started to BREAKDOWN the rear end of the car in order to put the piece back. I have it all RECORDED. He finished it in under 5 minutes. SO, it takes 4 hours according to you to breakdown the car in order to take an estimate, but only 5 minutes to breakdown the car when you want to hurry up and put a piece back on the car how it was???? After putting the piece back on my car, the guy did such a horribly rushed job that he damaged the inside of the trunk plastic covering exposing the electrical pieces. I asked them to fix it to how it was when I brought them the car, which they tried to lie to my face and say it was like that because of the rear end accident. So tell me how I give you my car one way, and it comes back to me even more damaged??? Some shop y all are running here. I wouldn t bother bringing my car here unless you want to get SCAMMED. They ll definitely do the work on your car tho if your insurance pays them whatever outrageous price they come up with. It s all good tho.KARMA is real and what comes around goes around.

These guys did an amazing job! I would recommend anyone needing anything done with their vehicles to go here! My car was hit in the Disney Springs parking garage and they worked with me to get the door fixed. They are super friendly and got the job done quick! Can't even tell anything happened to my car.

After getting into a car accident I used A-Class Paint & Body Shop for my repairs and I must say they did an amazing job. Through the whole process both Greg and Rose were very professional and communicated every update with me. My car is good as new and the paint job was matched perfectly. Grrrrreat work!Can t say enough about Greg and his crew, but the reviews I read, were right.I have a VW Beetle Convertible and fortunately for my little car, I found A Class Paint & Body Repair through some great reviews on google.Without sugarcoating my experience all I will say is, my little red car went in with a flat nose and came out looking soooooo delicious I m afraid to drive it now!I don t know what these guys did, but the car looks better now than probably 10 years ago when it was a brand new 2009 Cherry Red VW Bug.And if you don t believe me, take a look.These pictures were just taken a few minutes ago and let me tell you, three rainstorms have passed through the area since I got the car back 5 days ago... and yes, this sexy little thing, still looks brand new!A big Thank You to Greg and the guys... thank you for the big things you did and the little things too! .... You take pride in the work you do and it shows!!Thank youuuuuu!!!! This little thing may be very very sexy, but photogenic, not sooo much... looks sooo much better in person, someone even asked me if it was for sale!

I choose A Class looking reviews and I was right about my decision. High quality service/ paint on my Mercedes trunk lid ! I m always worried and usually I expect my vehicle to be returned covered by dust after any body shop repair, but for my surprise my car was returned on same condition I left, this mean, without any dust inside the car. If you like vehicles like me, Go ahead with A Class body repair.

Very professional with a high standard of quality at an affordable price. They transformed my 09 Honda Civic to look better than it did new. Car was delivered on time and was within the price quote. Will be taking my other vehicles to them. See before and after pics and judge for yourself.

My front bumper had multiple scrapes and misalignment. Within four days A Class Body Shop was able to restore my bumper to brand new. What impressed me the most about their service was, out of good gesture, they defogged my car s headlights without extra charge after noticing how dim my headlights originally were. This speaks in volumes of the shop s superb service and commitment to ensure their customer is satisfied. I was very impressed with the work of Greg and his father.

I had to get the whole front of my car replaced and repaired. They did an amazing job. My car looks brand new! Better than when I bought it! They are very professional and friendly and the best part was that they handled everything with my insurance including setting up car rental! Greg did an great job with keeping me updated on my car and insurance status!

The owner Greg made getting our car fixed such an easy experience. Once we called him his employee was at my place the next morning to pick up the car, and then he handled everything else with the insurance company. Our car was finished in the time frame that was quoted! We were very impressed with the quality of work that him and his crew did. He definitely earned a customer for life, and if anyone ask where they should go he will be our first recommendation!

I bought some trim pieces for my vehicle from Greg here at A Class and he really lived up to the name. After our transaction I mentioned to him an issue I was having with my diagnostic system. I had tried to have this issue serviced before at many other shops to no avail. With Greg's expertise and a sense of kindness one would have a difficult time trying to find in anyone these days, the issue was resolved. He took the time out of his day to do something that I couldn't impose and left an unforgettable impression on me as a customer. I could not give this business any HIGHER acclaim. I am very pleased with everything about my experience with this business. It is a family owned and run business. They did a beautiful job of repairing a dented car door and the result is perfect. A Class Paint and Body Repair Is definitely a place to have your vehicle serviced for any vehicle damage from an accident to minor repairs from my experience due to Hurricane Ian. I have been to this shop twice thus far, second time after a U-haul truck clipped the whole right side of my car. When i called the shop after a great first experience , Greg (owner) instantly recognized my voice and told me to bring it in the next day and that he would handle it. The estimate that the insurance gave for repairs did not reflect the damage on my car so he was able to get the proper estimate and handled it like a pro! After everything was done, as a courtesy he even painted my rims black with real paint! I had done my rims myself with that cheap plasti-dip beforehand but he made them the real deal! Will forever recommend his shop.

My car was backed into while parked at a vacation resort and left some nice damage above my drivers side wheel.The gentleman had out of state insurance so I was worried it would be a headache (first accident I had been in as well so I was nervous to begin with). I was told by their insurance I could choose any repair shop of my choice since they were out of state. Saw this shop on google with good reviews and decided to give them a call. From the start, Greg was very helpful and literally walked me through the process and what I needed to do. Once I dropped off my car at their shop with a copy of the estimate from the insurance, I never had to talk to the insurance again- Greg called them and took care of the supplemental damage claim. He kept me up to date on when I would get my vehicle back and how long repairs would take. They did a great job- paint looked like the original- couldn't tell the difference at all. I would recommend them to everyone- really made things easy for me.

Great shop! I have been doing business with this shop a very long time. I always bring my Subaru WRX to Greg and his staff. They do a fantastic job in a timely manner and always are willing to work with you when it comes to your auto body and paint needs. Will continue do business!! Very satisfied!

Greg and Narish did an amazing job on my Lexus IS250, custom color created with craft. This is the second Lexus taken to this shop, amazing customer service that is rare to find. I would not choose another body shop. If your looking for an overall great experience with quality work I recommend A Class Paint & Body be the first place you go!

I am from out of town when my van window got stuck in the down position...I called around and so may wouldn't help or they wanted so much. I was stressed and limited on my options. I then was referred to A class and I called them. It was relief, he was honest walked me through the process with no disrespect. His price was perfect. I was totally impressed and so was my husband. Since I am a seasonal cast member at Disney world he will be the man we will deal with only! What a great experience.

We could not have been more pleased with how my 1998 Pontiac Firebird restoration turned out. In addition to the entire car being painted my favorite color red, they suggested flecks in the paint instead of metallic. They covered everything from a new windshield to replacing and glazing the tail lights. The black areas that only show when the headlights come up were also repainted black as well as the black side decor pieces. They cleaned the inside and greased the door hinges. Now the entire exterior of my Firebird is all new and rides like a brand new car. The personal hands-on care that was given made us feel like we were family. We do recommend "A-Class Paint & Body Repair" to anyone who wants to have meticulous attention paid to their car. They have received many awards and love bringing cars back to life. Excellent!

Really friendly, honest, and talented work. They expedited my job when I told them I had to go out of town the following week and cleaned up my headlights. Price also came under the estimate a bit!

Called them for a last minute bumper paint job and they even switched out the four pieces I needed replaced, all for under 400. Even finished hours earlier than quoted. Great crew, nice business, would use again.

I was driving to work and a wild pig ram my 2019 camry; damaged the bumper, fender, radiator splash shield and fender liner. The shop put the car back together specification with color matching like again Thank You A Class
