An outstanding group of mechanics. Took my car in today to have the front end inspected. Jeremy took the time and looked over every inch of my front end. Very honest and upfront individuals, which is hard to find at most shops. I ll definitely be giving them my business from now on.

I called Joey's to get a price on what I thought was wrong with my daughters car.(rear main seal) He very patiently explained to me all the other things it could be and ask if I would let him check it out just to be sure. Joey's checked it out and found it was something way more affordable and fixed it the same day. I Appreciate the honesty, professionalism and quick service.

I visited Joey Turner�s Automotive for the second time and my second vehicle after my check engine light came on as i drove home from work in Gainesville. I was more than stressed as this vehicle has high mileage (over 260k) and because of the high cost of everything i need to make this car last as long as possible. I called in and the most reassuring voice answered the phone, IT WAS JOEY HIMSELF! They quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate on the time it would take to complete and the cost. it was more than fair and definitely within reason for the issue i had. However when it came time to pay, because of a medical issue i had, i was a little strapped. Again, Joey to the rescue! I took advantage of his payment option (which gave me an opportunity to pay over time, and i have since already paid off) and i was done. I even suggested them to friends and yes they were well taken care of also. From the time i brought it in until they completed the service on my vehicle it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with both he and all the gentlemen that i came in contact with there. This is by far a gem of a business and Keystone is Lucky to have them.

Had transmission issues with my Ford F-150. Took to a few places with no satisfaction, went to Joey Turner and with 24 hours he had my truck fixed and ready to go. Could have easily told me I needed a new transmission but he was honest with me and fixed it with just a transmission service. Probably saved me $5,000. Truck is running like new..Thank you Joey

I highly recommend Joey Turner's Automotive. They deliver on promises made, and that means everything when you love older vehicles as much as I do. I purchased a 1989 wrangler for my 50th birthday and getting all of the necessary repairs completed slowly turned into a "nightmare". 3 other mechanics in the area worked on it and wasted a lot of time and my money. It wasn't until I took it to Joey, that all repairs were made in a timely and cost effective manner. Joey and his team "far exceeded" my expectations.

The shop is Great! Eric is very professional and nice to speak with. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me that my solenoids were good. Diagnostics fees were great! Thanks guys.

I called & asked if they could get me in same day(today) & they said yes. I showed up there literally within 5 minutes & they had my car on the lift almost immediately! Got me in & out & they werent over priced. Marty was great throughout the whole process! Definitely my new car place here in town (:

I brought them my Expedition recently. I am thrilled with every aspect of my interaction with them. They did all the legwork on locating the parts, which saved me a ton of money and time and they didn't have to do. They actually urged me to look at the old parts so I could see it was all legit. I will bring my vehicles here in the future and recommend them to others. Thank you.

They found the problem with my car. Advised me where to go to have it fixed (dealer only fix) they never charged me and spent time explaining what will happen. Good people. I have used them in the past and was very satisfied with work they did.

Replaced a transmission on a 98 z71. Drove it home and had no issues. When I inspected it the next day I noticed there was a cable that was left un fastened hanging under my exhaust pipe and my shift cable linkage is now fastened to the shift lever with zip ties.In all fairness I did ask for my truck to get fixed asap, but they charged over $4000 and skimped on a $15 linkage bushing. Hopefully there's nothing internal they skimped on. Will not be recommending this shop.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for about 5 years now. They always make sure we are taken care of and provide us with the best service possible. They are honest when it comes to diagnosing the problems and do not gauge us on prices when things need to be fixed. I went to Turners automotive to help me with the shark fin on the top of my Subaru. They explained and covered it up due expecting rainWaiting for part and it will be fixed. Would have to say very pleased with the work here got me in and got my transmission in my truck in and out also I had a a lot of other stuff that I needed to do on my truck to do and I asked them and they did everything I needed done and had be back up and running in a few days I will use them anytime I need anything done on my vehicles strongly suggest using the guys here for all your automotive needs AGAIN THANK YOU TO YOUR TEAM HERE FOR GETTING ME BACK UO AND RUNNING

Awesome staff. They checked out our RV cause brake problems.. very nice didn't charge to look at it and try to charge an arm and a leg since out of towners. If see need anything while around this area we will look them up again. Thank you Rick and Rita

I brought my 2002 Dakota in for overheating. Turned out the so called mechanic that replaced the radiator two years ago used a zip tie to connect it. A dishonest shop owner would have told me I needed a new radiator or water pump but not Joey. He put on the correct mount and for cheap. I actually wouldn t even give this place a one! I want to support local but this man is the BIGGEST CROOK EVER!!!! Charged me $1k to fix my truck but didn t! Same thing they fixed had to be replaced by another.The owner has no respect for women! He sat and whistled while I was explaining the situation. And he takes NO responsibility for his employees. Just kept saying well I didn t tell you that, someone else did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
