Wonderful experience. Very nice people. Went to get my car that was wrecked on the roadside, and found a dolly had been attached without my knowledge. He had to remove dolly and get another helper to bring the dolly. Very reasonably priced for work done.Johnny was polite on time. Had to maneuver dirt roads and use a rollback. No complaints. Have had serious negative experiences with others. If I need another tow, I will definitely call him.

My car battery died and could not be jumped, so I needed a tow and he was Johnny on the spot (pun certainly intended)! He showed up nearly immediately and got my vehicle to the auto shop in less than an hour from when I called. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable, and provided several general pointers that I found helpful. I would highly recommend him and his service to anyone in need!Service: Car towing

He couldn't help me because it would have cost me to much money because I was so far from him, but BUT what he did do was far more better, he was like I can tell you someone else to call that would be cheaper but he was like before you do that send me some pictures and maybe I can help you if you can stop somebody that'll help you so that's what I did and he was telling me what they can do and what they did I stopped somebody and it didn't cost me a dime he went out his way to help me in another way of going out his way so thank you for that.God bless

So grateful for this FAB company! My sister was stranded at 9pm on a Sunday night when AAA didn't even show up, Johnny's was there in 20 minutes. Their motto is never leave anyone stranded and they are true to that!Three other tows were called before Johnny's all in vain, they wouldn't come out on a Sunday night. So glad we made the call to Johnny's, thank you so much! After dropping my sister and her car at Firestone in Ocala for service where I was waiting for her, Johnny stayed and waited until we had moved her vacation gear from her car into mine.A true professional, and a gentleman! These guys saved me from being completely stranded when my insurance company wouldn't come out to tow me. Johnny couldn't have been a more amazing human being, making sure I wasn't out in the dark woods alone and not able to get home. Him and his son also made sure to take great care of my car in the process. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me out and I wish you and your family the best! I was stuck in the middle of no where, and all of a sudden by some good luck, comes a tow truck and helped me out majorly i coulldnt have been more greatful. I would recommend this business to everyone iam so thankful they came along when they did 100% would use this business again

I called to have a car towed out my yard on 7.15.2023. Every time I called I couldn't get a worn in edge wise, before "hello" finished she said hold, then I waited for 10-15 minutes no one ever came back. I had to called 15 more times each time I was directly put on hold or was told to hold before I could aske my question. Finally was out on hold for the last time waited 8 mins and she came back just to tell me they are only taking police calls today. Smh

Johnny on the spot is correct, as I sat on the side of the road for an hour. I was about to do the keystone pull and johnny drove by with granddaughter and pulled over and towed me home. That was a huge help. I will now give this man my business while in the keystone area. Thanks johnny very kind. Give him a shout when you need a tow.

I cannot tell you how much this gentleman saved my husband and I today. We are new to the area I mean two days new. We rented a uhaul to move our life into our new home. Unfortunately our property has what's called sugar sand. And that doesn't fair well with heavy trucks. Our truck got stuck in our driveway. We tried everything. And we were under the gun to get the uhaul back on time.I called Johnny. Never met this man. Didnt know him from atom. I left a message. He called back and 25 min later he showed up. Pulled us out and when we were onto uhaul to bring the vehicle back.My husband said to me. I think I'd like hang out with him. What an amazing man. Hes the kind of person you felt like you've known him all your life but we literally just mettoday.Besides being an exemplary business man he was to us a true hero. Now that we live in area I know who to call when we are I need of another tow.johnny thank you saving us today. You come by for dinner when we get settled!
